All the workers there are amazing! I love how they help each other and keep the atmosphere very happy!

there is no nice way to say this. This place is terrible. this is my third experience there. the first one was fine. the second time, I called and made an appointment. they didn't have anyone available at the time I was booked and I waited 30 minutes for what was a mediocre mani/pedi. the third (last time I will ever waster my time. I was a wall in. they asked me to come back in 30 minutes. I did and they had seated someone else in the meantime and asked me to wait another 30 minutes. they are money hungry and will lie to seat as many people as possible. don't go here unless you have a lot of time to waste. terrible experience read more

Loved the experience! Bon was very detailed on my pedicure. It was my first time here as we're just visiting from Tampa. The ambience was amazing. I wish all the other nail salons would put as much detail as theirs into their pedicures. read more

I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure this morning as a treat on the last day of my vacation, hoping to have fresh nails for my birthday at home tomorrow. Just over twelve hours later, one of my fingernails has already chipped. Super disappointing, especially since I was extra careful and didn't do anything that could have caused damage. Maybe it happened because the technician seemed in a hurry and did my nails while I was in the pedicure chair instead of at her table. Unfortunately, I'm not local, so getting it fixed isn't an option. UPDATE: Next day...numerous chips both hands. BEWARE! read more

My second time there. First experience was perfect. Everything I asked for was understood and taken care of. Unfortunately, today I did not ask for the same person because I did not see her. When I walked in, I told them gel feet and hands. Someone else helped me. One person on my feet and then someone else came to do my hands. When he started the process on my hands I noticed he had rounded one of the fingers and I came in with them square french nail style. So I asked to please do the rounded finger square like others. The language barrier was so bad that others in the salon tried to help. When I was done, it was realized he did an acrylic fill with rounded nails not gel with square and they were short and not even rounded nicely. You can see in the picture that it's not right technique with the previous gel. I was very upset that he couldn't have followed the same as the first visit. After they blamed me that I didnt ask for dip even though I said "Gel". Why would they give me a technique foe Acrylic not Gel ? I had to get upset before they were willing to discount the service. I walked in thrilled and left extremely disappointed. Yes they gave me a discount for my nails but they look bad. I am not sure I will go back unless I get Wanda the next time. Buyer beware. read more

Prices are not worth the services. Charged for everything. Removal of gel is $5? Insanity. I went there because I was given a $75 gift card. To remove the gel polish off my toes and add gel polish. I had to get a basic pedicure. Or I would have to come out of pocket. That is insane for a pedicure. I know I am licensed. I have worked in the industry. I shop in the stores only the license can shop. I have been doing nails and skincare since 2018. Very sad. read more

I was in St pete for vacation im so glad I waited and came here, Emma was so friendly and did better than my hometown salon. its so clean I will come back if I vacation in st pete again read more

First review under my belt!! Was traveling to Fl, and stopped in for a fill in. I was pleasantly surprised with my service. I was told that there were new owners working to improve the place and they're doing great! Very clean, great customer service - I was taken care of. I am very picky about who does my nails and Huong did a wonderful job. Will definitely be putting this on my go-to for when I travel back. read more

LOVE this place!!! Visiting from out of town and went with my Aunt. Helen was my aesthetician and gave me the best pedicure I've had in a long time. I got the lavender Jelly Pedi - awesome! Highly recommend this nail salon! read more

Not the fanciest nail spa around, but it's my favorite. I was somewhat of a regular pre-COVID, then finally went back this weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the COVID precautions and happy they were all wearing masks (although they remain optional for customers). They always do a great job with my nails. I've been impressed with how long the gel manicures last, and my regular pedicures get good longevity too. Prices aren't cheap but they are reasonable enough. I'm not sure if the upcharge for the fancier pedicures is really worth it. Everyone has always been pleasant, and while it's not very fancy, it's nice and clean. If you're looking for a full spa experience this probably isn't what you want, but if you just want a quality mani/pedi at a reasonable price, it's a nice spot. read more

i wanted to do my nails for halloween so i came on vacation to st pete and came here to do my nails but i do not recommend doing nails here. the first pic is what i showed Emma and the second pic is what i recieved. #1 she didnt measure my arcylic before putting it on so some dont go all the way on my nail, #2 i still see my nailbed on multiple nails, #3 the ghosts look nothing how i want them, the pinky is missing a part of the design, my heart spiderweb looking like its smeared, and my hearts are not even nor do they look good at all. a couple of my nails arent the same length too!! will not come back definitely. read more

I have visited this nail salon at least 20 times over the past 6 years since their opening. I won't be back. The owners are horribly rude and I feel like they don't want my business. Today when I commented on the music, the owner's wife immediately shut it off and it stayed off. Sounded like a Disney movie soundtrack. Thought this was a little strange especially for a nail "spa". The gel manicure was sloppy as you can see from the photo. I have been wondering about the service and the treatment of employees as most techs whispering comments as if they didn't want owners wife to hear. Seems as if they are completely oblivious of great customer service and how to treat their people. Too bad for me and them. Lose - lose is not a win in my world. I'm sorry it took me so long to realize it. I like to give back by going local in my community. Last time ever for Palace Nails! read more

The Palace Nail Spa was recently remodeled. They have new pedicure stations with very comfortable chairs that include a nice body massage. You can now sit back and watch very tasteful music videos. The Palace Nail Spa provides a very calming atmosphere each and every visit. My technician was Julie, she was great. I like Holly too but she wasn't working the day I went. read more

Do not get your nails done here. Me and my mom made an appointment to get a manicure and pedicure each and all they completed was my manicure I sat there for hours waiting for them to do the rest and while I was waiting they were doing walk ins nails and they even told a walk in on the phone that they had time to do hers and they did NOT have time to do hers because when sne came in they stopped doing mine halfway and did hers and they should have told her no we do not have time for a walk in because I had made a appointment! Not good service at all read more

So I'm in town for my best friends graduation and didn't have time to go to my nail tech back home so decided to try this place by my hotel. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. My pedicure was great but my gel manicure is terrible. I had a different lady do my manicure and I will say she needs more practice. My nails cracked same day and she cut my cuticle. I watched the 2 other techs that were beside me do SNS and their work was amazing. This lady just needs more practice. Needless to say I should have made time to go back home. read more

I was here 2 weeks ago and it was a good experience. Tonight...not so much. The lady that did my nails should probably find something else to do as this isn't her strong suit. The owner (I assume) only charged me for a regular manicure vs a gel manicure but honestly, now that I can see in the light, shouldn't have charged me at all. read more

As a first time customer, I'm very happy with my experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the chairs are so comfy. Gorgeous, beautiful pedicure! Friendly service new chairs

The store is very nice and clean. The employees pleasant. My pedicure chipped in several places after a week which is unusual for me. I can usually get weeks out of a pedicure. My gel polish chipped after a week. I went in to have it repaired which was fast and painless. I don't think I would go back because I think a pedicure should last longer, I also don't think you should have to get a gel manicure repaired after a week, it defeats the purpose. If you don't want polish applied, I think this would be a fine place to go. read more

Helen does an amazing job....the best dip manicure I have ever had. My manicure lasted so long and looked so beautiful!

I really wanted to like this place. It's so close to my house and I've tried it a couple times. Well this last time was my last. I needed a pedi and shellac change on my nails and my usual place was booked. We were leaving for a 5 day cruise and thought eh. I'll give them a try again. All of my nails are broken off and chipped because they were filed to thin and my pedi chipped. I get my nails done every three weeks and this never happens. It's very disappointing read more
