Love this location. We eat here once awhile because I work 10 minutes away. The parking gets very full because this is one of the better fast food eats in the area. There restaurant is clean and the staff is always super friendly. We tried the smokehouse burger and it's quite good! It has shredded onion similar to blooming onion, cheese, a burger patty, BBQ sauce, all on an onion bun! read more

The woman at the drive-thru window was super kind and efficient! I believe her name was "Sarita," She provided great customer service which is always much appreciated. (: Bacon breakfast burritos were yummy as well. read more

It was OK. A bit soggy and the zucchini fries or just a giant chunks of zucchini with a very thin layer of batter fried. The inside was kind of mushy so wasn't that tasty and was not appealing. Only good part was the drive-through which was efficient and quick service and the burrito that we also ordered, which was pretty tasty. read more

I frequent this place a lot for breakfast and I was really disappointed today. My farmers omelet wast cooked until brown then topped with cheese so I couldn't see the burnt egg (but Ilooked inside omelet), the potatoes inside were old and dry; the tomatoes were pink, not red. Time to change the cooks! So not typical. Don't know if I'll return. read more

So I came to this location today 9/7/24 around 1215pm. Started off in the drive thru. First time I have ever been asked to go park and wait for my food at any farmer boys location. So I do (just waiting on fries). 6 cars go out of the drive thru and we still have not received our order. Final go inside to see what the wait is and my food is sitting on counter nobody around. They give me one bag and tell me everything is there get to car and realize I'm missing a combo. Go back inside and tell them I'm missing some of my order and staff (young girl working the register) say cant help you because we don't know what is missing. Then I notice another bag on counter and it's the rest of my food. This young lady is extremely rude and disrespectful. I'm not sure how these owners hire anymore but with the recent changes here in CA you need to hire better. I understand you have to pay your employees more but you would think because of that you would be a little more grateful. You raise the prices to accommodate this. But yet we as customers are still dealing with incompetent, rude and disrespectful staff. I will never return to this location. read more

Definitely never order from here again.. how disgusting are you to send out an order like this! The burnt taste is nasty! No wonder why your ratings are so low. read more

Farmer Boys - Brea Canyon- Burger, fries- potatoes, zucchini, milkshakes, thanks for the attentive service by the drive- thru staff tonight, 3/12/22! - Burgers Near Me - Walnut, California

The bacon burger was tasty and at a decent size for the price. The fries were really cooked and steaming. The duck is as expected.

Ordered for pickup and already paid online for my order. Notified it was ready and when I got there was told I had to wait in a line behind six people who were placing and paying for orders. When I was next to go to the counter, a guy walks in and up to the counter, shows his phone, gets his food and walks out. Took all of less than 5 minutes! I got my food more than 20 minutes after I was told it was ready and 15 minutes after arriving to pick it up. read more

Great service and food. But it's a shame you can't order on the app from this location. Sorry. Three stars for that. A big thing for me is convenience. And unfortunately they chose to take that option away for whatever reason. All of the other locations have it. Sometimes I like to take my time ordering without feeling rushed or have the food ready when I get there. I'm not sure if the owner of that location decided not to participate or it's an error on the website... But I hope they fix it in the near future.. read more

I was there ordered sausage burrito and Denver omelet at 8:45am by drive trough but I got my food at 9:15am. It was in the morning and need to go to work in hurry but it is so late to get my order. And, there were 3 customers, they already got their orders but they have ordered after me. So, I went in and asked how long do I have to wait and showed my receipt but it looked like they didn't even started yet. Finally, I got my food but once I opened container box when I arrived at my work but the toast was burned and dark. It was really bad service I ever had. Also, while I was waiting outside at parking space which is for take out curve side, I saw their staff went into the business but his uniform was very dirty. It looked like never been washed. Long story short, I was very disappointed. I thought it is brand company but service is not as brand. read more

The service is always excellent at this restaurant in Walnut. The selection is great and very friendly employees!

We were delighted with the services we received at our last visit at Farmers Boys. We have always have had excellent experiences every time we go there. It is my favorite place to go, the food is always fresh, well prepared and the service is the best. The tables are clean and the place is so comfortable that you tend to forget how much time you have spend enjoying the meal and the company. Thank you Farmer Boys. read more

First time and I really liked it. For sure it's a Fast Food chain but it seems like it's somehow fresher than other fast food chains. I know it still isn't that healthy but you can tell a lot of things they make fresh and therefore it'll take a while. The breakfast menu is all day so you have plenty of choices. They give you 4 pieces of crispy fried zucchini with an Yelp Check in what it's worth almost $4. Those zucchinis weren't small at all and I think if I could I would've just gotten the free zucchinis. Fresh, hot, crispy and delicious. read more

Absolutely worst service and food, first of all my breakfast burrito was full of raw strips of bacon and I went to get a refund and Sonia requested the burrito from the trash. And what's worse, Sonia is a shift lead allowing her crew in the Food Prep area to NOT WEAR MASKS during COVID 19!! I will be taking this issue up to Corporate, this is not safe and they are not following orders for COVID 19. Also I did tell Sonia and she didn't care, nor did her shift lead who would be taking over for her. We are in serious times and this is very unsanitary and this is why we are have an Infectious Virus because of people like Sonia and her crew. read more

The current promotion they are running, 5.99 for a drink, cheeseburger and two sides is one of the best deals you can find in this area for burger fries and onion rings. However, where they win on quantity and price point they lose on quality of the product they serve. The fries and onion rings are fine, but the burger is pedestrian at best. The bun is not toasted and the patty, while having the charbroiled taste, does not have juice to it. Why this place stays 4 stars for me is because of the customer experience they offer. They are almost a half way point between a service restaurant and fast food joint. If you dine in, servers will walk around and pour you coffee refills and serve your food. Additionally, the facilities are kept nice and clean and, by design, have a nice and homey feel to it. If you're looking for a place to relax, catch up on life and get your fill, this is a place to go. Check out their specials as those are always good deals. read more

I don't usually get food from this place but I got off work late and the other places were closed. I do love the zucchini sticks and the happy hour is awesome. Yesterday 4/29/20 I was in the drive through ordering and wanted to order a veggie burger for my daughter. I asked the lady taking my order "what's in the veggie pattie?" She replied somewhat sarcastically and annoyed, "I don't know it's a veggie pattie. Do you want to make it a combo?" I replied no thank you. I'm not trying to be difficult or picky. I just wanted to verify the ingredients because my daughter does not eat dairy. I was actually disappointed with the service I received especially during a time when businesses are struggling to survive. I thought I could support them. I understand that customers can be challenging but it's a customer service industry. I ordered zucchini sticks and Cobb salad and they were well made. I did enjoy my meal. read more

Things are improving around here! Employees being trained in customer service. Food was very good, used coupons and splurged on a breakfast burrito (hubby) and sourdough chicken sandwich (me). Me and a co worker ordered the Farmers Omelet . When we got back to the office, the hash browns were burnt . This is the first time we had this kind of issue. We do not know if it is because the store did not have enough people to cook or they were in a rush to fill up the order, or the cook was not paying attention when he was cooking? We are not happy with it. We were trying to find food that we can get that was close to our office.
