I was wrong about jars all the times that they tell you to make a review and give you a free pre-roll all of a sudden I went in today on June fifth and they tell me that I have to purchase something to get my free pre-roll, for a company like jars to make so much money and not willing to be able to just give you the free pre-roll considering you're a customer and you also have an account with them and you buy and purchase from them obviously they know the amount of times I purchase things cause they have it on record. They cannot give a free pre-roll just by making a review so this reviews to let people know that charge is slipping just like the other dispensaries. They were more about making money than trying to keep their customers happy and coming don't offer a free pre-roll with a review. Honestly JARS has stayed my favorite dispo in Tucson. I've been going here for a while now and the experience is always consistent. The online ordering is super convenient and my orders are usually ready really fast. Everyone working there is friendly, helpful, and chill without making you feel rushed or awkward asking questions. Good prices, generally an excellent staff. Recent months customer service has taken an appalling downturn. Cashiers are rude and don't want to be there. My budtender 'E' attempted to use bad math and a receipt from my last order to try to explain away not giving me my free eighth. Not the first issue l've had with this budtender in particular. But today he was accusatory, insulting and offensive. Intentionally scribbled his name on the receipt to prevent accurate reviews. That's just bad business. Glasses and a stupid haircut. We're from Vegas and wanted a dispensary that had some decent deals. JARS was one of the recommended dispensaries and was pretty amazed with the prices. We were able to get a half, 8 infused pr's, and two packs of gummies for $107. That's so much cheaper than Vegas! In fact, we came back the next day for the 5 for $50 concentrates! The website worked fine and I was able to use it to gauge how much I'd need in store. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of their products. Definitely recommend! read more

Been to a number of dispensaries, and have always been treated good. Jars so far has been pretty solid with price and quantity. It's the only place so far that I have been to were I can get a five dollar rollie. I have been here two times now and had great Customer service.
