First time going there and loved the vibe and professional service! I plan to return when I am in the area again.

This isn't your typical nail salon. I had the pleasure of visiting Polished and had a pedicure done by Twin. The environment is very welcoming, staff is super friendly, and most importantly, the salon is very clean! All the staff and customers were even engaging in one conversation. Usually everyone is on their phone minding their own business. Polished is a bit on the pricier side ($38 for a regular pedicure), but remember you get what you pay for. Twin took her time with my pedicure and did an awesome job. One hour later I was very satisfied. I will be returning! read more

Clean, friendly and professional managed. Impressed by focus on cleanliness and sterilization of equipment. Highly recommend!!

Came here for a pedicure and got the best service and beautiful pedi. This place was clean, super cute and everyone was so nice!

We have a vacation home in Safety Harbor, and despite spending quite a bit of time locally over the last two years, I had yet to find a nail place that I really enjoyed. My search is over with Polished. My nail tech was Yi and he was phenomenal. I have a broken pelvis so I ambled my way in a cane, and he offered to help me and was super careful in even handling my injured side leg. We talked about how I liked my nails and he was very careful about addressing my cuticles, as they easily rip from too much cutting. The place is very clean and they have comfy massage chairs and a nice spacious environment. Pricing is higher than other places as my regular mani / pedi was $80, but it was well worth it. Polished is appointment only, so be sure to call, as otherwise walking in, you will unlikely be seen. That being said, unlike other nail places where I have booked appointments in the past, I didn't have to wait. Much to my embarrassment I was even five minutes late. read more

This was the best manicure I've ever had. Twin (spelling?) took time with me, she was very patient with an overgrown mess to fix (from a different salon). read more

The manicure and pedicure was absolutely the best one I've had in years. The conversation flowed and you could tell the years of experience they had and what an inviting space it was. My color was just what I was looking for. Felt very relaxed after and like I was hanging out with old friends. read more

Absolute perfection. I was in town for a wedding. I didn't have time to get my nails done before I left, and the big spa in town was all booked up, so I called the next nearest place. I'm so glad I did, because Polished is perfect!!! I'm very picky about my manicure. Especially now with gel color. So often the manicure itself is cut short (or skipped all together!!!) to make time for the gel application. This results in a sloppy manicure that I can't even remove without great effort. Not the case at Polished. When I made my appointment, they explained that the manicure was separate from the gel application: two different procedures. This made me really happy, because I knew they were going to take the time to do the job right. And so they did! My cuticles just as flawless as the polish! If I lived in the area, this would be my regular salon, no question. read more

I was in safety harbor Florida today. My friend and I wanted to have a spa day (pedi/ Medicure I had the privilege of meeting 2 exquisite Ladies. "Twin" and "Leta"..There are a few words that come to my mind when I think of my experience at Polish nail salon today ::caring, genuine, real and down to earth, honest, courteous, hospitable and thorough.. If you are ever in the area and need a pedi/ Medicure or facial, stop in and see these ladies.. They'll take good care of you and don't forget to say hi to "Bo-Bo", the Pomeranian... Thank you for being so kind to me and my friend Kozue. Love you Big!! read more

Polished is Perfection! I am grateful to Yi (one of the owners) for the best manicure of my life! I'm still surprised at how happy a great manicure can make me! I was in Safety Harbor for a week long retreat (at the 'big spa' in town.) I wanted to get away from there - and decided to have my nails done elsewhere. While this may seem like an odd comment, i'm the co-owner of a fine dining restaurant: Yi's skill was matched by his genuine concern for me. There is nothing that replaces authentic, heartfelt hospitality. My only wish? That i'd have had enough time to schedule the pedi before I left town, too! read more

Today was my first visit to Polished. First, to get an appointment, I left a message for them on a Monday - when they were closed - and my call was returned first thing on Tuesday morning. Very responsive and accommodating! I arrived at 10am for the first appointment of the day. The salon was very clean, which is important to me. I was greeted immediately upon opening the door. I had a manicure with shellac. The appointment was quick (for shellac), but not rushed. Twin does a great job with cuticles as well as the French manicure. In other salons they slap on the white polish for tips, then trim it back with acetone. Twin painted them on meticulously and perfectly. She's obviously very experienced and talented! The salon has a very professional and relaxing atmosphere. Customers and technicians were talking to each other; customers were interacting with each other, but there was none of the loud and distracting chatter between technicians that I've experienced elsewhere. The salon is very focused on cleanliness and safety. I saw the instruments used on me come right out of the sterilizer, and go right back into sterilization when my manicure was finished. The files and buffers are used only once and then discarded. This is extremely important to me as I know people who have contracted infections from manicures & pedicures in other venues. While I was at Polished, I received recommendations (from the employees and the customers) on where to go for great fresh produce (Joe's Farm Fresh Produce in Oldsmar), the best fried chicken (Southern Fresh in Safety Harbor), and brunch - especially for the blue crab benedict (The Living Room on Main in Dunedin). I was delighted with my experienced at Polished and will definitely go back whenever I am in town. Thank you Twin, Yi and Leta for a great experience! read more

I am visiting from California and needed my shellac redone. The girl was very informative and taught me a lot about the best shellac products. I am very pleased and will definitely return when I come back to safety harbor!! A++ Polished!! read more

Polished - Nail Salons Near Me - Safety Harbor, Florida

Worst place I've ever been under 15 years!! They did drill a hole in my own nail and acted like it's not they fault at all. I just stopped her after 30 minutes of horror and pain and walked out. they just said it's not Europe. So no quality at all!! I came out crying... They not nice people... I thought the customer is important but not here for sure! I'm not a bad person I just don't want this to happen with anyone else. read more

Used them a couple times. The owner seemed quiet. He was led by his wife who was phony, bossy, uptight & ran behind schedule. The girl who does the pedicures was funny & nice. The prices are out the roof. $$$ read more

The people here go above and beyond to make your individual experience special. Cannot wait to go back!!!!

Friendly and wonderful service. The salon is clean, comfortable and classy. The owners are funny and personable. I was completely relaxed.....and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I was in from Chicago and can say this is one of the best manicures and pedicures I have ever gotten. Prices were fair. ...and having a glass of wine was a completely added bonus. I look forward to my next visit to town....so I can visit again. read more

My daughter and I went to Polished for a pedicure and were very pleased with the service and friendliness of the owners. Twin and her husband were very professional and although the price was a little more than I usually pay I feel it was worth it. We were offered a glass of wine...very nice touch. Also, a few days after my pedicure I hit my toe and chipped the polish. Twin touched it up free of charge. read more
