Husband and I went in to browse but customer service was too much. My opinion its an intimate store , give us some space. We were asked by multiple workers if we needed help or had questions when we had said no. Approximately 8-10 times. They kept following us around watching every move , felt like if they thought we were about to steal or something. It got to the point were I just wanted to leave the store of how annoyed I was due to these workers not respecting our space. Last time we came they had respected our space and were not so insistent on asking if we needed help and made the visit pleasant. I understand this is part of their customer service but tone it down a notch. Definitely not going back in a while. Speedway location. read more

Great shop! They had so much more than just sex toys, although their selection of toys was on point! They have all the top of the line brands. They have a really nice selection of swim suits, (costume wear too since it's currently close to Halloween), and lingerie, some very cool floggers, whips, restraints, and a lot more. Kinda disappointing. Went there the day after Halloween looking for sales- the sign said 50 per cent off Halloween sale,but when we took the outfit to the register they refused to honor the sale price , and said the signs should have been taken down yesterday. So they went and took them down. Found another outfit on clearance, but they said it was priced wrong so no sale. They had a sign offering a coupon , and of course the coupon didn't work. read more

My wife and I have been enjoying good customer service at Ina Rd in Tucson for years until today. She bought a vibrator. The salesperson said she charged it and tested it. It lasted for 1/2 a second at home. My wife charged it fully 2 more times and it only lasted for 1/2 a second. Went back to store and they told me too bad, they tested it. I stated a half-second is not a valid test. They said too bad. Contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. They won't issue a refund. Then after I left the building I ran into the saleswoman who said she tested it and as soon as I mentioned the issue she ran away from me into the store where she joined the others are were laughing away. Came here with my BFF and it was my first time in such an adult store. I was super nervous about it, but the people working here were so incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional that I was immediately put at ease. After I described what I was looking for and my price range they showed me a variety of options, but they weren't overbearing about it, either. I've had a horrible experience there not once but twice now. The first time I went there I was pressured into buying the more expensive version of the vibrator I wanted. Thought it was a little weird that someone was following me around the store telling me how my genitals should feel after I continuously said I didn't need any help (I know my own kinks) . Anyway bought the more expensive version and it broke within three weeks. Went back To see if they could just give me a new one (I understand you can't exchange things because of the nature of the products however I bought it there so I should be able to get a new one there instead of dealing with the vibrators online warranty policy). They told me to just go straight to the vendor which was kind of annoying. Anyway decided that I needed to get a new vibrator that day so I looked around with my friend, who was looking for a butt plug. The lady asked us if we needed help maybe four times in a span of 30 minutes... I would prefer not to be followed around the store and harassed when looking at items as intimate as the ones sold at the store. My friend was taking a picture of the price tag to send to her boyfriend who is going to buy her the butt plug for obvious reasons. She got yelled at by the worker for taking a picture of the price tag, which kind of describes how much we were being stalked. Then the worker brought over a random dildo to try to sell us after we said we didn't need help several times and we weren't even looking for a dildo. I decided to buy a new vibrator and it legit didn't work. Now I know that I can't go back to the store to get a new one even though two things they sold me didn't work and they claim no responsibility to help me.
