Unlike Freedom Smoke, they have a very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind staff. They are all about making sure you are happy. They have a juice bar (E juice, not smoothies) and they will sit there all day and let you sample every single juice they have. They don't complain when you ask questions, they really make you feel at home when you walk into the shop. I bought a couple of tanks, a battery, and some juice from them. The first thing I noticed was that their juices are thicker and more flavorful. The battery I bought lasts forever on a single charge, and their tanks don't leak. Another cool thing about Vape addiction is that they make mods, if you like just blowing clouds, thats the way to go. Its really cool to watch. I am so grateful this place exists, after essentially being treated like I was a nobody at freedom smoke, I walked into Vape addiction and was treated like a person, my questions were answered in a courteous and professional manner, there is no ridiculous wait times or a pointless sign in sheet., you don't feel rushed at all which is a breath of fresh air. So, for a vape newbie like myself ... I can walk into any of these shops & potentially be ripped off (suckered). This is NOT the case here. No one here tries to use and abuse their customers, openly knowing that they could easily be tricked into countless upsales. Most of us are new to the idea of vaping, so we always have endless questions (or just look lost & hope someone's going to pipe in and save us). The staff is over the top, helpful, but not pushy. This is not just a personal experience, because I do admit that I know Peter (owner) personally. We've been friends for a long minute. :P But I love seeing their work ethic here. They're nice to EVERYONE that walks through their doors, no matter the abundant of ridiculous questions they may have. Trust me, I've seen plenty of scouters walk in just hounding away with questions about any & everything. Then leave without a single purchase (not even a bottle of juice!) Anyway, yap yap yap... Yes, love the staff. Hah ! But seriously, they're always up to date on the latest mods. They build them in front of you, teach you how to use them, etc. And don't get me started on their juice selection... This ain't no Freedom. These aren't mixed and concocted in-house. First off I honestly was under the impression that freedom smoke was the only vape supply store in Tucson. I'm so happy I was wrong. I happened to drive past Vape Addiction one afternoon and stopped in to check it out. After months of waiting in ridiculous lines, never having any stock, inconsistent juices and clueless staff suggestions at freedom, Vape Addiction was nirvana floating in water vapor. The person who greeted me, who happened to be the owner answered every question I had in great detail. He was super friendly, made perfect suggestions, taught me a thing or ten and I didn't have to wait for two hours for him to acknowledge me! What a novel concept! So to anyone who vapes, do yourself a favor. Ditch Freedom and get into Vape Addiction. It's slightly more expensive but the service and quality are more then worth it. Vape addiction used to be a unique spot some years ago. However it was sold off during the FDA scare, the current owners are just trying to use the previous reputation for another buck. The place has gone pretty stagnant. It used to be full of people and would host events and competitions and whatnot, however now it's just an empty shell filled with underpaid employees and below average juice selection. First let me say the young lady there when we went in was pleasant and willing to help, while the guys there were too busy playing with their e-cigs to bother more than a nod. I don't shop at businesses that are out of stock or don't offer a selection, I can shop any place I want but the reviews online made this place sound great. Small little retail space with nothing to offer, hidden in the corner, and nothing but a pile of industry mags all over the place. When I asked about a battery and charger, the only ones in stock were the smallest batteries and the biggest charger set up. Hello fellow yelpers! Where to start... Hmmm... I have always been the kind of person who thought the trend that is 'vaping' or 'e-smoking' was just that, a trend. When I started seeing more and more people walking around with them talking about how they quit smoking, I started taking notice. I tried one of my buddies 'E-Go' electronic cigarettes, and although I really liked the flavor, it just wasn't quite the same as my beloved Marlboro smooths. Along came vape addiction, the first Tucson e-cigarette store to offer the high end, top quality products in the ever growing camping community. I tried Peters (the owner) 'mechanical mod' and immediately fell in love. I made a purchase, the top of the line ProVari e-cigarette. It was expensive, around $300, but as an 18 year, pack and a half a day smoker, my calculation came out to 26 days of smoking this and it would be the same as cigarettes, and after that, all I would need to do was buy juices. Even still, I was a little skeptical, but today, 7 days of no smoking, finally being able to smell again, not stinking like cigarettes, and actually feeling in better overall health, I felt it was time to spread the word! Now, Peter and his staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and definitely helpful in helping you end your cigarette smoking for a much less abrasive alternative. They have fantastic parking, and a MASSIVE selection of flavors to choose from. They even have a juice bar where you can sample all the flavors. And for all you non-smokers who like the occasional hookah, they have nicotine free variants as well. Seriously, this place is awesome, and has been my first step to a much healthier lifestyle. They are also going to have special events, like a 'Cars and Vapes' Saturday that features a hefty discount for all in attendance, bike night, Xbox tournaments, it's like an adult playground in there!! I've been in this business several times now and they have no supplies. Displays are empty and I ask for any flavored juice 4-6 mg and the only flavor in the whole store was coffee!! Seems fishy? I asked why and I've been told that the owner doesn't order, that they just had a big sale(which 4 days earlier I was there and shelfs were empty then as well). I'm trying to support small businesses in tucson but unfortunately I will have to drive by to freedom smoke from now on. 6 times I went in to find they were unable to sell me anything. My fiance came here just about 20 minutes today 2/26/17 . He asked for the smallest cheapest bottle of juice and the lady hands him this small ass bottle and says it's $9 so he buys it. But come to find out it has nicotine and he didn't ask for that and she never asked whether he wanted it or not. read more

For this being my first visit to a 'real' vape shop in AZ, i was very impressed. The staff was super helpful and positive. They have a pretty cool little bar where you can sit and the staff will serve you different flavors from you to choose from. I was referred here by a friend and I must say they have the broadest spectrum of supplies and juices available. their customer service and customer education is top notch. prices are great and environment is perfect. Honestly the best vape store in town, and we've tried a lot of them. I have found that their prices for hardware and juice often beat those of online prices. The customer service is spot on. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They kind of make you feel like your part of the family. I can't say it again go here for your juice and hardware. I have been to dozens of vape shops all across the United States and seen a lot of bad vape shops as well as what I consider good vape shops. When I moved to Arizona a month ago I quickly found several shops in my neighborhood, Old Pueblo Vapor Lounge, and The Vape Escape. I was not impressed with the Vape Escape due to its snobby employees and bad tasting homemade flavors. The Old Pueblo Vapor Lounge has a much larger selection than Vape Escape and friendly staff and they even will give you a free can of soda or bottled water while you wait for your liquid to be made. I had heard from several people that one of the only places that carries name brand liquids around was Vape Addiction. After a few weeks I decided to make the drive out on my day off. It was easy enough to find but was a bit of a drive. When I walked in I was shocked at how few flavors they have to choose from but being an optimistic person decided to take a look. The liquids were awkwardly laid out on this bar like counter when you walk in. Judging by the shelves it looked like they were either just opening or had been remodeling the store. They have these chairs set up near the bar but its very difficult to see what the flavors are if there is anyone else sitting there. After a few minutes someone came and asked if I needed help to which I requested a bottle in one of the flavors I enjoyed. She replied they only had the flavor in 0MG nicotine. I was a bit bummed out but this wasn't totally unexpected so I looked at another flavor and was advised they were entirely out of stock on that flavor and every flavor by that company. I was wondering why they keep these bottles on display when they are out of stock. I looked at about 8 different flavors going down the line and found out they were sold out of all of them. A customer came in next to me and requested a different flavor to which she replied they were sold out. He requested another flavor and the same thing happened before he asked "are there any flavors you are not sold out of?" There were three people at the counter and the customer service was not handled effectively. I felt like I was being a nuisance to ask simple questions. I eventually just picked a bottle of some new flavor they had received and made my way to the counter. I requested a specific box of coils including the name, brand, ohms, etc even showing the empty box I had. I figured this would be a simple enough request. When I got home and went to change my coils I noticed I had been given a box of the wrong kind! I would like to return these coils but its quite a long drive for me to get back there. Overall I was very very disappointed with this store and will not be going back and will not be recommending this to anyone. Vape Addiction needs to get their shit together. I would stay away from this place if you are in the area. Many of the positive reviews seem to be written by people with a vested interest in the company. read more

I absolutely love vape addiction. Of all the vape shops I've been to since I started vaping, vape addiction is by far my favorite. The employees are super chill and it's a very welcome environment. I would put five stars but the review gets taken down if you do that. They have a fantastic selection of juices from many different companies and let you sample juices for free until you decide what you want.
