2 weeks ago I ordered a natural cheeseburger with 'everything' on it. I got 2 buns with a burger paddy with cheese on it. No dressing, no pickle, no lettuce NOTHING but a piece of meat with cheese on it. At least the burger was cooked? Today I ordered the 1/4 lb sourdough burger with everything on it. It came with 2 pieces of soggy sourdough toast (soggy from the grease from the uncooked bacon they put on it) cut half way across so I had to tear it the rest of the way. It was folded in half in the tiny container they put it in. No lettuce or tomato or pickle but there were chopped onions and some gooshy brown stuff that could have been avocado? I will never eat here again. It should be closed down by the health department. read more

Visited FarmerBoys today for something different. I didn't realized the different was in a negative way. Two hamburgers, onion rings and two regular drinks. Total: $35.31 OUCH!!!!!! When our food was brought to our table, we received a whopping FOUR onion rings! They came out of the freezer and tasted stale and old. We should have gone across the street where two double doubles, two fries and two drinks. Are $19.50. Never again will I visit a FarmerBoys. I should have known at dinner time when there were only four customers in the restaurant and the drive up lane was empty. This company is greedy. I really hope they go out of business. My family and I were driving home from vacation when we decided to stop for a bite to eat. We decided to give Farmer Boys a chance. We walked in and it seemed like any other decent and average fast food joint. We took a look at their menu and decided to order the 4pc Colossal Onion Rings, Double Big Cheese Combo, Double Big Cheese, and a Side Salad. We were blown away when we received our order! The burgers were MUCH BETTER than your typical In&Out burger. This was fantastic! The burger meat was fresh and well-cooked, with no signs of burntness. Love this location! If you've been to Farmer Boys, you know there can be a looooooonng wait at items, whether you go in or through the drive through. I haven't had any issues waiting too long here. I've had very friendly service from every employee and my orders are always on spot! We love their breakfast burritos, which are big enough to share. Most recently I had the California omelet and it's any easy favorite of mine. The French toast is also delicious. My plates always look very appealing and handled with care, which I appreciate because fast food can be kind of sloppy sometimes, right?! " Best Hamburger I Have Had " My wife and I went to the Farmer Boys Restaurant in Beaumont, CA and had one of the Best Hamburgers I have ever eaten. The Huge Cheese burger and either Fries, Onion Rings or Zucchini Sticks is amazing. And the Thousand Island dressing they use on the bun is so delicious. Brittany the counter employee that took our order and delivered it to our table was so nice. She answered all of our questions since we had never been to Farmer Boys before, and was always smiling as she also hustle all around the restaurant, taking orders, delivering orders, cleaning tables, and getting down on her knees cleaning the floor and walls. I'm always about QUALITY over quantity. Family of 7 we all got meals. They forgot to pack 2 order of cheese fries, got charged for 2 kids meals only needed 1. Ordered a bacon breakfast burrito with some fries this morning after work and got the worst breakfast ever. The fries were dark brown, stale and cold. The burrito was skinny, flavorless and the hash browns were burnt. They also didn't even add cheese. This particular farmer boys has very low standards when it comes to quality and taste. As my friend would say," Best place for 'fast food' breakfast. " You can get all your breakfast items you enjoy for a good price and pick it up through drive through. I dined in. I have a very selective diet and can't have a lot of things including meat, gluten, dairy and this place was very nice in helping me with my substitutions. The girls I interacted with were very nice. They're on top of keeping all the tables clean and wiped down. I didn't see a single table with dishes laying around. Well, it appears quality control has disappeared at this shop. This Sunday morning, my wife and I ordered two different breakfast meals. My breakfast sandwich was smashed flat. It was also missing lettuce & tomatoes. The egg portion was cooked with eggshells (made for a crunchy bite). My wife had the breakfast plate. Instead of receiving bacon strips, she had bacon clumps or bacon bits. The hash browns were burnt and cold. Then her toast were just a few soggy pieces of uncooked bread. By far this has been the worst experience I have had at this particular shop. Usually, I would enjoy complementing the crew with a crazy bell ring. If there was such a thing, I would have hit a huge Gong for my dissatisfaction. UPDATE: I reviewed the comments for this shop and noticed a pattern. It appears that the Breakfast crew & manager have little or no regard for customer service. Hopefully, the regional manager has the time to review the customers' comments. My husband and I ate from this restaurant on Sunday 5/31 & Monday 6/1. We were disappointed. Unfortunately we have decided not to eat from this location any time soon. I do have family and friends that live in this area and I do plan on passing on this information to them. My Wife, daughter and I stopped by here to get some lunch to go. I waited in the car with the grandkids. I My wife was ordering our food and when she was done the manager Courtney just walks off leaving my daughter standing there. My wife said to her that they weren't done ordering. I have been enjoying food at Farmer Boys in LA, Redlands and Beaumont for many years. I have never experienced anything other than efficient, polite and knowledgeable employees. While there have been a few times when I had a question, I spoke with the manager and it was quickly and professionally resolved. They understand more than most "fast food" operations what customer service is all about. I have enjoyed their salads and burgers with sides mostly. Look, no one is perfect.
