The lift & the tone of my blond is an icy perfection previous stylists could never achieve with Redken's line (plus no harsh chemicals). The tone looks exactly the same as when I left the salon after 2 weeks of washes, and the foils were placed so beautifully. She technically did a color correction on a bad bleach job for me and I almost happy-cried when I put my glasses on and saw what she did. My mom and sister see her, too, and she has helped my mom keep her hair looking full and beautiful in the face of hormonal hair loss with good products and some wizard-level shaping/layering. The ends were really damaged and so I went to help to find someone. Toni seemed to have good reviews and for good reasons. Right when I got there she consulted me and made me feel welcome. I explained to her that I knew I needed a cut and I needed quite a bit of length cut as well. I was reluctant but she was very helpful and welcoming. She explained everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable enough for her to do what she needed.
