I have been wanting to try this place for quite some time. The location is a little bit of a struggle to get to because of the layout of the streets and signals. I'm glad I finally came in here though. This place is tucked back in the corner next to the Chevron. Parking is nice and easy access to the restaurant. Upon walking in the place was clean and the staff were super friendly. My order was for takeout, ordered three burgers all of them were different with two orders of fries. I ordered the Smash Burger, Classic Smash, and the Bacon Smash.. All of the Burgers were Great! The Burgers had great flavor.. The toppings and the seasoned burger patty came together really well.. The fries survived a 10 minute car drive home and were crispy and delicious.. The place is definitely worth the visit.. The store was clean and there is plenty of room to hang out and eat there. The only thing that was a bit off putting was the wierd bathroom smell..Don't let that detour you from trying this place as everything was clean.. It's odd that they don't ever have a line when the food is so good! I've been going here since they opened in April and it's great. I love the burgers and fries a lot. I especially love the sauces that they offer to dip your fries in. They have a spicy burger sauce I always get for the fries. I wasn't a fan of the chocolate shake though. It has an odd chocolate flavor, so I haven't ordered again. They do have a drive thru window, but it's been closed a couple of times, so I find myself going inside more and more. The dining area is mid-sized and always very clean. Though the restaurant is part of the gas station building, it has a separate entrance and you cannot cross over from this business to the gas station. This place is not the best spot if you are gluten free or have an allergy. They don't offer gluten free buns and won't even lettuce wrap the burger for you. The only thing they offer is a "burger salad" which kinda sucks if you want a burger experience. I don't wanna eat a burger with a fork, ya know. We stopped in to grab dinner after a long day. Its pretty spacious and there were plenty of booths and tables to sit at. It was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I was pretty surprised that there weren't very many people there given that it was 645pm... prime dinnertime. We got 2 classic smash burgers, 1 grilled cheese, 1 double smash burger, 2 regular fries, and 1 order of papa fries. Our total was $48 so honestly I was expecting spectacular food. The kids liked their sandwiches, my son said the papa fries could have used a little more sauce. I thought the burger was ok. It had decent flavor, and the bun didn't fall apart so that's a plus! Haha! The fries were so so. I don't think it was terrible, but I also didn't think it very memorable. Honestly I don't know if we'll come back because it is not the easiest place to get to. We arrived & it was clean inside, Jazlyn helped us, she was sweet & polite. My husband ordered the classic double smash combo number two. He loved the burger. He said the fries were OK. I ordered the fire fries. It was OK, but I felt like it didn't have enough meat on there; then I also ordered an Oreo cookie shake, which was refreshing. So, I've been waiting for a burger place to show up in Beaumont considering there are NO good food spots in Beaumont at all(expect street vendors) so I was excited about this place. Customer service was really good, but it seemed like they don't have enough people working because the place was kind of dirty, but it's understandable cause again they didn't have enough folks working. On to the food. The fries were good,nice a crispy. The burger though was meh. The bun was straight trash (please change your buns!) and I really think that downgraded the burger. I don't know why there's so much hate for this place. I absolutely loved it! The thing about a smash burger is that it's SMASHED. You can't complain that the burger patty is too thin, just get a double if you want meat that's comparable to a regular sized patty. I looked it up real quick and decided to give it a try -- and I'm glad I did. If you've ever been to Freddy's Steakburgers & Custard, it's a similar concept with that classic smash burger style. The place was clean, the employees were friendly, and the whole vibe was great. I also really liked the logo and colors -- the logo actually reminded me of Bob's Big Boy, which gave it a cool classic feel. I ordered combo #1 and tried it with the bun upside down. It turned out to be a great choice and the burger was really good. Definitely hit the spot. Overall, I'm really glad I stumbled across this place and decided to try it. The lady that took our order was really sweet and patient while we decided. She had great customer service skills. The food was priced about right in comparison to other fast food places. Our burgers were fully cooked but lacked a little bit of seasoning. I did like that they weren't necessarily burnt but had a nice crunch on the ends. Veggies were all fresh but out of our bacon was undercooked. We had 3 orders with bacon and they were all were undercooked so we'll make sure we ask them to cook it all the way through or well done next time. Fries were so yummy they were hot and fresh but had just a little too much salt. Hopefully they remove salt from the drys and met you add your own. Besides that, we were obsessed with the fries. Loaded fries are a really good portion and a meal on its own really. Soda machine may need to be replaced. Every soda was flat and gross. Just a few small tweaks and this will be a great food joint.
