One of the best experiences I have ever had at a nail salon! I planned poorly and had to go straight from the airport to the beach with all my stuff, and after a quick nap on the beach, I ventured in to get a mani/pedi. My phone was dead and they even let me charge it. The vibe of this place is SO relaxing, and they are beyond professional, clean, and fast. Prices are absolutely reasonable and they are clearly talented. And their adorable daughter was in the salon, which is always so inspiring--a true family establishment. Non-descript in a strip mall close to the center of Treasure Island (near Thunderbird hotel), this spacious, clean nail salon offers friendly (rare!), swift, yet excellent service. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment and I was taken in right away (they weren't busy). It was so quiet; the leather massage chairs were clean, in top condition, and offered strong, excellent head to lower body massage (even bottocks!). Kim was so sweet, professional, and gives a nice, soothing leg and feet massage. She wore a mask during the service. Regular pedicure was about $30 before tip. Many nail polish colors to choose from. I went to this salon yesterday with a short period of time I had to get a pedicure. I advised that I had another appointment and only had time to have my toenails worked on. Tech did a descent job but never advised I'd be charged for a full service. So, when I went to pay they quoted a full service fee of $35 for the service. I was shocked, said so, as 20 minutes it took. The owner then yelled that I'd be charged full fee regardless and said (they would've done full service but I didn't want it) I'm appalled for getting charged full service for half service received. And, furthermore, I've gone there for years and never once been addressed by my name. Horrible. They lost me as a customer for sure. Shame on you and your treatment of long standing customers. Not somewhere I would go back. It was completely quiet in there and empty. I desperately needed my nails painted on vacation because otherwise I bite them. The process was fast but one finger got smudged in the light unit and i told her and she didnt do anything to fix it. I left thinking meh wasn't too bad, but then i looked down at my nails and realized she gave me a manicure but didnt even paint up to the cuticle line. Some of them dont cover the full nail. Quite messy. Some gel stuck on my hands and under my fingers. also pretty rough file job, i went home and smoothed out the sharp edges. I've been here multiple times while I visit family. Every time I leave feeling very "meh" and dissatisfied. This past time, while getting a pedicure I also got a gel manicure at the same time. The lady doing my toes was yanking at my feet and smacking my legs because I wasn't moving my feet when she was motioning me to. I was too focused on the manicure lady burning my nails under the gel UV light. I picked out a gorgeous glittery hot pink color for my nails, and left with a very dull band-aid pink color. She did about 7 layers with light cycles each time & it never looked like the example nail they had. The prices are decent but I'd rather pay more and leave satisfied than be out $60 and rip my gel off 3 days later. read more

This place left much to be desired. I called for a noon pedicure, was told specifically to come at 11:45. Ok, arrive on time only to be told to pick a color and wait a bit. They had clearly just taken in a huge walk-in group. No one paid me any mind until i asked if i could sit and soak. Put me in a chair with no water. Asked for water and was told to wait. AN HOUR later, finally started what was a fine pedicure, nothing special. Went to pay and was basically yelled at for not having cash for the tip after i offered to add it to my total. Woman was so rude I almost walked out. Despite all this left a 15% tip. Don't want to start the new year with bad juju. Overall a terrible vacation experience. Good riddance. read more
