Bob was so helpful and really went the extra mile to help me find just the right item. He paid attention to the flavors that had been requested, and provided a few different, interesting options. My friend had wanted pineapple or something exotic. Also minty. A pineapple lime was a available and also Miami Mist. The price was reasonable, and Bob even told me what to expect with how long each separate choice might last, generally. Set a few options aside and let me consider, without any pressure. This was an unexpected and pleasant experience. Thank you, so much! I expect to shop at Old Pueblo Vapor again.

I had my order at my doorstep that afternoon and I was so impressed by the entire experience. The selection of flavors was incredible, if you can dream it up, they have it!! You can still choose your size, nicotine level and mix and they even have a discount code for your first delivery. I have gone to a variety of different vape shops and fully expected to spend a great deal more for delivery - BUT, I was pleasantly surprised to spend less than I would have if I drove across town in this heat and got the same products from some where else, even with the tip I gave my delivery driver. Which brings to the wonderful man that came to my door, super friendly, engaging and helpful! He deserves amazing tips for being able to provide great service and a smile while maneuvering through Tucson traffic in 100+ degree temps! Kudos to Old Pueblo Vapor, you guys have a customer for life and I'm super happy to have found you guys and truly impressed with your entire operation! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Since my kid and I were already on N. 4th in Tucson, Moon was convenient to get hubs a wooden pipe. Timing was everything since my kid and I were heading to the airport. Although hubs has used several wooden pipes over the years, he wants to collect them. Plus, he wanted us to get him a pipe that's specific to Tucson. Greeting was instant from the guys. Service was smooth when I mentioned to them I was looking for a wolf wooden pipe- which they had for sale. Price? Under $15. End of story.

No weird unwelcoming cloud bro atmosphere, proper lighting, and the people there know there stuff. The pricing is very reasonable. They actually have prices out unlike every other shop in town, so if your just starting out you don't have to worry about about being taken advantage of like a few other places around. The selection was crazy, sure, they got your trendy smok stuff if that's your thing, but if you know your shit about real gear, they got you covered 100%. I was pretty much sworn off of vape shops around here, so much unprofessionalism and bs and price gouging. I started doing online only, and only came here for a instant gratification fix, but best believe I shall return, and for more than just an quick fix.

Frank is great but his girlfriend (whom I can't recall her name right now but she co owns it with Frank) is vastly in a different category. She is extremely stingy and refuses to participate in any kind of holiday or seasonal sale. If it wasn't for Frank, the prices would be even more outrageously marked up!! We've caught her lying about us being owed a bottle of juice because of THE STORES "reward system". We knew we were due for our free bottle when we purchased our bottle the week before. It was extremely hard to contain myself to have the actual OWNER of the store lie to my face about reaching the benefit of their own reward system. We went back the week later when she wasn't there and claimed our free bottle but haven't been back since. After they closed the store that was close to our house, we were driving 15 min completely out of our way for their juice because it's THAT GOOD!! Sadly, we've been extremely turned off by the continual negative experiences with the female owner.... idk why I cannot recall her name?!? Says something for sure, lol! So if you go, go when Frank is there and you will have a great experience!! Definitely cannot say anything close to the same thing any other time.
