It was my first time using Vagaro so didn't really understand the scheduling but the salon crew helped me out. I like the comfy seating area, reading material, pitcher of refreshing water, uplifting music. I went in for microblading treatment with Karolin. Karolin provided the best microblading experience for me!! She's quite talented and skillful at her many crafts! It didn't take long and the sensation felt like a scratching of the brow area - not as painful as I thought! The numbing cream helped plus the aftercare kit with the application stick proved most helpful with the recovery. I'm looking forward to getting a fill-in after a few weeks the next time I visit Florida. I'm so amazed how the brows make me feel like a new person, Karolin's measurements really help frame one's facial structure.

I was visiting my uncle in Clearwater for a week and my flight had gotten cancelled to go back. I had needed to get a haircut for quite some time but made excuse after excuse to cut it. I explained to her that I knew I needed a cut and I needed quite a bit of length cut as well. I was reluctant but she was very helpful and welcoming. She explained everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable enough for her to do what she needed. When she was done I felt so much better and she explained to me about growing it back in a healthy manner. For a random hair cut, I have to say she was amazing. This place was recommended by a friend of mine, since she's been going here for awhile. So we made an appointment and had our hair done at the same day. This time, my friend was not happy with her hair cut, she wanted a light wispy bangs, but the service did not deliver. On my case, I wanted a butterfly cut with face framing. I showed my hair lady what I wanted and she seemed like she knew what she was doing. Side note, I used to get butterfly cut with face framing all the time, so I've watched my old hairstyler do their thaang. She shampooed my hair and did all that stuff.. and when it came to cutting... it was not it. The only thing that she cut was the bottom of my hair and the front part of my hair which was supposed to "give that layers look" but as you can see.. my hair was nowhere near what I wanted it to be.. pretty disappointing. Never going here again
