Husband and I went in to browse but customer service was too much. My opinion its an intimate store , give us some space. We were asked by multiple workers if we needed help or had questions when we had said no. Approximately 8-10 times. They kept following us around watching every move , felt like if they thought we were about to steal or something. It got to the point were I just wanted to leave the store of how annoyed I was due to these workers not respecting our space. Last time we came they had respected our space and were not so insistent on asking if we needed help and made the visit pleasant. I understand this is part of their customer service but tone it down a notch. Definitely not going back in a while. Speedway location. read more

Actually my favorite sex shop. Everyone here is so amazing and such good quality products!

Great shop! They had so much more than just sex toys, although their selection of toys was on point! They have all the top of the line brands. They have a really nice selection of swim suits, (costume wear too since it's currently close to Halloween), and lingerie, some very cool floggers, whips, restraints, and a lot more. I also vaguely remember seeing lubes, body powders, and lotions as well. I went in for a lingerie gift for a bride, and was successful and the bride LOVED it! Great shop! read more

Hit up Fascinations for all of your adult needs read more

Kinda disappointing. Went there the day after Halloween looking for sales- the sign said 50 per cent off Halloween sale, but when we took the outfit to the register they refused to honor the sale price , and said the signs should have been taken down yesterday. So they went and took them down. Found another outfit on clearance, but they said it was priced wrong so no sale. They had a sign offering a coupon , and of course the coupon didn't work. read more

I am a single woman and I have to say that this is one of the more comfortable businesses I go into in Tucson. The staff are professional and friendly and nice. They have pretty much everything the mind can conjure. This is my favorite store of this type in Tucson. read more

Great selection of outfits toys and novelties, everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable

My wife and I stopped in tonight and got some very professional help from Rachel in the store. She very discreet and professional and helped us with all of our needs as a couple we would highly recommend going to this store and speaking with any of their staff, don't buy online as their prices are very competitive with any online store and the quality of their products surpass anything online. Our experience has been so much better working one on one with a store rep. We will be back for future purchases Thank you Rachel!! read more

Gave great recommendations! Liz was thorough and helped answer any and all questions.

Awesome selection and friendly, helpful staff. Good beats too

Love this place had a great experience with my lady the employees was very helpful with everything from product knowledge to coutesy

It was nice store loved seeing all the toys..I will def be back I'm new.to the area.and need.a freak shop. Thanks.

This is the first place I went to when I turned 18 as a joke for my 18th birthday but it became the spot for bachelorette stuff

I was a bit apprehensive about going in. However, the lady at the front counter made me feel very comfortable. Without hesitation, she led me to the toy I was looking for, and explained it's functions, very clearly. I was so pleased, I ended up getting a rewards card, and bought some lube, as well. Very informative, and great, service. Will definitely be back. read more

I was in your store 5/23 and the 2 girls made me feel so comfortable. I was looking for something to Enhance my relationship and they had such good suggestions. I don't have their names but I wanted to write a review because they were so wonderful. Thank you. read more

I've been here a few times now because the level of knowledge the staff has for their products is really helpful. When it comes to personal pleasure items, personal preference can mean the difference between one brand or another, etc. what I love about the staff is that they've TRIED most of their products at home in their personal lives so they can give real life reviews and recommendations. They haven't steered me wrong yet. read more

My wife and I have been enjoying good customer service at Ina Rd in Tucson for years until today. She bought a vibrator. The salesperson said she charged it and tested it. It lasted for 1/2 a second at home. My wife charged it fully 2 more times and it only lasted for 1/2 a second. Went back to store and they told me too bad, they tested it. I stated a half-second is not a valid test. They said too bad. Contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. They won't issue a refund. Then after I left the building I ran into the saleswoman who said she tested it and as soon as I mentioned the issue she ran away from me into the store where she joined the others are were laughing away. Good way to lose loyal customers. read more

My experience was overwhelmingly amazing. All of the staff were very attentive and very friendly. Another thing that I enjoyed about the staff was their knowledge of all of the products, whether they've personally used some of the products or not, was very helpful. I felt comfortable and was informed on new things about sexuality and the body. The space has a wide selection and an array of any and everything you can think of. The prices are great and the quality is spectacular. read more

Came here with my BFF and it was my first time in such an adult store. I was super nervous about it, but the people working here were so incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional that I was immediately put at ease. After I described what I was looking for and my price range they showed me a variety of options, but they weren't overbearing about it, either. The store was clean and brightly lit (to be fair, I don't know what I was expecting - something more dark and dingy like Spencer's, maybe?!). My friend and I both walked away with our first "toys". I'll definitely come back again sometime soon! read more

Really bad customer service from the main manager at the Speedway location. There was miscommunication about the limitations on exchanges and returns and instead of trying to be kind and explain that to me, or offer some kind of one time exchange for this situation, the boss was being short and rude. Definitely won't return to this location read more

Linsey was super amazing at helping me find the perfect toy! I love it and the lingerie she helped me put on

I've had a horrible experience there not once but twice now. The first time I went there I was pressured into buying the more expensive version of the vibrator I wanted. Thought it was a little weird that someone was following me around the store telling me how my genitals should feel after I continuously said I didn't need any help (I know my own kinks) . Anyway bought the more expensive version and it broke within three weeks. Went back To see if they could just give me a new one (I understand you can't exchange things because of the nature of the products however I bought it there so I should be able to get a new one there instead of dealing with the vibrators online warranty policy). They told me to just go straight to the vendor which was kind of annoying. Anyway decided that I needed to get a new vibrator that day so I looked around with my friend, who was looking for a butt plug. The lady asked us if we needed help maybe four times in a span of 30 minutes... I would prefer not to be followed around the store and harassed when looking at items as intimate as the ones sold at the store. My friend was taking a picture of the price tag to send to her boyfriend who is going to buy her the butt plug for obvious reasons. She got yelled at by the worker for taking a picture of the price tag, which kind of describes how much we were being stalked. Then the worker brought over a random dildo to try to sell us after we said we didn't need help several times and we weren't even looking for a dildo. I decided to buy a new vibrator and it legit didn't work. Now I know that I can't go back to the store to get a new one even though two things they sold me didn't work and they claim no responsibility to help me. Bad experience will never go back. read more

Eve time I come here I am met with friendly service and faces . People like Sin really make this place a good place to shop for toys and topicals. The advice form personal experience helped me make the perfect buy .. Thank you . read more

This shop has so much interesting stuff. Selection of items are good, but pretty standard for this type of shop. Their selection of novelty gifts is decent, and lots of random fun little items throughout the store that are less expensive. A lot of the items they carry are unique and they have featured displays throughout the store. Lots of lingerie to choose from as well as toys and lubes. Stuff I didn't even know existed, like cream brulee and tiramisu lubes. If you're into this kind of stuff you'll enjoy it here. Doesn't give off creepy vibes like some places and everyone who works here is very helpful and friendly. read more

The staff here are really awesome and helpful. They explain the products in a friendly and fun way, and create a very comfortable atmosphere. On the flip side, if you want to be left alone they do not pester you at all. Military discount! Got lots of toys and supplies with my $40 Groupon. (that's right, I'm thrifty even at the sex toystore!) Who knew there were glass vibrators? read more

Have been going to this place for years, but never again the staff told us to take a photograph of our reciet to use the coupon. Well she would not honor it, even after her employee told her she told us to do this. Will never be back. read more
