I love going here for my Juice--I love running into the owners when they are at this location--really nice couple! MOST of the staff there is really friendly--smile and greet you when you come in, some of them are good enough to remember your name and your preference of juice--of course you have the ones who look like the smile expression is broken for them lol--but thankfully, they don't seem to last long there. Went in for a coil, which was extremely over priced at 3.00 each when you can get them for 2.00 at the Moon, stupid thing didn't even work and leaked half my juice out...went to the moon to get another one. Won't be returning....not just because the coil was broken, but because OPV has better service and the Moon has cheaper coils. read more

I had a great experience going to this store. I used to go to this store long ago but I was unhappy with the way some of the staff acted, as if it was a bother to help me. They acted like I should already know everything about the products. I gave them another try on the recommendation of a friend. The old staff is no longer there, as far as I can tell. I came in and was helped by Kyle. I was in the market for a whole new vaping rig. Kyle answered my questions and pointed me toward a cheap all-included kit. He realized the store did not have this kit, and when I said I would look around for it, he did not try to up-sell me or pressure me into buying something else. I left and called around and no one in town had the kit either, so I came back to get a comparable but slightly more expensive set up. The younger gentleman and girl that were helping customers up front when I came in were both very helpful and I could tell that they paid attention to there regulars and tried to remember their orders. Ok so I have read some of the reviews some good and some bad. Let me tell you something. I have been going to this store on Houghton and valencia for a long time. I'm always treated really great! Yes sometimes my coils were messed up or they burned within mins of using them. The owner has always either replaced my coils at no charge and explain that some coils are just bad from the start. It happens as with any product you buy some will be defective but they have never turned me away they can't just replace every coil that is defective for free they will lose money but I'm sure they would give anyone a discount if it happens once or twice but customers that are always trying to say that the coil is defective just wants a new one at no charge. And how can this stores employees know for a fact that it wasn't operators error cause not everybody is honest about there coils. But if they know you and know you are not there to just get a free coil they will do there best to replace it for free or discounted. Now onto another thing. I have also purchased mods that were defective and the owner once again let me pick another one out for free. I have never had any issues with any of the employees they are all very polite and strive for excellent customer service. My juice has never tasted bad they are on point when making my juice and the flavor I like. They know me so well that I don't even have to say anything and they know what I'm getting. I have never had a bad experience here ever!!. They only thing I think they can improve on is the time they close. I don't like going anywhere else but I work 10 hours a day so they aren't open when I go into work and they close right when I get off so I have to try to go on my days off. I wish they would extend their hours a little so I have time to get there before they close. I also like they are only 7 mins from my home that makes it so much easier for myself. Other then that I would definitely recommend southwest smokeless to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and recieve excellent care in their juice buying experience. read more

I had to come in to purchase a new eCig after mine decided to stop working. Not only did they help me find one that was right for me, they helped me find the perfect juice. I have some special requirements for taste that no one could duplicate previously. They worked with me and tested some concoctions and came up with something that I love! It allows me to try different flavors with the menthol mixture that I like! I am so thankful to be able to stick with only Southwest Smokeless from now on! read more

the juice i got was extremely expensive (18$ for a 30mil) and it's awful quality. you can barely taste it and it burns the throat. it's not just me- i've had multiple people try it and we all agree. will not be going back. read more

I use to enjoy dealing with this company but lately it seems to get worse. I cant tell you how many BAD coils I have purchased from them and each time I go in to explain to them it was bad when I first installed it, they ask "did you prime the coil?" I've been going there for almost a year and I have to say, I KNOW how to prime the damn coil!! So I bought another coil and installed it after cleaning my pen and PRIMING the new coil, guess what, this coil is bad too! So now I have to go get a new one today! I have had coils that have lasted for 2 months, almost a year of vaping I have had approximately 6 bad coils and more good ones so I know how to install them properly. I think that if you believe in your product you should replace the BAD coil for no charge!! Not just say "it happens sometimes"!! Well it has happened way tooooo many times. Close to my house, prices a little more for liquid than other locations. For e-cigs they don't have anything you can't get off Ebay for 1/2 the price. I like that they have a great variety and will mix any strength you want. Would have been 5 stars but some of the young kids that work in there act like its a major inconvenience to them that you came in. Not super great customer service read more
