Most importantly, they did not forget me. I have had some trying experiences with small flower shops around Tucson. The service at a few places was disappointing enough that I eventually gave up and started buying flowers from grocery stores and arranging them myself. My wife works extremely hard, so the least I can do is bring home something beautiful that reminds her she is loved and appreciated. Before finding Forget Me Nots, I felt like Jack in Titanic, clinging to that floating door while my remaining faith in local florists slowly froze to death. Then Forget Me Nots moved over, made room on the door, and pulled me back to safety. Calling this merely a decent flower shop would be an insult to the work being done here. Forget Me Nots is an inspirational flower shop, and Desiree is an artist whose canvas just happens to be made of flowers. I stood there and watched her work, taking individual stems that were already beautiful on their own and carefully bringing them together into something extraordinary. Every flower appeared deliberately chosen and perfectly placed. Nothing looked rushed, random, or pulled from a premade arrangement. Desiree worked with the attention of someone who genuinely cared about the person receiving the bouquet. The colors were incredible--bright, vibrant, and full of life. The reds, yellows, pinks, purples, and fresh greenery came together beautifully without one color overpowering the others. The arrangement immediately became the centerpiece of the room. Then there was the aroma. The fragrance did not quietly remain inside the vase. It traveled throughout the house. You could walk into the room and immediately smell the fresh floral aroma in the air. It made our home feel brighter, cleaner, and more alive. It is one thing to give your wife flowers that make her smile when she first receives them. It is something entirely different to bring home an arrangement that continues making her smile every time she walks past it, day after day. That is what Desiree created for my wife. For the record, I do not have a green thumb. I have managed to kill plants specifically designed to survive in the desert. I can keep four children and several animals alive, but apparently a cactus under my supervision needs to update its will. Go figure. Forget Me Nots also creates arrangements for special occasions and events, including graduations. Celebrating your spouse? Desiree has a bouquet for you. Child graduating? She has you covered. Anniversary coming up and you forgot until the last possible second? Get in the car. Forget Me Nots did more than sell me flowers. The service was personal, the craftsmanship was exceptional, the colors were breathtaking, and the aroma transformed the atmosphere of our home. Most importantly, Desiree created something that made my wife feel special. After several disappointing experiences elsewhere, Forget Me Nots restored my faith in local flower shops--and earned a customer who will absolutely return. Went to Beezu Florist site and made a selection. The flowers were too old sitting in a refrigerator. Leaves & pedal edges were browning. That's terrible to use. Not fresh, they should have been discarded. It's embarrassing for me to think that is my gift. The stems were cut way too short for the vase. I had them send a picture of the arrangement because I wanted to make sure they were what I had chosen. I wanted the bright fresh colors as shown online. This time of year .. flowers are readily available in bright wide range of types of flowers. The ones sent were a soft peach hues & white. ‍ It's sad .. I paid $100 for a sad non impressive looking arrangement and I'm feeling cheated on the arrangement delivered. My friends are gracious and loved the gesture & said they were it was so pretty.
