Very detailed beautiful toes and got rid of the nasty funky gunky callouses ( my feet are let's just say I have to tip more) No upward pressuring sales tactics after informing her once what I chose from the menu. Brought my lap dog who calmly per usual layed on my lap while watching. the ladies enjoyed. Small tip that others nail bars should take- I personally appreciate when getting a pedi to not be seated right next or in between another when they are getting there's done too of course only applies when space allows. it gives privacy and a bit more indulgence being some of us don't feel good being gawked at by the neighbor and this is exactly what they did. every other seat until they couldn't! will be returning- great price point too. apologies This was done 2 months ago just popped up on my yelp feed so no pics.

I typically get a pedicure and powder dip manicure. I have also done gel in the past for awhile here. They do get really busy. However, they always find a way to fit everyone in (whether you are a last second appointment or a walk in). I like everyone here, but some people are better than others at the powder dipped nails. I typically schedule an appointment with Channy when I can. They will also get to know you and accommodate where they can or remember preferences. The service is great and they do a thorough job. We wanted her birthday experience to be special, but it didn't feel that way at all. What made the situation even more disappointing was the owner's response. When I expressed my concerns to the gentleman who owns the business, he simply shrugged his shoulders. That reaction was dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. As a customer, I expected my concerns to be heard and acknowledged. I hope the owner takes customer feedback more seriously in the future. A little empathy and professionalism go a long way. I sent it to her and she delivered. She took one hour 30 mins for the whole process. If I did something simple she might have taken 1 hr. They'll work with you and if you're a last-minute person like I am, they will try to work you in if you call them and ask. This is my go-to place to treat myself and get my nails done when the fancy strikes me. Their prices are lower than a lot of their competitors and they have a loyalty punch card if you dutifully come and get a fill every two weeks. I have even seen two nail techs assist the same client, one on hands and one on feet which must be very handy if you're in a slight rush to get all of your appointments done! They have a wide selection of polishes and will look for a color or shade if you show them pictures from Pinterest or Instagram. They are genuinely interested in making sure you're happy with the shape, length, and color of your nails and they will take their time.
