Best customer service! Helpful and fun! Wide selection of games and even cute clothes on sale. Left with more fun stuff than expected!! Thanks Na-il and Ava! read more

I'm from Chicago-area, and I wish I could take this shop back home with me on the airplane! They sell Pleaser shoes, which is what initially drew me in to this spot. They didn't have the size I needed, but they offered to order it for me and I could pick it up in-store! Sadly I wasn't going to be in town for that long, but it's always nice to hear someone offer. I got some adorable club wear and they gave me a coupon on the way out. The coolest thing about this shop though? It was clean! Being from Chicago, the shops in the city can get kind of dirty sometimes... it was nice and refreshing to visit an adult store that I didn't feel grossed-out in. Would 100% go back! read more

Jessica was the Bomb! Very knowledgable and very helpful! Plus she let me smack it ;)

An excellent, well-stocked sex shop with quality products and a very knowledgeable staff. I can mostly echo the other reviewers in saying that I've been pleased with my experiences and the products I've purchased. The girls that work there know their stuff and are happy to answer any questions. They've always steered me right, recommending quality products. If you don't know enough about adults products to buy online yet, the staff here will get you up to speed. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of five is that prices are rather high. For instance, they recommended that I use Virilis as a male sex supplement, which was an excellent choice! However, it costs nearly three times as much at Fascinations as it does online. Still, it's my first stop whenever I'm in doubt about what to buy. read more

Grace was legit the best customer service sales rep got 2 outfits and a toy !!!! Will definitely be coming back love

Awesome selection!! They have all your lingerie, adult toy and accessory, bachelorette party, swimwear, "athleisure," and women's fashion apparel needs! They even have a small wall of adult videos but an entire section for men's wear, toys, and prostate health accessories, which I don't see at many other places. Their women's lingerie selection have some sexy yet elegant pieces in a beautiful variety of colors. They have sale rack in the back-left side of the store. They also send out frequent specials when you join their free membership program. You can only try on 3 items at a time (Required to keep underwear on when trying on items!). What caught me by surprise is that they allow spouses to sit in the dressing room with you! Sadly I was too busy holding items to take photos of the store, but take my word that they have an impressive selection of items. Aside from all that, what definitely sold me was the knowledge and helpfulness of their sale associates! They are very welcoming in answering any questions you have and they do so with sufficient detail. They're not judgmental or overbearing. They were friendly and attentive to anticipate customers needs. What more could you want in a shopping experience! They've convinced me to join their membership. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in the area! read more

I was fascinated lol, So they didn't card me lol. I'm 21 but get mistaken for 16 a lot . I showed it to them anyway . The store was very clean and very organized and well lit ! It didn't have that usual sex shop feel. It was my first time actually buying something, not to go just to be curious with friends . But I didn't browse, I went online and picked what I wanted then found it at the store. In and out. What sucked was there was only guy cashiers and helpers .. Which made things kind of awkward at first . Well I couldn't tell if one was a guy or girl but he sounded like a guy so .. To me a guy. ( not homophobic I'm a lesbian ) it would have been a tad better if a girl was on the floor as well to help but other then that .. A+ read more

Absolutely wonderful. The staff is excellent and Ni-al was exceptional on our last visit. They carry amazing brands and give great advice. If you aren't sure if you'll like what's in the box, many products are on display. If they're isn't a display model they will open one for you. The rewards program also synches with the other Fascinations stores throughout the state. The store is clean, welcoming, and there is no judgement. Gotta try it, you will love it. read more

This was my first time to visit Fascinations and it exceeded my expectations. Joshua and the staff greeted me and made me feel right at home. Joshua was super knowledgeable and I will be back for sure. Fascinations trumps any other adult store. read more

Wonderful service. I'm a plus size doll and they had plenty to choose from. Great store to find and wild pleasures and gifts....

Staff were so helpful particularly Megan! They really worked hard to make a comfortable environment for anyone who walked through the door to ask for help or ask questions. Megan accommodated all of my changing room needs and did many runs to the back for shoes for me because I wasn't certain about which ones to get. So friendly! Definitely will be coming back. read more

This store has officially become my favorite place to shop in Tucson! Has the biggest selection of naughty occasion goodies for reasonable prices. They also have the most wonderful staff. Sean and Estaban were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and really made my experience there truly memorable. Hope to see those guys again next time I head there, I know they'll help me find EXACTLY what I'm looking for every time. I have been to other shops in Tucson, but from now on - Fascinations is my Go To place when my partner and I look for that extra fun to spice up our bedroom life =^_^=. They have the biggest selection of anything and everything you could possibly be looking for when it comes to the naughty side of life ;) If you haven't been there yet - you really need to go. They do check ID's - so make sure you have yours on you when you go in =^_^=. Thanks Fascinations - you guys rock! read more

Andria made me feel comfortable here, as it was my first time. Excited to have a place to spice the passionate life up with my lady! Thank you so much!!! Got a sweet starter Christmas gift :) also, store looks super clean. Lots of selection too! I'll definitely recommend to my peoples! read more

if you go here you need to ask for Esteban! He is the most helpful most knowledgeable person. Walked in here with my sister and best friend looking for a vibrator, all a bit nervous unsure of what everything means and he showed us every feature, his recommendations and even convinced me to get lingerie. read more

This is by far my favorite lingerie/toy store that I've been to due to everyone being so friendly inside! I'm always comfortable with coming in and shopping. I don't feel judged and I get awesome advice from the friendly staff, including Delsa who helped me today with shopping for some items! Will always be my go-to ! read more

Very nice store, knowledgeable and friendly staff makes it a comfortable experience everytime !

Good selection of lingerie, and the staff was awesome. They have a good selection of lingerie with all different colors and sizes, they also have a good selection of toys and other useful goodies. The staff was helpful and nice I will definitely be back. read more

Went here late with my friend after spending all day looking for any store selling a simple garter for her wedding. We went through a dozen shops before one store suggested we check Fascinations. We were welcomed in offered help (only informative and entertaining, not pushy) and the entire store was well organized and clean. We were able to beeline to clothing items without issue. We found the perfect garter at an amazing price. Assistant Manager Sin was especially fun and helpful. The music was great the whole time we were there, and the quality and prices were awesome. I must also add we came and perused the final hour before closing at midnight, and yet never feeled rushed and we're encouraged to take our time. All in all, a very chill, welcoming store. Also leave your drinks in the car, we foolishly walked in with a red slushy. Luckily employees offered to hold it behind the counter for us so we could safely check out the bridal displays. A great environment and worth a visit. read more

The atmosphere in this store is electric. The staff is very helpful. Finally, they have a variety of items. Reasonable prices on most things. The lingerie is amazing, but there is something left to be wanting. The bj jelly is the best. read more

Fascinations is such a great store the employees are super helpful and sweet! They have everything you need from lube to cute outfits! The prices are really reasonable and they make you feel comfortable while your are shopping! read more

I normally order my toys online because, well, sex shops are scary, right? Well, after a bad experience with an online retailer and a long wait for a return/replacement, I threw up my hands and said, "what the heck?" and checked out Fascinations. Wow, was I in for a surprise! This place is about as threatening as a Walgreen's. It's large, brightly-lit, and the Aerosmith blasting out the stereo made me feel at ease. There was nobody around to make me feel uncomfortable or give me the fifth degree, and all the other customers were "normal" people like me. Surprise! When I was ready to pick something out, the saleslady was super helpful, letting me take a toy out of a glass display case, showing me how to turn it on, and comparing it to a few others available in the store. If you want a cheapie $10 plastic toy, there's plenty of selection, but if you're looking for something super fancy for $100+, there are plenty of options there, too. Overall, the only downside to this place is that I took so long to visit! I'll definitely be back, husband in tow, to see what other goodies this place holds. read more

Fascinations takes that air of shame out of adult shops and completely turns their usual reputations on their head. It's not a dark, shady building at all; instead, it's brightly lit, nicely decorated, and very welcoming. The staff is great, as well. There's no judgment about what you buy, and they're more than happy to answer any questions about what kind of toy to get, what something does, or how to have safer sex/masturbating. Definitely recommended for their wide variety and awesome staff. read more

Best adult shop in Tucson. They have everything you and your lover desire or can imagine. I think they remodeled a little and it looks less messier. They carry it all. I;m not very open with sex talk so I'mma stop here. But this is the spot to come to if you were interested :) read more

I love this place! I hate buying this kind of stuff online - I want to see it before I spend my money on it...every purchase is intimate and you can't do that online. I love that they give a military discount, and they are very helpful yet not pushy. It's clean, items are priced well, and well, it's a fun place. Wish I could work there! read more

I'm pretty much a regular, lets just say they no longer need to card me haha. Is that good or bad? I'd say naughty ;)

It's one of the most comfortable, laid back adult stores I've ever been in. It doesn't feel creepy n like I need to wear a disguise to browse in the store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products and they definitely don't make you feel uncomfortable when asking questions or for advise. nor do I feel the need read more

Went to the store just after 7pm and was told by an employee told us that if we did not know EXACTLY what we wanted, that we could not go in because they were "already overcapacity" and we'd have to come back tomorrow because they wanted everyone out by 7:30pm, even though they don't close until 8pm. Meh. I've experienced better. read more

Cute (not at all creepy) place to buy your sexy stuff. The employees are very well versed in all of the products they sell and there is a pretty decent awards program. They accept all major credit cards. read more

The people working are helpful and professional at this location. They understand the items sold and make great recommendations! Wish they would keep more of the creeps out, but still deserves five stars! read more

Best stripper store in town! They stock a ton of club wear, stockings and have a great variety of shoes. However, the staff keeps me coming back. Yes, I can get stuff a few dollars cheaper elsewhere but seeing Joey, Gia, Jasmine and the rest of the crew is more than worth it. I went in for yet another pair of shoes and, as my feet are tiny, there wasn't much in my size ( which is even more of a problem elsewhere.) Joey spent some considerable time helping me pick out a shoe, try it on, compare it to another style, look at it in both a shoe and a full size mirror, put them on hold, come back in an hour, try them on again, wonder if a heel that big makes me look like a scary monster, instead of a nice sprite and eventually buy them. I am a stripper, after all. read more

Very clean professional atmosphere. Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful. Left with a bag full of fun.

like all the stuff this place has to offer but right as we walked in the door we were met with rude and awful customer service. the general manager vanessa (per her name tag) was extremely rude and as my friend and i walked up to the counter, i heard her and another employee talking poorly about us with each other. i can't believe how horribly we were treated. disappointing. read more

The staff at this store is very helpful. My only suggestion, is to carry white and black knee highs near the halloween season! Two weeks before, they did not have a good selection of these, the selection of items sometimes is alot less than their Phoenix based stores. However, they have very helpful sales staff, and the best intentions. read more

The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt completely at ease asking any questions, and Na-il was great. He was a wonderful listener and super articulate in describing different products and options. Thank you! read more

:D....all smiles lol. But in all seriousness I actually liked this place. The BF and I went here to find some stuff to spice the bedroom up to...ohhhhh....let's say ghost pepper level haha. There was a man there ( I hate that I cant remember his name....maybe AJ? This would be a tragic moment if we were together) who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful...to the point where I had to give him the side squinty eye. But this being that kind of place I won't dare pass judgment lol. I kind of wish their selection was bigger but they did have a ton of things. So if your down to get down with the get down and explore your freaky side (because we all have one) then you can start here! read more

Friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean and well stocked. Give it a try :)

This woman who works in the store and her name is Mouse was so helpful and patient to me because I for most of the time I was in there I couldn't decide what to get and she showed me a lot of different things that went together and I picked out a few things that went together read more

Best customer service by far. Everyone is so friendly, super helpful, and not judge-mental at all. They have a variety of everything-you will find what you're looking for. But the staff is truly superb. I won't go anywhere else! read more

Super clean store!!! All of the customers looked really normal and uncreepy! Might become a regular here =)

TLDR Thanks to AlbaMaria, manager at Fascinations who was too busy to talk to us lowly customers, we left with no products, a $32 credit card charge, and a promise that she'd resolve the issue on a day when she's not even working. Worst customer experience I've had in a very long time. Long form, my wife and i selected 3 items as a gift package for a friend. We weren't sure if they'd like it so we figured they could exchange for a gift card if they didn't. As we are signing for the credit card purchase the worker told us the items we selected couldn't be returned. I cleared the signature on the terminal and attempted to cancel the transaction, but the charge went through anyway. We ask for a refund so we can buy a gift card instead, and the worker tells us the credit card processing system is new and she can't issue a refund. She goes to get the manager to resolve the issue for us. Manager, AlbaMaria, sends her back saying she's on a conference call, she can't do anything to help us until tomorrow and we have to come back. The employee made 3 trips between us and AlbaMaria, each time with the same message, that there's nothing she can do until tomorrow. When we asked for the managers name so we knew who to ask for tomorrow, we were told that AlbaMaria won't even be working tomorrow. So now I get to drive back to the store tomorrow, explain this whole cluster to a different manager, in the hopes that I MIGHT get a refund for items I never even took out of the store. Worst customer experience ever, courtesy of a completely inept manager who wouldn't even show the courtesy of talking to us face to face. read more
