They said they will send me 1 pack (5 coils) back as the other 2 packs had opened coils. I payed shipping to return the bad ones, they took the bad ones I had and said they will send me only one. Shipping cost me more then 1 pack of coils. They ask you to inspect the product and then tell you they cant exchange them because the product is open. Shop else where people.
