I have gone to a variety of different vape shops and fully expected to spend a great deal more for delivery - BUT, I was pleasantly surprised to spend less than I would have if I drove across town in this heat and got the same products from some where else, even with the tip I gave my delivery driver. What I DO mind though, is rudeness. I'm not sure of his name, but there's a shorter guy with glasses and a ponytail that has been rude to me enough times that I'm just not going to go to this store anymore. Let's call him Rude Southwest Smokeless Guy - RSSG for short. The 3 times I've encountered him, he's expressed clear annoyance at having customers at all, and he's most definitey annoyed by my existence especially. Here's what I mean: 1. Curbside pick up during the health crisis - Me: "Thank you for being here so that I can still pick up my ejuice." RSSG: "Whatever. We shouldn't be open." 2. My boyfriend went to pick up my juice for me (already bought and paid for via phone) so that I could stay home with the kids. My BF: Hi, my girlfriend ordered some juice over the phone. I'm here to pick it up. RSSG: I have no way of verifying that. That's unacceptable. (Catty sidenote - a) how would anyone else know I'd ordered and paid for juice from that specific store 15 minutes prior and b) is there some sort of nicotine addict card that I'm not aware of and am required to present as identification?) 3. I broke the mouthpiece to my mod and pulled up outside. I don't have encyclopedic knowledge (or any really) of sizes and such. This is smoking cessation for me, not an effing hobby. RSSG was beyond annoyed that I had to meet him at the door to look at my setup and provide me with options. RSSG: (looking at my mod) I'm not touching that. Me: I didn't ask you to touch it. I'm asking you to look at it and tell me what to do to remove it. RSSG: (shows me 2 options) Me: I don't understand the difference between the two. RSSG: (Audible sigh)... You get my drift. I like most of the people, and I usually like their juice. But I won't go back there and be treated like crap on the bottom of someone's shoe.
