When I first got my nails done, they were beautiful, and I was very happy. The total cost was $75. I specifically asked how much a fill would typically run me, they said about $50. To me, that's really ridiculous because it's typically 50 to 70% off of the full set price. When I came in for a fill, not even two weeks later, they tried to charge me $60. I told them I just paid $75 not even two weeks ago. They took it down to $55. I even tipped. Now, not even a few days later, my middle finger nail completely popped all the way off, it didn't break in half, the whole acrylic nail lifted off. I went and got that fixed And I will say they didn't charge me for that. But now the day after, my other middle finger is lifting. I just can't wrap my head around Paying that much money for such poor quality work. I will not be coming back here and I'll make sure to tell other people as well so they don't waste their money. I will find another place that's fair and is good quality that lasts like it's supposed to. read more

We all did the $40 Pedicure, Bryan does the most amazing pedicure experience I've ever had! He massaged every pressure point and took his time. He also helped me increase my knowledge on nail cutting! I live in Orlando but would most definitely drive to this location every month. Lena was so meticulous working on my boyfriend's feet, she got every bit of grime under his nails - her attention to detail is amazing! E Nails is not an honest business & lacks good customer service. The quality of most of the techs is decent. I personally experienced 3x when I was going to pay that I was being billed extra for services and when I questioned they acted like it was a mistake 2 out 3x. The 3rd time the owner, Lena, who is not friendly (although she appears to be) was charging me $10 more for an add-on that she had herself told me was $5, I tried communicating with her about it by pointing that it wasn't ok to charge me more and she didn't want to see it. Her boyfriend that's a mail tech interrupted me and was a bit aggressive I'm his communication trying to tell me that I was wrong. Additionally, I had made an appointment for my daughter's nails to be done by Lena and she had personally confirmed it but when we arrived she didn't take care of her and instead had her boyfriend do her nails while she just sat at the front desk. She never communicate to me or said any about why she wasn't doing her nails and avoided talking to me. Customer service and honest people are important to me, I work hard to earn my income with good customer service and honesty and I expect the same from others. I will not be giving this nail salon my business anymore. They are not honest nor friendly and lack good communication and transparency with customers (even if they appear to be). read more

The salon is clean and sanitary, the staff wear masks and are very friendly. I had a pedicure and manicure (gel), both done by Lynn. She did an excellent job. I was surprised by how bright and clean the salon was and it was busy. I did not have to wait or make an appointment. The prices were very reasonable. Lynn did try to sell me some products but she wasn't overly pushy. I would go back. They have a great menu of spa pedicures and manicures. They take credit cards! Unfortunately, the personnel have changed, only recognized one of the ladies and the service has changed for the worse. Pedicure was okay, short on the massage and the manicure was terrible. She cut my thumb and never gave any kind of massage. Hands never got any lotion and nails started chipping the next day. We will not be returning! read more

I've been getting my nails done over the years for the past 30+ years. I decided to try Enails. My first experience was about four months ago and within the first three weeks they started lifting. I decided to give them a second chance and try someone new, two weeks ago I got my nails done there again with Brian, They all started popping off and lifting within two weeks. I ended up going somewhere else to get a new set. And the pedicure was sub par. Because I didn't get the upgrade and opted for the basic pedicure because of time, it was a waste of my time. She put little effort in removing calluses and less effort in the massage. I won't go back. read more

I got the classic mani/pedi. Service was mediocre and the lighting in the salon is horrible, so it's hard to see the nail colors. The nail polish selection is extremely lacking compared to other salons. The pedicure "massage" lasted less than 3 minutes and consisted of slathering lotion on my calves and wiping it off with a warm towel. They charged additional for scrubbing the bottom of my feet which was pretty ineffective. Overall would not recommend this salon. read more

To start the lighting was horrible so it's no wonder they could see what they were doing. The actual pedicure itself was horrible and I'm not sure how clean her tools were. This is the best nail place i've ever been to. All the employees are really friendly and kind, the pedicure is fantastic, and the polish is high quality. My nails looked awesome and last a really long time. They also have a great customer service, which is so important to me. We had a minor problem and walked in the next day to fix it, there were no questions asked, they just re-did the nail and fixed our problem, free, friendly and happily.
