It's odd that they don't ever have a line when the food is so good! I've been going here since they opened in April and it's great. I love the burgers and fries a lot. I especially love the sauces that they offer to dip your fries in. They have a spicy burger sauce I always get for the fries. I wasn't a fan of the chocolate shake though. It has an odd chocolate flavor, so I haven't ordered again. They do have a drive thru window, but it's been closed a couple of times, so I find myself going inside more and more. The dining area is mid-sized and always very clean. Though the restaurant is part of the gas station building, it has a separate entrance and you cannot cross over from this business to the gas station. This place is not the best spot if you are gluten free or have an allergy. They don't offer gluten free buns and won't even lettuce wrap the burger for you. The only thing they offer is a "burger salad" which kinda sucks if you want a burger experience. I don't wanna eat a burger with a fork, ya know. So I've gotta chill on going here because gluten hurts. read more

We stopped in to grab dinner after a long day. Its pretty spacious and there were plenty of booths and tables to sit at. It was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I was pretty surprised that there weren't very many people there given that it was 645pm... prime dinnertime. We got 2 classic smash burgers, 1 grilled cheese, 1 double smash burger, 2 regular fries, and 1 order of papa fries. Our total was $48 so honestly I was expecting spectacular food. The kids liked their sandwiches, my son said the papa fries could have used a little more sauce. I thought the burger was ok. It had decent flavor, and the bun didn't fall apart so that's a plus! Haha! The fries were so so. I don't think it was terrible, but I also didn't think it very memorable. Honestly I don't know if we'll come back because it is not the easiest place to get to. I really want to emphasize that the girl with the black hair working the register was very sweet and friendly. They looked like seasoned fries but tasted like burnt crispy fries. I did not include that in this rating, because maybe lots of people like that; I gave it a three for the food because the burger was just average; For being triple patties it was pretty small and didn't taste like anything out of the ordinary, The prices are pretty high for what you get. I read some of the reviews and I'm sorry but I disagree! I really enjoyed my experience! It's smash burgers, they're not big patties, which I appreciate more to be honest. I was recommended their fire fries, and I now recommend them!! Their thin crispy fries are tasty, it has jalapenos, sauce, cheese, grilled onions, YUM!! It was super clean inside, and the staff were super nice. I noticed they have a drive thru, so definitely going to use their drive thru the next time I'm looking for something tasty but quick. So, I've been waiting for a burger place to show up in Beaumont considering there are NO good food spots in Beaumont at all(expect street vendors) so I was excited about this place. Customer service was really good, but it seemed like they don't have enough people working because the place was kind of dirty, but it's understandable cause again they didn't have enough folks working. On to the food. The fries were good,nice a crispy. The burger though was meh. The bun was straight trash (please change your buns!) and I really think that downgraded the burger. First time here and I was really happy with my experience , the staff are very friendly I mentioned it was my first time and she walked me through the menu and the different options felt very welcoming. Fries were hot and fresh however lacked flavor. Not even assault factor to them. The illusion on the pictures they are fresh cut fry similar to an In-N-Out. Very fresh potato taste. These were definitely frozen fries. Not the worst thing but for almost 4 dollars. I would want them to at least have some sort of flavor. Didn't get a burger this time. I was heading home to Hemet off the 10 frwy and stopped at the Chevron to use the restroom. While I was there, I started thinking about grabbing some lunch and noticed Papa Smash next door. I looked it up real quick and decided to give it a try -- and I'm glad I did. If you've ever been to Freddy's Steakburgers & Custard, it's a similar concept with that classic smash burger style. The place was clean, the employees were friendly, and the whole vibe was great. I also really liked the logo and colors -- the logo actually reminded me of Bob's Big Boy, which gave it a cool classic feel. I ordered combo #1 and tried it with the bun upside down. It turned out to be a great choice and the burger was really good. Definitely hit the spot. Overall, I'm really glad I stumbled across this place and decided to try it. The lady that took our order was really sweet and patient while we decided. She had great customer service skills. The food was priced about right in comparison to other fast food places. Our burgers were fully cooked but lacked a little bit of seasoning. I did like that they weren't necessarily burnt but had a nice crunch on the ends. Veggies were all fresh but out of our bacon was undercooked. We had 3 orders with bacon and they were all were undercooked so we'll make sure we ask them to cook it all the way through or well done next time. Fries were so yummy they were hot and fresh but had just a little too much salt. Hopefully they remove salt from the drys and met you add your own. Besides that, we were obsessed with the fries. Loaded fries are a really good portion and a meal on its own really. Soda machine may need to be replaced. Every soda was flat and gross. Just a few small tweaks and this will be a great food joint.
