They were well staffed , so they seemed genuinely happy which always makes for a better experience. The one male that was working was as polite and professional as the women. The selection. Typically I LOVE coming to adult expectations however tonight was not the case. Upon arriving my friend and I had a great time. The workers were very friendly and super helpful however when checking out, we were given wrong information about the return policy. (No ones fault, really, because I think the girl was in training) After a little thought my friend wasn't sure they were into what they purchased. However, when I called to ask about it, I was unfortunate enough to be answered by a very rude Iliana. When trying to clarify my questions she hung up on me. I called back more furious than before and gratefully a kind woman named Jennifer answered. She let me know that the managers would be in tomorrow. Asked for a specific material and the guy made me believe that what he was giving me - was so excited I didn't notice the no returns signs - which are very strategically placed.
