I have been coming to your salon for over a year now and have brought numerous friends to your business. I really enjoy coming here. However, last week I had a very uncomfortable encounter with Delaney when I came in at 5pm on a Monday (they close at 7). I understand I didn't have an appointment and honestly would have been ok with her telling me she didn't have space for me but instead, she was incredibly rude and condescending about me coming in at 5pm and she made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. She was actually rude to multiple people today. I saw their faces completely shocked by how she treated them and they were talking poorly about the spa on their way out the door. It's unfortunate because this has always been a great salon to visit. She acted as if coming in at 5pm on a Monday was common sense that it would be packed. That's not common sense because I intentionally avoided coming over the weekend to avoid a busy time for your spa. Your busy hours aren't my business but her being inappropriately rude to people visiting your business is unnecessary.
