When I first walked in I asked for a mani/pedi and was quickly directed to a pedi chair and soaked my feet in cool water (they added a trickle of warm water to it) The pedicure was okay... I've had much better and at cheaper prices (I paid $30 for the basic and it was very rushed) Moving on to my nails - originally I wanted just a plain manicure but my tech wouldn't stop pushing more so I decided on a French tip on my natural nail- then my nails were not long enough so she added fake tips.. the entire experience was rushed and overwhelming. Towards the end of my nails, she put cuticle oil on just to wipe it off with a paper towel.. she did not clean up the edges, extra skin, and the nails were uneven feeling and they started catching on everything. I came in to get my toes done and specifically told the technician that I wanted the acrylic removed from my toenails. She insisted that it would be better to do a refill instead. I politely repeated that I wanted the acrylic taken off. Despite my request, she proceeded to wedge a tool between my natural nail and the acrylic, as if she was going to forcibly lift it off. I immediately stopped her because that method could have severely damaged my nail--it's painful, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. She then tried to convince me again, saying that removing the acrylic the proper way would take "too long." At that point, I asked her to stop the service and requested if someone else could do my nails. She became visibly upset and started speaking loudly in her native language while walking back and forth across the salon. Her behavior made me feel embarrassed and extremely uncomfortable. The entire experience felt rude and unprofessional. Thankfully, another technician stepped in and finished the job the proper way, which I appreciated. However, the way I was treated left a really negative impression. Because of that, I honestly don't see myself returning. read more

The tech cut corners in every way possible. Didn't even push back my cuticles, my nails are bumpy, and there's an abnormal amount of my skin glued to my nail causing my fingers to feel discomfort. She put the plastic piece right at the tip of my nail causing it to feel flimsy. They offered 5 or 6 different options that ranged from $20-$50, I really liked this a lot. We did the deluxe for $30 and it included a great foot massage and leg rub with fresh oranges, sea scrubs, lotion, the whole 9! Felt great and the staff was very friendly and professional. Their gel manicures cannot even make it past six days. I don't know about anyone else but I cannot afford $30 a week to have someone paint my nails. I went in today after my gel manicure started peeling asked them to fix the two nails that were lifting they gave me attitude sent me to a corner to have some woman fix my nails she just painted over the chipped nail polish never removed the other nail polish first ! enclosing a picture to show you what a $30 gel manicure looks like at this please don't waste your time don't go there I went there because they are $10 cheaper than my normal nail salon but my normal nail salon for $10 more can last me three weeks for a gel manicure this one cannot make it six days don't waste your money read more

I've been here a few times before for pedicures and always had a decent experience, however after my manicure today I will not be quick to return. The gel nail polish was either cheep or expired and was dripping off of my nail, to the point where she had to re-do several nails after finishing. I ended up leaving with nail polish all over my fingers - looking like a child painted my nails. She didn't bother to clean up my nails and I was too irritated to ask her to fix them. BEWARE!!!!!! I visited with my Niece for a pedicure 4 weeks ago. She cut my foot in 3 places and my foot got infected so bad I wound up with cellulitis and in the hospital for 2 days and had to have surgery. All from the cut at this nail salon. I am not a person to report negative findings ever, I always think. Well maybe it was a bad night or one time experience. But I was in the hospital from a bad infection from a pedicure here. I have contacted an attorney and have gathered all my notes and seeing advise and consultation from him. It was the worst experience I have ever had and the most painful. I was unable to walk for almost 2 weeks and missed serval days of work. I will never go back to this place nor recommend anyone too after what happened to me. I could show several photos but I won't. BEWARE! This place has issues with their cleaning systems or I would have not gotten an infection. I watched the person next to her share equipment from the same utensil area. I will never go back. Quick to get you in a chair but once you're there they don't pay much attention waited 15 minutes for the nail tech with no other explanation other than he'll see you in a moment. I was greeted by a man who I watched walk out of the back wiping his face with a towel and then proceeded to use the same towel on his hands. He then sat to do my nails and coughed in his hands knowing he was about to touch my hands, continued to cough and sneeze and sniffle throughout the whole process. Very poor hygiene.
