So let me correctly paint the picture. It's Saturday morning and I walk into fascinations and I'm frustrated because of my day, everything and anything that has gone wrong today. On top of that I need to find something that is fun and flirty, cute but not slutty. I'm looking for normal wear. Not lingerie. I walk in and I'm instantly overwhelmed even more. Where do I even start? That's when the sales associate Bree approaches me. She's bubbling and happy and helpful I believe that she can see my overwhelming demeanor and probably sees me trying to hold back the tears in my eyes because I have so little time and I'm trying to find something that flatters my body type because I'm not 24 years old anymore with a great body and can put anything on and look great. She call me and confidently asks me what I can be help with if I'm looking for anything in particular. I answer quickly yes. I need help. I need lots of help, she's carrying a stack of jeans and immediately puts them down and gives me her undivided attention. I think " wow my own personal shopper for a minute. And Bree is the exact kind of sales associate I need today. I need somebody who is extra attentive, who is willing to help and go the extra mile. I need somebody to help guide me to the better options for my body type. She does all of this and more. I'm not doing this for the 10% off. I'm not doing this for any other reason because this woman changed my day completely and I just want to show her my gratitude. Thank you Bree. And fascinations if I were to say you had a valuable employee that would be an understatement. My only other request is that I had a Bree to take shopping with me every time and everywhere I go. Thank you bri you're a gem! read more

Well lit, clean, organized. Lots of friendly, knowledgeable employees roaming around making themselves available for questions and the like, but none of them have ever been pushy or preachy to me. Ever. This is one of the very few adult stores I've ever been to that can boast a high female-presenting staff ratio! Last week was the first time I'd seen more than one male-presenting person on staff at once. There's an entire wall display, floor to 8 foot ceiling, dedicated to lube! Good on them for knowing how important lube is! Clothing and costuming is available in single and double digit sizes, along with fitting rooms to try the stuff on. Prices are higher in the store than they are online at other places, but if the mark-up goes to keeping the place nice and paying decent staff, I'll pay it! While Fascinations has lots of variety, the stock is fairly mainstream. If you're looking for that odd, obscure item, it's not likely to be stocked. The popular things like Hitachi Magic wands and trendy things like the latest mid-to-higher end vibrators are almost always in stock. read more

I walked in to look for a nice toy for my girlfriend, and didn't really know what to expect since we had exclusively done our toy shopping online before this. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and complimented on my shirt by a cool, friendly girl that works there. The whole time I was in the store I was on and off the phone with my gf (who was too embarrassed to come in with me) trying to decide on a toy. My gf only vaguely knew what she wanted, and after giving that vague description to the employee from before, she walked me through the different options. Very helpful, open minded and knowledgeable. With her help we eventually landed on a big, bright pink dildo (which sadly ended up being TOO big, but the gf still loves it and wants to work her way up to it). The only real downside is that some things are a little pricy compared to online stores. But I really appreciate the hands-on, social experience of the store that you wouldn't get online. Overall, geat experience. Will probably be back to get a little something for myself ;) read more

I hate to have to lower my star value for this store! I am a constant customer at this location and up until recently I have enjoyed my visits. Every associate has been helpful and very well educated with the products there, however, the new store manager is clueless! She's been rude to employees on the floor and doesn't know what she is doing. I heard her say to a customer that she was too big for a pair of shoes. I could say more from what I've seen and heard but in short, she is extremely unprofessional. She is prejudice, racist and lacks any tack at all! I am happy that they have a second location because I can't stand to go there when she is in the store. Please, if anyone of importance from the corporate level sees this, she is an embarrassment to this wonderful store and I'm sure I'm not the only customer who would like to see this store return to a comfortable and safe knowledgeable space for all. read more

I went over to the fascinations on Ina and they just got a new manager her name is Jasmine. She is amazing! I have a difficult time picking out the right style of bra because I have larger boobs and it's always a frustrating shopping experience for me however she was kind patient and was determined to help me find the right size and fit without getting irritated. She kept me in a positive mood and hopeful that I would find the correct bra. And I did! In my opinion fascinations has definitely upgraded their management game. She is helpful and accommodating yet she's not overbearing where you feel like she is smothering you. I will definitely be back to the Ina location and request Jasmine to help me! read more

I just recently visited this location for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. They had a great selection and it was very clean and well organized. I was a bit timid as I would imagine most customers would be, and Esteban was very gently encouraging in his help. He was extremely knowledgeable and recommended all products that I have loved so far. I have no way to tell how the prices compare to other places but the products are great quality and I was emailed a coupon for signing up and lots of things were on sale. They, fortunately, offer Apple Pay, which I had forgotten my card! This experience impressed me and I'm already excited to go back. Highly recommend!! read more

I went into the store to find a prop for a costume, and ended up leaving with several different items. :) the items they carry are very diverse- all sorts of sex toys, of course, but also cute clothes, lingerie, shoes, books- all sorts of fun stuff. There often feels like there is a stigma attached to sex shops, but Fascinations is a place that I'm completely comfortable walking into by myself. Very accepting and friendly environment- I even felt okay to ask questions about several products. I was really impressed by how nice and knowledgable all the staff members were, especially Lilly, Dre and manager Yvette. Great experience. read more

We are senior citizens and enjoy going in to shop or just see whats new. The staff is friendly and no one judges us. Im not afraid to ask any type of question or feel intimidated by anyone there. Joshua and sean have been so good to us and make feel so welcome when we are there. My wife has taught me to be open and have a sense of humor with our sex life. That doesnt mean to be loud or bragging it just our way to be comfortable in certain crowds or stores such as this. They have a fantastic selection and so so prices ??? Very clean and neat and well displayed. Take it from a couple of old farts,, never to old to have fun !!! read more

This specific store has been at this location for quite some time. It's a landmark. I've been in here a few times prior but tonight's visit was more pleasant than ever before. The ladies working were just that , ladies. They were attentive and they knew their products well. Whatever it was I asked for , they knew the location in the store and all the specifics. They gave us low , mid and high range quality and price. From anal plugs to zucchini wands , they knew their stuff. Thank you , the experience was pleasant , to say the least. The store was clean and organized. Stop by sometime , you won't regret it. read more

I would like to retract my previous good review for this business, based on a recent bad experience. I went back to Fascinations and asked for the sales clerk who helped me last time, and I found out she no longer works there! When I asked around, I found out that she was fired. Upon further prying (I asked around the sex-positive Tucson community), I discovered that this place is known for firing people unjustly. Tucson's sex-positive community is small! We can't let these rude corporations treat our community members badly! I hope someone local opens a sexy boutique to compete these people out of business! read more

I used to shop here all the time, but the last time I was here, the store manager, Andrea, was rude and unprofessional. She stood there and watched as a very busy staff worked and sweated to ring up a large line of customers. People were looking at her with obvious wonder. It was very shocking to see how the service in this place has declined over the last year or so! I have been a customer here for many years, but I won't return. This used to be a nice place (although they have always had over priced, cheaply made lingerie). Too bad. Buy this stuff online at half the price instead. read more

I've been in Tucson for several years, but I only just gave them a chance at my business when I and my fiancé were looking for something special for Valentines Day - wow am I glad we gave them a chance. Huge selection, the outfits are truly diverse and captivating. The toys are extensive, and the staff (Sean and Esteban) are knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Adult stores can be an awkward or weird experience but Fascinations was a lot of fun and a bright, friendly and well stocked store. It is our new favorite store and we will definitely be repeat customers. read more

This place is amazing. My girlfriend and I got some amazing lingerie and an employee named Shawn helped size her. It was really nice because she is bigger and was having self confidence issues. Another guy called Esteban gave us help without making it seem creepy which is nice for a sex shop. There was only one problem. One of the employees named Joshua hit on me the entire time. He touched me without permission at one point and I almost bolted to the door. The reason I kept this at five stars is the other employees intervened and made us both feel better. read more

I had the best experience with Adrianna (could be Adrian) she wrote her name down on my Receipt but I lost it...I'm not a petite chick and I was having a hard time finding stuff to wear That I would be comfortable in. She went above and beyond by help me with lugging me ideas. I found 2 things she recommended for outfits and I bought 1, she made me feel beautiful as a heavier girl. She also helped me out with a toy! I'll be returning for sure!! Thank you so much for making it easier for me read more

I've been shopping here every since I was 18 years old...it is the only adult store I use. The employees are fun and knowledgable and never, NEVER make you feel uncomfortable. In fact, just the opposite, they go out of their way to make each customer feel totally safe and not at all creepy or self conscious. I discovered my husband has never been in an adult store, so I immediately took him here to "pop his cherry!" I highly recommend shopping here, you won't be sorry. read more

Sean (shawn?) Was super helpful when my boyfriend and I came in earlier today. Made sure to give us suggestions and the different variations of types of toys. Very pleasant to speak to and funny as well. My boyfriend and I got the partner multifun1 by satisfyer and we liked it! It works well! Its the cheaper option of another toy, so we plan on buying the upgrade once we use this toy to its breaking point lol **wink wink** thanks again for your help sean! read more
