And as I was walking out I also didn't hear anyone say "thank you" or "have a nice day!" Or Happy Holidays!" Nothing. However, as I waited at the counter for assistance, I was completely ignored by BOTH staff members who were engaged in a conversation with another shopper regarding her emotionally stunted cocker spaniels. I leaned in and made eye contact (who knew how long this dog-centered drivel would go on), yet, apparently, I remained not worth waiting upon. Both staff members acknowledged me as they wished me farewell (!) after I gave up and left the store empty handed; 'seemed purposefully rude by that point.

She was extremely gracious when we had to cut our budget, and with her time on the wedding day, stepping in to help my bridesmaids assemble their DIY bouquets with flowers they got elsewhere. Ultimately Susan did our wedding arch, my bouquet, some of our centerpieces, and the mantle and sweetheart table. Everything was absolutely gorgeous. She even let us borrow some floating candle vases for our centerpieces so that we wouldn't have to buy our own. Seriously, just one of the kindest women. My only issue was the size of my bouquet. It was huge! It covered my dress and really overtook some of the photos. I didn't know this was something I had to consider and wish it had been brought up in one of our conversations. Still, it was beautiful nonetheless. I just wish it had been small so it didn't overshadow me and my dress in the pictures and wasn't so heavy. I'd been hearing wonderful things about Embellish for many years and finally made time to stop…read morethere today! It is currently open from 11am-3pm. I was on a mission for a gift and had something specific in mind (featured on their Facebook page). I walked in and was warmly greeted. I found the cactus ring holder and explained I was mailing it and asked for recommendations so it remained intact. I was so taken care of with suggestions and extra bubble wrap for safe keeping. If I wasn't on a time crunch, I could have spent hours in this darling shop. It is full of lovely items and a perfect place to find a unique gift. I look forward to my next visit of exploring fun finds!
