I was a walk-in for rebase and pedi. I felt rushed as they did my nails and pedi at the same time. Getting my nails done while picking out color for my pedi was difficult. The rebase started lifting and catching my hair after a week and a half. The pedicure was sloppy and clunky on my nails. I'm new to the area and will be trying out a different salon. read more

I walked in for a full set because I was in the area. I had my nails off for about 3 months because I was giving them a break. My nails were very thin and unhealthy but everything I was doing wasn't working. So I gave this place a try. The tech filed so much it hurt. Then when she began applying the acrylic I said thin because I was going for a shorter natural look. She began filing and every nail has a different shape, cut my cuticle, gel polish uneven and bumpy, then hands me the nail file. I'm not paying someone to do my nails for me to file them. If you can't figure out how to file them then stick to pedicures. She was very rough and not gentle at all. I was so unhappy and disappointed I called Kim the manager. She said come in at 1 tomorrow. Well I have a job, I already took time to get them done in the first place now I have to go back. Then I couldn't make it at 1 so I called early. She said 6:30. Why yes dinner time is a perfect time to get my nails fixed. I then found a gap in my day and was available around 3. However Kim was not. Somehow this became my fault and she said I cancelled an appointment. No Kim, I should have never had to come back! And laughing while I'm talking to her on the phone was highly unprofessional. The technician also did not have her license displayed! The decor is dark and dreary. Not a refreshing place at all. I read many reviews before posting this and looking at the images it's terrible. The gel polish isn't even at all, all over the cuticle and nails shaped uneven. Idk how this place has 4.9 stars. I guess the customers they do have are loyal and only see Kim, apparently she is the only one who can do nails good. read more

First-class spa and I've been to a lot of spas in the last 26-years. As a runner, I get a lot of ingrown and Angelo's the first person to ever get my feet to not hurt. She is amazing. This place is AWFUL. I made an appointment for a gel polish change on my hands and feet. I had old gel polish on. Instead of taking the time to take the polish off with a file they only use the electric nail drill. The first tech working on my nails was too rough on my toes and I told her that but she kept doing it. I also told her to stop cutting my cuticles because I was bleeding and she kept doing it. My nail beds still feel achy after leaving the salon! I explained the shape I wanted for both my toes and hands. I even showed her a picture for my hands. When she showed me both my toes and hands after shaping them the first time I nicely asked if she could fix the shape a bit and she handed me the nail file telling me to do it myself. What kind of customer service is that?! I was never rude or disrespectful. I was about to walk out and just pay for my toes. Another tech said she would help me. I wish I just walked out because my nails look awful. I'm not sure if they just need a new bottle but the gel is all bumpy. The shaping is awful.bThis all took two hours which is ridiculous! Never again. I wish I could get a refund. I regret coming here. read more

I absolutely loved this place and I'm glad we found them! We were able to get in with no appt, but that was on a Thurs @ 1200. My husband got a pedi and he said he enjoyed it as well. I got a pedi w/ nail design, gel color change for my nails, eyebrow and lip wax. Total was $96, which is pretty good. If we lived in the area, this would def be my go to spot! The pedi was different because the water turned into a gel like substance. Maria really worked on my husband's feet and scrubbed them really well. Kim did all of my services and she was really personalble. Other regulars came in and I could tell she had a great relationship with them. My friend and I found this salon by chance and I'm so glad we did! We have been there a few times and let me tell you, this place is truly a gem! The decor is chic and elegant and the whole salon is organized and clean. The staff goes above and beyond, especially the manager who is extremely personable and truly goes the extra mile to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I had Ana(sp?) do my pedicure last and she did such an amazing job! Not only do my toes look and feel incredible but she did a great foot massage. I will stick with her for my pedicures from now on. I am also pleased with their large polish selection, which they keep up to date and fresh (no old goopy crap). The prices are also very reasonable, at least $10 cheaper than my old place and I'm happier with the results. I would definitely recommend coming here! read more

Extremely disappointed. Got a manicure and pedicure in a light pink color that started chipping the very same day. I got fed up and took the polish off that same week and all of my nails were stained a jaundice yellow. This usually happens with dark colors that have been kept on for too long but ONE WEEK?
