I was in looking for cbd oil at the kolb store and was treated the worst i ever have been by a manager! He was rude i have spent thousands of dollars at that store over the years actually all of the Moons stores. The attitude of the person especially as i had a stronger meds in my system i was struggling to even get a cogent idea out of my head was uncalled for. I think i will find another smokeshop as i refuse to deal with that person again. I now regret i actually bought something there. Never again! We come here for CBD products, they have a decent selection and everyone here is pretty knowledgable. The service is always awesome, the music is a random mix, the place is kept clean and well stocked. Considering the side of town it's on the keep the riff raff out. read more

The atmosphere is always casual and energetic. I haven't actually bought anything from these guys, but I've been inside and have friends who have shopped Moon - it's one of Tucson's mainstay head shops. It can be intimidating when you first walk into Moon Smoke Shop but the people who work there are very friendly. Even the people who shop there are willing to help. They have a pretty wide variety of tobacco, glass, pipes, papers and other accessories you might want. It is great to go there to just browse around or if you are looking for something specific. If you're looking for a place a bit more independent and bohemian, check out Fathead Glass or Hippie Gypsy. Otherwise, this is a cool little store (there are 4 locations in Tucson). read more

Yesterday, I purchased a scale from Moon Smoke Shop on West Grant. I have been a customer of their store for decades and never had a problem. I got the scale home and it was similar to others I'd used years ago. I took the weights out to zero it out as instructed and it did not work. I called the store and they told me to bring it in this morning. I was also led to believe that they had other scales in the back room so I thought I could exchange it. I had my receipt as well. I explained what happened and told them I did not want this scale. The clerk got smaller weights from another area and added them and told me that I had to buy these, which I knew were not included and should not have been needed. He made it clear to me that I would not get my money back, that I needed to buy more weights, and that I did not know what I was doing with this scale. He also told me that this scale was the last one, not exchanges. I will never shop in this store nor recommend it to anyone, ever again. It makes me sad to see the deterioration of ethics in business. What's even worse is the clerk tried to keep my receipt and I had to ask for it back, very scary. read more

Great selections of cigarettes at excellent prices. Cigar selection is kk for a place that doesn't focus on cigars. The best experience at Moon is the every changing stickers available. The Tucson locations carry Mexican sodas which means your favorite soda made with real sugar, not the poisonous high fructose corn syrup! Now, every groovy shop has the potential of a nightmare experience because of the staff. No nightmares at Moon! The staff at all three locations I've visited are super nice folks. My husband has to quit smoking due to a medical condition but we ended up going here to buy an e-cigarette to help quit. Tommy helped us and explained how easy it is to use one of the e-cigarettes. My husband is very thankful we were able to get one so late at night. He was having cravings. They cost $60.00 plus the flavored liquid that cost $6.00. Hopefully my husband will quit eventaully and we thank Moon Smoke Shop for their help. read more

Great selection of items for all smoking aficionados.

I love the staff that work here, but I am giving a review for their NO REFUND policy. I recently purchased an E-cigarette at another location(Stone), for about $38+. I have been a loyal customer for well over a decade, spent thousands, and recently purchased the aforementioned device. 1) DO NOT buy into this marketing scam. After researching these products after the fact, they are NO better than smoking tobacco. The oil has nasty additives, no better than regular cigarettes. They have some of the same carcinogens and some other toxic substances perhaps worse. A study reported that after E-cig use, that "airway resistance" decreases after use...i.e. your air(oxygen) intake is reduced by up to 45%! (That's for regular tobacco smokers!) So, I went back to Moon's and asked for a refund. I had only used it a week. I thought MAYBE as a loyal customer they would give me a break. NOT a chance. The irony is that a store closer to where I live (Simply Smokes), has a FULL REFUND policy. Ernie, (the owner?) was so nice, I wish I'd gone there. With the E-cig, I also noticed chest pain and increased smoking! So, what's the point? If you think about it, using oil vs. tobacco seems like mainlining the nicotine vapor into your lungs. I'm not a happy camper, and will be putting out my fire soon without the "help" of an E-Cig. If you want great customer service go elsewhere. Evidently the owner is too greedy to have any kind of refunds. read more

I had to ask one of the clerks to come out of the back, where his friend was telling a joke, to come and help me. In the middle of the sale, he starts to leave, and go back to be with his friends. I had to yell "Hey! You were helping me, remember?" He turns back to me, with a pained look, and finishes the sale. From now on, I will go to a store where they actually want to help me, rather than just get paid for hanging out with their friends all day. read more
