I had to send a floral arrangement to someone living in Oro Valley, AZ; and Posh Petals seemed my best option based on their proximity, the absolutely stunning and unique floral designs with that touch of Southwestern flair on their website, and the reviews I read. I called from Los Angeles, and specified I wanted a design similar to a particular arrangement shown on their website. Of course, I picked a $400 arrangement, which didn't fit our budget. Posh Petals said they could recreate something similar at ~ a third of the price. Posh Petals emailed me photos of the floral arrangement today. We could not be happier with the florals that Mollee and the rest of the Posh Petals crew put together for our wedding! Mollee was our wedding planner, but when we found Posh Petals on Instagram, we knew we wanted to have her do our florals as well! We had a general design idea, a Pinterest board, and some color must-haves and have-nots, but nothing we were completely set on, besides the fact that we wanted things colorful. Good GAWD this place is amazing. I've used them in the past to send flowers to my mom and she was so happy she wrote them a 5 star review. I live out of state and travel all the time. I needed to send flowers for a show opening (for my mom again) and basically referred to the previous review. I let them know her favorite colors and the scheme she uses in her house and they gave me a price range. The service was great, the flowers are nice (see attached), it is during Mother's Day week and I asked for it to be delivered yesterday pretty last minute. Why three stars? $89.50 charge was a surprise. I had discussed not wanting a $85 lavender pot because it was more than I had wanted to spend. This variety spring pot was offered as an alternative. I called to see if there was a mistake and was told taxes and shipping brought it to that. Their apologies for not explaining full cost. And I get that Mother's Day week means they must be slammed. They seem lovely, their website has gorgeous flower arrangements and Posh is in their name. I shouldn't be surprised. I just don't think I'd make this a regular go to flower delivery service for the cost vs what was received. read more

I called and the young lady Katie that answered was personable, knowledgeable, and on the fly figured out how to put together an arrangement that utilized what she had available that I would love. Calling from a Miami to order flowers for family in Tucson, I was met with bad service and bad customer service from the start of the conversation over the phone (lots of attitude and no interest in providing help or information). They couldn't even tell me what flowers they had in season in order to make an order. Bad experience overall and ended up buying flowers somewhere else. read more

My husband ordered a bouquet or roses for our anniversary. He initially went with this company because they had such great reviews. Unfortunately our experience wasn't so great. He picked up the flowers on Valentine's Day, (our anniversary is the 16th) and his initial reaction was that they were underwhelming. The flowers weren't fresh. The majority of them were already fully bloomed. I didn't care initially, because they were beautiful at first sight, but they literally lasted 3 days before they started dying. Even when we changed the water, hoping that would help, the water we poured out had such a foul odor. Literally like cat pee mixed with poop. Katie was incredibly responsive to not putting any "high fragrance" flowers in the arrangement due to my Mom's allergies. I had an appointment with Katie and I understand she is busy with other things but at the appointment she was finishing up with her deliveries going to Miraval and I just waited there with my infant son who was starting to get fussy. I will say she is very nice and she did apologize, but when you have an appointment with someone you expect them to be available at the time that was agreed upon. She was very personable and I decided to book with her for my wedding. I recently changed my mind about going with her since she is a little bit higher than some of the other florist in town and I hadn't heard from her in a while when I was emailing back and forth. I guess she was out of the country for her sister's wedding in Italy which is understandable, but she should have had an out of office reply going to clients. I thought she was just ignoring me because she was normally very good at getting back to me the day of with emails or texts. I decided to meet with someone else and go with them instead and I asked Katie about the deposit I put down which wasn't much $100, but I never once signed any paper work and she never told me it wasn't refundable. I sent her an email letting her know I was going to go with someone else at about 11 pm, and she was able to reply to me at 12:13 am that morning, yet the previous time prior I needed to get a hold of her she wasn't available. I am happy with the decision I am making going with someone else. She is not very professional. I personally would go with someone else when looking for a florist to do wedding flowers. read more

I have ordered birthday flowers from Katie at Posh Petals and both times the arrangements have been gorgeous. This is a big step up from regular florists in both quality and design. These are the types of arrangements you see dispersed around a gorgeous home being featured in Elle Decor magazine. I cannot stand when florists use cheap filler flowers--this place does not skimp and use ugly filler. All the flowers in both arrangements were beautiful and healthy. I didn't have to specify exactly what I wanted. I gave Katie a general idea or color palette and she created something beautiful both times. She also accommodated a very last minute day-of request the first time I ordered from her and the second time she accommodated a very far delivery.
