I repeatedly told the owner I was ready to leave and no longer wanted services from them. The owner stated she would charge me half price for the fill, yet she took my card and charged me full price anyway. NEVER AGAIN... clearly unclean, unprofessional, and the worst service I've experienced in 30years of nail tech history.

The service was very pleasant. The only con was the oil diffuser was omitting an incense smell which I cannot stand and it was super strong . Maybe next time I'll wear a mask The manicure was $70

My gift certificate gave me apparently five days after Christmas to get my pedicure. Before sitting down, I asked about the price for just gel, and they told me it was $30. Right before starting, I confirmed one more time: "$30?" -- to which they replied "yes, yes." In the end, I only got gel polish applied (no full manicure, and no pedicure). I was happy with how the nails looked, but at checkout, I tapped my phone and realized they charged me $60 -- double the agreed price! When I questioned it, they claimed that $60 is their "regular price." I double-checked their physical price list in the salon and checked their official website -- nowhere does it state that gel polish alone costs $60. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and couldn't stay to dispute it further on the spot, though I explicitly stated that I did not agree with this charge. It is extremely dishonest to verbally quote one price and then overcharge on the card terminal with made-up rates. I will not be coming back.

Kinda dumpy but still neat and well organized. Owner and two sisters were in the shop at the time: Tete and Bebe. Tete worked on Queen Bee and Bebe on me; both were very friendly and chatty. They knew it was our first time in, and made us feel very welcome! They asked and subsequently used our names consistently throughout. As one can see in my photos, the "menu" is very typical of nail salons. They also offer what's called a "Volcano Pedicure," whatever that is. Both ladies were quite competent and not super slow despite keeping engaged in convo with us both. Two things that concerned the Queen Bee gave me pause to consider 3 stars versus four. 1. No plastic liners in the foot bowls for pedi customers. 2. No sterilization instruments anywhere in view. While it doesn't seem the least bit filthy, I don't know how much I'd wanna consider a manicure here. So while these ladies are friendly and run a very basic (I'd almost say barebones) shop, I'd be a bit wary again. Sapphire Nail Bar across the street is nicer, more sterile and as a result, a good bit busier. No shock there!

I did not receive a receipt, and I called them and asked them if they have a record and they said sure they will pull it for me and I can come to the store to get it, when I arrived she showed me a stack of receipts for that day and mine was the only one missing. She asked me for a bank statement and I showed her the online transaction from my bank showing what they charged and she said that was not sufficient and she has no record of me being there. Clearly they did it on purpose and why they did not give me a receipt so they could pull this scam. They are not a reputable business. I have had to cancel my card as I dont know what they are capable of and if they have a record of my card.
