Janice, the owner of FlowerBee, turned a stressful situation into the sweetest birthday surprise for my mother-in-law! After another flower company failed to deliver my original order, I called FlowerBee the afternoon before her birthday, hoping a local florist could help. Janice answered herself and was so attentive, thoughtful, and caring. She made me feel like making my mother-in-law's birthday special mattered to her, too. She helped me choose an adorable pink puppy arrangement, perfect for my dog-loving mother-in-law, along with birthday balloons, and promised to add her special touch. She absolutely delivered! The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL, and she even included a plush toy for my mother-in-law's pup, Lola. That extra thoughtfulness meant so much! My mother-in-law was thrilled and said that, after using many florists over the years, she had never seen blooms so fresh. She's already decided FlowerBee will be her florist from now on! This was the personal touch and white-glove service I had hoped for, and then some. Thank you, Janice, for fitting me in on such short notice and putting so much heart into everything. FlowerBee has my highest recommendation! read more

Even as a brand new customer - hands down will only trust Janice & Flowerbee for my Tuscon family deliveries. It has meant a great deal to work with her- clearly a person of integrity who cares not only about your recipients, but has great compassion and empathy for the occasion. We sent bereavement flowers from Texas, with beautiful teddy bears added for little twin girls (beloved grandpa died unexpectedly from a heart attack). Given it was only a few days after the tragedy - there was a great deal of confusion attempting to deliver, as they were still handling the event. With an unsuccessful delivery & a policy not to leave flowers on porches because of heat... (which I appreciated greatly ) , she then made multiple attempts to reach the recipients, texted with me throughout the day to keep me posted, and finally had to be resolved with rescheduling the delivery. Additionally, important to add- my Tuscon family has recently adopted a new kitten. It was my first time researching 'nontoxic' flowers. I spent unnecessary late night hours pouring over arrangements, when all I needed to do was wait for morning, call & ask. She was extremely well-versed in managing arrangements safe for fur-babies. The arrangement was gorgeous, with very high-quality, super soft stuffies for the Littles. Janice has shown great patience, compassion and kindness during this time & it is honestly a relief to have discovered a trusted resource for all of my Tuscon flower++ deliveries. (The next time I visit AZ I'll be stopping by to give her a heartfelt and grateful hug! ) ForeverFan ~ Patrice Grant read more

If you are looking for your own personal florist in Tucson, look no further than Janice at Flowerbee. I had to send a friend sympathy flowers from out of state and Janice was very helpful. She was able to customize an orchid arrangement and add succulents as I requested. My friend thought they were "gorgeous" and was very appreciative. Janice was easy to work with, very flexible, knowledgeable and customer focused. She sent me a photo of the finished product and kept me posted about the delivery. She followed through with everything she said she would do and provided a super nice arrangement. Great service, quality, and value with Flowerbee. Thanks Janice. read more

I want to compliment FlowerBee for both a very pretty arrangement and possibly more important excellent service. I was delighted that a friend in California picked a local Tucson florist for my birthday bouquet, which was a fresh and sweet arrangement of a variety of colors and flowers. When they attempted to deliver the flowers, I was not at home. I was in a meeting - 30 minutes away. The person doing the delivery - whose name I have forgotten - sorry - called and texted me. My husband had not heard the bell. We discussed dropping off the flowers to a neighbor who is usually home - but wasn't. So the delivery person patiently was waiting for me. I appreciated her willingness to wait so that the local animals did not get to the flowers before me. I convinced her to leave the flowers in a spot away from most animals. When I arrived home - the flowers were there. That kind of customer service is rare. The delivery person kept saying, "I want to make sure you get the gift in good shape." Thank you! read more

I called to see if they could accommodate me a bit last minute after another florist in town basically canceled my order. They were super friendly and accommodating, and pieced together what I asked for which was a bouquet of white daisies, and though they had to add some of a different color I was appreciative of how well it worked. They communicated with me the day of delivery, and delivered a very beautiful bouquet. Would definitely recommend, and will use again read more

Yesterday, I was asked to send flowers to a relative in Tucson and had no idea who to contact since I live in LA and I've been burnt in the past using 1.800.flowers. After doing a few minutes research on google I stumbled across flowerbee and decided to give it a try. A few minutes after placing my order I received a call from Janice at FlowerBee with letting me know some details about the place I was sending the arrangement to. She suggested a couple of changes that seemed smart and even offered to send me a photo of the flowers once arranged knowing I won't see them in person. She never tried to upsell me and even mentioned she'd be getting a certain flower in the next day that she might try as well. I've sent a lot of flowers over the years, spending a lot more than I was this time, yet I've never has anyone giving me the special attention Janice did. The flowers arrived right on time, Janice sent me a picture of the arrangement, which looked amazing and the relative was so moved by love sent that day. If you need something special for someone in your life, I highly recommend this place. Great Service and Great Arrangements. james read more
