The service is excellent at tobacco barn and you can save a lot of money on your cigarettes here

Did not go to this store because I wanted to know if they had the brands I was looking for before wasting my time driving there. Apparently they're too busy to answer their phone, I called several times over 2 days during business hours and no answer. Took my business over to Chicos Smoke shop and they were awesome b read more

I find that all the staff working at the barn are pleasant, accommodating, and respectful. I appreciate this as most businesses have employees who couldn't care less about helping or serving customers. All the folks who I encounter there are lovely people and helpful to me. They have good prices and lots of choices. All this together with the staff makes them deserving of a great rating! read more

Customer service is top notch! Everyone working there is polite, professional, and helpful!

I have been going to this place to buy my cigarettes for many years. The prices are seriously lower than in town because you don't pay city sales tax. The staff is friendly and efficient. The selection of products is extensive. Depending on when you go, you may have to wait in a long line because it's all drive up business, but the money you're going to save makes the wait worth it. You can also find coupons in the Buyers Edge circular or sign up for them online. Currently, because of COVID-19, the staff are wearing masks and gloves and I feel safe going there. I would recommend this business to any tobacco user. read more

This place has really gone down the toilet. When I first started going 5 years ago, it was quick and efficient. Not anymore. Now they have miserable unpleasant women at the windows that think their gossip is more important than actually getting the order right. And when you repeat yourself, they cop an attitude like they heard you in the first place. Thank goodness for Chico's! Same price and faster more courteous service! I won't be wasting my time here anymore, and I doubt I'm alone. read more

Only place to buy your cigarettes at a discount price and save $20 from any grocery store

I shop here once a month for 5 cartons of cigarettes. The cig carton prices are $10-$15 less than regular retail. The average wait time at the drive-thru is about 20 minutes. Sometimes (every 3rd time) they're out of one of the brands I buy, so that requires a 2nd trip back. I think it's a little bit ticky-tack to slap a $1 fee for non-cash transactions, but whatever read more

Tobacco Barn in Tucson has a wide variety of cigarettes, and their customer service is the best, the clerks are very helpful and friendly. Their prices are really great, too. I was buying my cigs from an on-line store, but they came from Moldavia and took forever to arrive. When you add in the shipping costs, they are the same price as the products from Tobacco Barn. I also know Tobacco Barn's are not counterfeits, like some of the on-line cigs are, which don't smoke as smooth, and sometimes spark like firecrackers when lighting them. read more

Best place in Tucson to buy your tobacco products if you don't want to pay immense prices. Very friendly workers on the same property as the diamond desert Casino Nogales Road. read more

My grandma and stepmom needed cigarettes, and the Tobacco Barn is where they come for the cheapest prices. You have to drive all the way out of town to the reservation, but what you save is worth it. Cigarettes are expensive!! The lines are usually long so be prepared to wait. Check out the casino afterwards. The employees are very quick and friendly. read more

I buy a carton of Marlboros and sometimes a few extra packs 2x a month. When I use the $3 off coupon from the manufacturer and have learned recently I can use their $3.50 off of $55 or more and the prices of the carton raised to $56 in combination, it was bittersweet. I can get the carton for under $50 saving $30 off, that fills my gas tank. I wish they told me I could use both a long time ago, but at least now I know. The drive is long and bumpy no matter what route I take, but uses less than 1/4tank of gas for both directions from home, so I will continue to go here. I understand it is because it is on the Indian reservation and that is why there aren't anymore convenient locations, just the one and both lines are usually long unless you get here early in the morning. They are even nice enough to give you matches or a cheap lighter if you ask and they have one. I don't abuse the privilege though. read more
