After another flower company failed to deliver my original order, I called FlowerBee the afternoon before her birthday, hoping a local florist could help. Janice answered herself and was so attentive, thoughtful, and caring. She made me feel like making my mother-in-law's birthday special mattered to her, too. She helped me choose an adorable pink puppy arrangement, perfect for my dog-loving mother-in-law, along with birthday balloons, and promised to add her special touch. She absolutely delivered! The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL, and she even included a plush toy for my mother-in-law's pup, Lola. That extra thoughtfulness meant so much! My mother-in-law was thrilled and said that, after using many florists over the years, she had never seen blooms so fresh. She's already decided FlowerBee will be her florist from now on! This was the personal touch and white-glove service I had hoped for, and then some. Thank you, Janice, for fitting me in on such short notice and putting so much heart into everything. She was extremely gracious when we had to cut our budget, and with her time on the wedding day, stepping in to help my bridesmaids assemble their DIY bouquets with flowers they got elsewhere. Ultimately Susan did our wedding arch, my bouquet, some of our centerpieces, and the mantle and sweetheart table. Everything was absolutely gorgeous. She even let us borrow some floating candle vases for our centerpieces so that we wouldn't have to buy our own. Seriously, just one of the kindest women. My only issue was the size of my bouquet. It was huge! It covered my dress and really overtook some of the photos. I didn't know this was something I had to consider and wish it had been brought up in one of our conversations. Still, it was beautiful nonetheless. I just wish it had been small so it didn't overshadow me and my dress in the pictures and wasn't so heavy. Regardless, Bloomie's is the best in town and I would work with them on anything where flowers are needed! Thank you, Susan! P.S.: I know I owe you a massive tip.
