We walked in after the place we normally go was too busy, and oddly enough it's right next to the Chinese takeout and Publix we usually patronize. I never realized it was even here! Kinda dumpy but still neat and well organized. Owner and two sisters were in the shop at the time: Tete and Bebe. Tete worked on Queen Bee and Bebe on me; both were very friendly and chatty. They knew it was our first time in, and made us feel very welcome! They asked and subsequently used our names consistently throughout. As one can see in my photos, the "menu" is very typical of nail salons. They also offer what's called a "Volcano Pedicure," whatever that is. Both ladies were quite competent and not super slow despite keeping engaged in convo with us both. Two things that concerned the Queen Bee gave me pause to consider 3 stars versus four. 1. No plastic liners in the foot bowls for pedi customers. 2. No sterilization instruments anywhere in view. While it doesn't seem the least bit filthy, I don't know how much I'd wanna consider a manicure here. So while these ladies are friendly and run a very basic (I'd almost say barebones) shop, I'd be a bit wary again. Sapphire Nail Bar across the street is nicer, more sterile and as a result, a good bit busier. No shock there! read more

This nail salon stole $60 from me by changing the tip on my credit card slip. I received a gel manicure and was charged $35, I left a $7 tip on my card and when I looked at my credit card statement, I was charged $105. I did not receive a receipt, and I called them and asked them if they have a record and they said sure they will pull it for me and I can come to the store to get it, when I arrived she showed me a stack of receipts for that day and mine was the only one missing. She asked me for a bank statement and I showed her the online transaction from my bank showing what they charged and she said that was not sufficient and she has no record of me being there. Clearly they did it on purpose and why they did not give me a receipt so they could pull this scam. They are not a reputable business. I have had to cancel my card as I dont know what they are capable of and if they have a record of my card. read more

I think the customer service was great from the lady. You could tell they had regulars by the way she talk to her clients. However, I just wish the gentleman didn't rush on my nails. The price was very affordable but my nails look sloppy. I don't know how to post pictures, but I am a little sad of the outcome. read more

Last time I went to this "nail salon" I ended up with a fungus under 8 of my 10 fingernails due to poor sanitation of tools between clients. Also nail tech did a very poor job on listening to what I was asking for. (Simple pink and white ombré) Tech got irritated when I had him redo what he had done a poor job on. I will never return to this salon. Spend the extra $5-$10 and go to a CLEAN sanitized salon. read more

After my third visit over the weekend, I'm scratching this place off my list. It's a shame too because they are so close to my house. The polish they use is very cheap so you can expect chipping within a day or so. It's always hot as balls in there too and I DO NOT enjoy sweating during my "relaxing" pedicure, I was in and out of there in 30 minutes for a pedicure. This includes my initial wait time of 10 minutes and 5 minutes of drying time, so yeah a 15 minute pedicure that I had to sweat through? Nope! Never again for this girl. I hope they read their reviews because there is a nail shop on every corner so competition is stiff and this place blows. read more

Went in yesterday because my usual place was fully booked. I paid $30 for a deluxe pedicure, plus an extra $15 for shellac, & I left with really rough heals... Way worse than when I went in. I was concerned with the lack of cleanliness, the only cleaner next to the pedi tub was fabuloso which does not disinfect and the place was just over all dirty. I think $45 for a mediocre pedicure was a tad steep. Next, I had a mani. They use really cheap products. Instead of a cuticle softener they use suavitel fabric softener on your hands! My mani chipped horribly after 4 hours. When I do them myself they last a week! Tried it out, wouldn't go back. read more

I've tried to go here on two different occasions both times I was disappointed. My gel manicure lasted three days before peeling off/lifting on four fingers and very sloppy as well nail polish was all over my cuticles even after I asked if it could please be touched up. Pedicure area also dirty. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon it's not worth the money. read more

Ok place to go but I personally won't be going back..The people are pretty cool but it's my nails I have the problem with. I had gotten the done twice and they started popping off within the week..She did replace the ones that had popped off but charged me to repaint my nails in which she gave me the wrong color but said it was the same one I had before.. Getting more and more harder to find good nail techs anymore that's consistent There are other things too but I will leave at that and just not return. read more
