I just wanna shout this place out real quick. I went there a few weeks to buy a new vape, and the guys knew what they were doing and got me all set up. Today, I needed a new pod for it, and I tried FIVE other places on my side of town with no luck. I was at the end of my rope and kinda having a nic fit when I stopped in here. I hope I wasn't too rude, but I was in a crummy mood and it was obvious. The dude working basically turned the store upside down looking for one, because they DO stock them, but they were just out. I asked if he could just sell me a disposable vape to hold me over while I ordered the pods online, so he showed me what they had... and then gave them to me for free. They sold me the mod, so when they couldn't help me find the pods for it, they felt responsible (even though it's MY crummy addiction lol). I thought "Damn, well these guys deserve at least SOME business from me today", so I grabbed a bottle of juice as well... which he also just gave me, for FREE. I'm in a really tight money situation right now and the thought of spending $40 on a new mod was stressing me out all day, which combined with nicotine cravings, is not a recipe for positive human interactions. I could have hugged him and cried when he told me to just take them. This place gives a crap about their customers, and the next time I need something, I'm skipping the five local places by my house and just heading east immediately. It is diamond level rare for businesses to actually care that much. Absolute kings. I wish these guys sold cell phones and health insurance and every other thing people need that sucks to buy and use. And to whoever that employee was, I'm really sorry about the bitchiness. Since this hotel thing a lot of things have been changing and being able to be ordered and so I've been looking for something different but cost efficiency when I went in there on this day it just feels so overwhelmed by all the different things on the shelf and the cashier that was working was named Patricia and she made me feel so comfortable and informed me on all these different flavors and devices and helped me understand a lot and was able to find something that I could afford. I don't know how to work/fix the devices or even know how to change a coil. Hell I barely know how to add in the juice lol but Mike helped me with all of it! He was kind, patient and very caring. Amazing shop! Great prices. Premium ejuice fron other brands including in-house juice they make at their own labs. Great price for amount of juice you receive. Good deals and the staff is awesome. Some shops just seem to be full of A-Holes, but they are helpful, nice, and make you feel welcome instead of pushing you out the door. My new shop above all in Tucson. Go check them out! Incredible staff! Mason has been incredibly informative and helpful time and time again. The selection of juice, oils, mods, pods, etc. is exceptional and they carry really good brands. Me and my boyfriend just moved to Tucson from California and he vapes a lot and we have been here twice and they have every juice that he likes and it's a very reasonable price.
