I typically get a pedicure and powder dip manicure. I have also done gel in the past for awhile here. They do get really busy. However, they always find a way to fit everyone in (whether you are a last second appointment or a walk in). I like everyone here, but some people are better than others at the powder dipped nails. I typically schedule an appointment with Channy when I can. They will also get to know you and accommodate where they can or remember preferences. The service is great and they do a thorough job. I definitely recommend the Nail Lounge.

There were four people working on my daughter's hands at the same time, making the service feel hurried rather than enjoyable. We wanted her birthday experience to be special, but it didn't feel that way at all. What made the situation even more disappointing was the owner's response. When I expressed my concerns to the gentleman who owns the business, he simply shrugged his shoulders. That reaction was dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. As a customer, I expected my concerns to be heard and acknowledged. I hope the owner takes customer feedback more seriously in the future. A little empathy and professionalism go a long way. Please do better when customers voice their concerns.

FIVE STARS -- The BEST nail salon ever!…read more Nail Art Lounge is truly unmatched! Adrianna, Bambi, Sylvia, and Sophia are all incredible -- I've used every single one of them for both myself and my daughter, and they never disappoint. Everywhere I go, people constantly compliment my nails. I've tried many salons over the years, and this is hands down the best one I've ever been to. They know the proper way to apply and care for your nails, and the quality shows. Their pedicures are absolutely out of this world. The results last forever -- I can literally go five weeks without a fill and my nails look just as perfect as the day I left the salon. Do yourself a favor and book now! Just make sure to schedule ahead... they're always full -- and that's because they're the best.

They'll work with you and if you're a last-minute person like I am, they will try to work you in if you call them and ask. This is my go-to place to treat myself and get my nails done when the fancy strikes me. Their prices are lower than a lot of their competitors and they have a loyalty punch card if you dutifully come and get a fill every two weeks. I have even seen two nail techs assist the same client, one on hands and one on feet which must be very handy if you're in a slight rush to get all of your appointments done! They have a wide selection of polishes and will look for a color or shade if you show them pictures from Pinterest or Instagram. They are genuinely interested in making sure you're happy with the shape, length, and color of your nails and they will take their time.
