I have had extensions done at 2 other salons and the quality does not even compare. The previous extensions did not last, and they left my lashes quite damaged as many of the lashes came out with the extensions. Not the ones that Cathy did!! These lashes look and feel so natural, and after 2 weeks I didn't even need a fill yet. I get so many complements and people question if they are real or not because they look like they are mine!! The salon is clean, and I appreciated Cathy being so informative and making sure I was satisfied with the look and the aftercare routine to make my lashes last as long as possible. They feel light and I don't even notice them until I catch people noticing them on me. I will not be going anywhere else for my lashes ever again even though I have to drive about an hour to get here. The drive is completely worth the end result! She was even so pleased with how they looked after 2 weeks that she suggested I not waste my fill that was already paid for and come back in another week. Such honesty is hard to come by, as she could have easily "filled" them even though they didn't really need it and charged me again in another few weeks. I was paying the same amount as any other client there, FYI and there was other staff that could have answered the phone or swept up their own client's hair. Back in May when my neck was *bent over backwards in the bowl* while the foils/highlight was being washed out of my hair, she left me there for at least 5 minutes to schedule appointments for other stylists! Yes, other staff was there and my neck was killing me. There were always other people there to answer the phone - they just made her do it. Yesterday, she sat me in the chair and we were about to start, but she had to stop and wash the hair of *two* clients for the owner. After 20 minutes, I finally walked out, realizing that while they might not value her, I value the money I am spending there! I understand small business, but I was paying the normal rate like everyone else, yet I was treated with a lack of respect because I had the "young" stylist. Just be warned when you make an appointment here to get the owner, not a new person. By the way, their prices aren't any better than other salons so I moved to another salon THAT VALUES EVERY CLIENT and their young stylists. That means something to me.

They were super responsive and after a few messages back and forth they booked me for an appointment the next day! When I came in to meet Raquel she was super sweet, friendly, and easy to talk to! It was like I already knew her! Since no one has touched my hair in years aside from one person I had my head set on just getting a trim because I'm picky and I was so nervous, but after talking to her a bit I decided to let her take her vision and give me some layers and angles and try something new. I'm so glad I did! She did an amazing job and I'm so obsessed with how my hair came out I can't stop staring at it!!! I think I'll keep it this way for a while now! The Salon itself is gorgeous as well! The interior is so classy and they have a cute little shop up front for accessories and even some clothes!
