When I first walked in I asked for a mani/pedi and was quickly directed to a pedi chair and soaked my feet in cool water (they added a trickle of warm water to it) The pedicure was okay... I've had much better and at cheaper prices (I paid $30 for the basic and it was very rushed) Moving on to my nails - originally I wanted just a plain manicure but my tech wouldn't stop pushing more so I decided on a French tip on my natural nail- then my nails were not long enough so she added fake tips.. the entire experience was rushed and overwhelming. Towards the end of my nails, she put cuticle oil on just to wipe it off with a paper towel.. she did not clean up the edges, extra skin, and the nails were uneven feeling and they started catching on everything. Ambiance... you'll find cramped seats, loud chatter in different languages screeching across the place, and dirty stations with crusty nail polishes. I came in to get my toes done and specifically told the technician that I wanted the acrylic removed from my toenails. She insisted that it would be better to do a refill instead. I politely repeated that I wanted the acrylic taken off. Despite my request, she proceeded to wedge a tool between my natural nail and the acrylic, as if she was going to forcibly lift it off. I immediately stopped her because that method could have severely damaged my nail--it's painful, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. She then tried to convince me again, saying that removing the acrylic the proper way would take "too long." At that point, I asked her to stop the service and requested if someone else could do my nails. She became visibly upset and started speaking loudly in her native language while walking back and forth across the salon. Her behavior made me feel embarrassed and extremely uncomfortable. The entire experience felt rude and unprofessional. Thankfully, another technician stepped in and finished the job the proper way, which I appreciated. However, the way I was treated left a really negative impression. Because of that, I honestly don't see myself returning. read more

Since 2017, my guy and I have had standing appointments every three weeks for our hot manicures and hit stone pedicures with Sally. Our hands and feet are in great shape (never felt better), and it's always a fun time. And, my daughter-in-law makes it a point to have a mani/pedi every time she comes for a visit from out-of-state. The salon is modern, clean, and comfortable. The specialists are friendly, and everyone is greeted with a smile as they enter. Body waxing, eyebrow threading & tinting, facials, and eyelash extensions are also offered. Walk-ins are welcome. The saloon is located in Largo Mall so parking is a breeze. read more

I got my nails dipped here bc I happened to be in the area. It was crowded so I thought they must be good. Wrong. They didn't push my cuticles back. And one mail is already peeling off after 2 days!!! $53! Wasted. And now I have to go get it fixed in Tampa and pay more money. Don't go. read more

Love this place! Hours are M-F, 10a-7p and Sat., 9:30a-7p. & Sun., 11a-5p. Comfy massage foot bath chairs, friendly staff and good prices. I tend to stick with the regular pedicure (OPI/China Glaze) colors because they last so long - never really chip. They also play good oldies music, which adds to the relaxing experience, IMO. The tech cut corners in every way possible. Didn't even push back my cuticles, my nails are bumpy, and there's an abnormal amount of my skin glued to my nail causing my fingers to feel discomfort. She put the plastic piece right at the tip of my nail causing it to feel flimsy. I also paid for a pedicure which was done by a different tech, she did great work and made sure I was comfortable in the chair. You could tell she cares about her customers read more

Loved our experience! Walked in and the place was packed but we still got seated right away for two pedicures! They offered 5 or 6 different options that ranged from $20-$50, I really liked this a lot. We did the deluxe for $30 and it included a great foot massage and leg rub with fresh oranges, sea scrubs, lotion, the whole 9! Felt great and the staff was very friendly and professional. My husband is a soldier and his feet needed some extra love and hey took great care to get him looking great. Overall I was super impressed with the prices and service here! Very quick and not badly priced, every time i go in i'm able to get in and out in a reasonable time with good results! They also did a great job waxing my eyebrows which at times doesn't come out all that great at nail salons so i was impressed! Usually my go to spot! read more

I have been going to tnl nails for 15 years. Last year there was a change in ownership , I was a bit concerned at first as Polly was real good . However , I can honestly say Ivy is the best for Pedicures and Manicures. I'm always completely satisfied and happy with her work. This nail salon is exceptionally clean , all employees are very friendly and professional. I get complements almost daily on my nails and I always proudly respond exactly where and who has done my Manicures and Pedicures. Thank you always Ivy ! read more

The girl who did my pedicure inexperienced and didn't speak English. My nails were cut on an angle and I had to fix them. She also did a poor job of painting my toe nails and although they offered to fix them I did it myself. Too many people and it's a typical mail mill. Find another spot. read more

Their gel manicures cannot even make it past six days. I don't know about anyone else but I cannot afford $30 a week to have someone paint my nails. I went in today after my gel manicure started peeling asked them to fix the two nails that were lifting they gave me attitude sent me to a corner to have some woman fix my nails she just painted over the chipped nail polish never removed the other nail polish first ! enclosing a picture to show you what a $30 gel manicure looks like at this please don't waste your time don't go there I went there because they are $10 cheaper than my normal nail salon but my normal nail salon for $10 more can last me three weeks for a gel manicure this one cannot make it six days don't waste your money read more

My mother and I went infor permanent makeup my mother has brown hair and they gave her red eyebrows I asked for black under eye permanent makeup and a week later it faded I went and asked for my money back they told me I need to come back in 2 months and spend more money for them to do it again because they only put down a base I will never ever go back there again horrible service read more

I went to the salon to have my nails dip and have a pedicure done the girl who did my pedicure when she was putting on my shoe she bump my baby toe messing up the Polish which she did not fix the girl the girl did my nail dip and there was dipping all around my cuticle she said I need to go home and wash my hands to get the dipping powder from around my cuticle and I have never left the salon with my nails looking as bad as they did say I will never return to your salon now I have to call my regular girl and have her fixed what y'all messed up today so there you have it I won't be back to your salon read more

If you want a quick pedi, this is the place for you. In and out yesterday in 15 minutes. Basic pedi is now $25.00. The paint skills were okay. My toes looked very nice when I left, but I was sad to get a 2 minute massage. I barely had time to enjoy the massage chair. Very quick here. read more

I had previously given this place a decent review but after my visit a couple weeks ago I will never be back. One of the male workers made extremely inappropriate comments. The first was about him giving me a real massage without my shirt on once I discovered the chair I was sitting in was broken, to saying "bye sexy" as I was walking out. Talk about unprofessional. I've been here a few times before for pedicures and always had a decent experience, however after my manicure today I will not be quick to return. The gel nail polish was either cheep or expired and was dripping off of my nail, to the point where she had to re-do several nails after finishing. I ended up leaving with nail polish all over my fingers - looking like a child painted my nails. She didn't bother to clean up my nails and I was too irritated to ask her to fix them. Also I was only given about 15 gel colors to sample and I later saw a customer with an entire basket full of samples. read more

BEWARE!!!!!! I visited with my Niece for a pedicure 4 weeks ago. She cut my foot in 3 places and my foot got infected so bad I wound up with cellulitis and in the hospital for 2 days and had to have surgery. All from the cut at this nail salon. I am not a person to report negative findings ever, I always think. Well maybe it was a bad night or one time experience. But I was in the hospital from a bad infection from a pedicure here. I have contacted an attorney and have gathered all my notes and seeing advise and consultation from him. It was the worst experience I have ever had and the most painful. I was unable to walk for almost 2 weeks and missed serval days of work. I will never go back to this place nor recommend anyone too after what happened to me. I could show several photos but I won't. BEWARE! This place has issues with their cleaning systems or I would have not gotten an infection. I watched the person next to her share equipment from the same utensil area. I will never go back. It wasn't the first time this has happened from what I was told. read more

Quick to get you in a chair but once you're there they don't pay much attention waited 15 minutes for the nail tech with no other explanation other than he'll see you in a moment. I was greeted by a man who I watched walk out of the back wiping his face with a towel and then proceeded to use the same towel on his hands. He then sat to do my nails and coughed in his hands knowing he was about to touch my hands, continued to cough and sneeze and sniffle throughout the whole process. Very poor hygiene. I decided to read other reviews and multiple people reported infections after pedicures and manicures. Would never go here EVER again. read more

This is the only place I choose to get my nails done - and I am picky! Their pedicures are to DIE for. Get the 25$ one - they do a hot stone massage, 2 different scrubs, a hot towel, massage, and they take half of a citrus fruit and use it to massage your legs with. It feels (and smells) amazing! It's 45 minutes of pampering before they even do the polish :) read more

I got the $50 deluxe pedicure and honestly felt like I got my moneys worth. The paint job was really good and I felt like the experience was very enjoyable and relaxing. I also had a very basic manicure with clear polish and it was pretty good in a pinch.
