Lisa and Andres were our servers and did an exceptional job. Both were professional and extremely polite. Absolutely worth the hype! Note that they do not take reservations for breakfast or lunch so be sure to get there early or be prepared to wait. The ambience is like no other. Think French countryside, with the decor to match, and a tree on the inside of the restaurant! Down to the choice of napkins, the decor is intentional. It feels like a lived in house with a courtyard and all of the feelings that make it "home." It's familiar and inviting and that's just the beginning. We've been to Palm Springs many times and I've had this place bookmarked for too long and never had an opportunity to try it. When my Team and I came into town for a conference, we decided that since it's a weekday, it would be the best time to try this place out. It breathtakingly did not disappoint. I ordered the Complete savory crêpe and had I not been drinking so much water from the heat, I would have devoured this in one sitting. The side salad is a nice touch and balances out the heaviness of the egg and the ham. My coworker had the avocado toast and was overjoyed that it was very plentiful and well portioned. She also ordered a fresh grapefruit juice which she let me try and I found incredibly refreshing. This is by far one of my favorite breakfast places in California! First off this restaurant is so adorable. It reminds me of a little French countryside very cute decor and really good service! I really wanted to try the chicken and waffles, but I decided to go with the smoked salmon Benedict. I will definitely come back here for breakfast again. Farm is located in a little plaza center in downtown Palm Springs. The plaza has its own parking and I was able to find a spot easily on a Saturday around 9am. There are two lines upon walking up to the host, the left side is to leave your name with the host and the right side is to check in when you get a text that your table is ready. It was about a 15-20 minute wait so we explored the bookstore 2-3 doors down before receiving our text. The vibes were cute, natural lighting made the place look amazing. My friend and I shared $60 mimosas which came with a bottle of brut (or you can pay for the other bottle) and 4 different juices, OJ, watermelon, grapefruit, and pineapple. I ordered the Croque Monsieur and absolutely loved it. The house potatoes were potatoes. It was okay. Our server and other staff were great. Walked in without a res for brunch and were able to be seated within 10-15mins. It was brutally hot outside, but the misters helped a lot. We were seated indoors (with only AC at the doorway entrance), so it was still extremely warm during the entire meal. Portion size was a lot larger than we expected. We ordered the duck salad, dates/pear/baguette charcuterie board, banana brioche french toast, and chicken burger. The charcuterie board was definitely the highlight, the baguette bread was really well made, soft on the inside and crispy on the thin outer rim. The pear did look a little oxidized, but the date spread made up for it. Duck salad was honestly just ok, but portion size was impressive. I actually enjoyed the salad side from the chicken burger more. Chicken burger itself was ok, lacking some flavor. Banana french toast also came in a huge portion size, and was great for a sweet breakfast. Ordered an iced coffee and it was solid, not sour. Overall loved the vibes of this place, and prices to portion ratio is really solid. Next time would love to come back when it's a bit cooler and sit in the outdoors area. read more

I grew up in Palm Springs and have loved the old Plaza shopping complex since I can remember. I saw movies like Christmas Story and Rambo First Blood Part two there. So my parents really love FARM and recommended it to me. I have two small dogs and they are dog friendly with an outdoor patio with shade. We found parking in the Plaza luckily right near FARM and put my name in for a party of two outside and we only waited for 20 minutes. Now here is why they get three stars. They sat us in the worst possible outside table in the whole restaurant. It was in the back corner and my view was of the kitchen door that everyone comes in and out of, the servers, bus boys and people stocking the kitchen. Then standing there and to the right three feet away was a huge Palm Tree. It sucked and had zero view. I ordered the veggie omelette with added goat cheese and the other dish was a savory chicken crepe. Both dishes were a little late but they were fresh and amazing. I really thought my omelette was bomb. I tried the crepe and it was amazing. The seats just ruined the whole experience. The manager came and took 20 percent off and told me some crazy story that people who want to not be seen like sitting there, whatever. We tipped the girl like 25 percent but the table sucked so bad. We've been wanting to try FARM for quite some time but never had a chance on our previous trips to Palm Springs. We were happy to finally check it out and loved the cool farm house ambiance and excellent service. Their Price fixe dinner was very good! We had a choice of an appetizer, main and dessert. They also had a cheaper price fixe meal for our son which was great. All dishes were delicious and we enjoyed the oysters and desserts the best. It was a nice touch to surprise us with a crab cake and limoncello sorbet as a palette cleanser. However, the filet Mignon steak sauce was a bit too peppery and salty for our liking. I would recommend asking for the sauce on the side if you don't usually like strong sauces. It was a good value at $69 per adult for dinner and $30 for our son's meal. This was my birthday (September 7th ), and we decided to have breakfast at this place. We had to wait a little, which was fine, and while we were waiting, my husband bought me the present I wanted, which was really lovely! Farm has immaculate vibes. Mostly outdoor seating with real flowers everywhere, and under the Palm Springs sun it was honestly beautiful. I went in January and the weather made it even better. This is one of those places where you're already happy before the food even comes out. It's also extremely dog friendly, like most of Palm Springs. They brought out water for my pup right away, which was very appreciated. Food-wise, everything was solid. I ordered the canard duck salad, which comes with blue cheese on top. I forgot to ask for it on the side, but still enjoyed it overall. The baked brie was the standout for me. Warm, delicious brie with a good baguette and a date paste that was surprisingly unique and worked really well. They don't have a very extensive coffee menu, which was a little disappointing, but I got the cold brew and it was pretty good. Come here for the atmosphere first, and the food holds up. What an experience it was to celebrate my birthday here with my fellow friends' birthdays! FARM made our birthday celebration extra special by writing us a card and gave us extra dessert. Our waiter was so attentive and made sure our night was one to remember. They had a set menu of multiple courses that you can choose from. Starting with appetizers and soups, to the main entrees and desserts. Our bellies were so happy to be able to try so many different dishes! Amazing presentation and impressive taste! We were seated outside with dim lit candles and there was calm live music. I would recommend making reservations ahead of time, maybe a month or 2 weeks in advance. On a recent road trip we stopped for lunch in Palm Springs and was drawn to Farm based on prior reviews and the menu. The wait time was lengthy but we decided to wander the streets exercising the dog before we took our table. We finally got our notification that our table was ready and we were seated quickly. The location is nice and airy with open air seating with decent shade coverage, this meant that the venue is very dog friendly and our pooch Martin was greeted with a bowl of ice cold water and he settled down happily waiting for floor snacks to appear. Food wise, my husband had the Andouille Omelette and I had the Croque Madame. The omelette was decent but nothing really stood out on it, hard to really elevate an omelette. The Croque Madame was a disappointment though, they really used the wrong bread and the bread itself wasn't toasted and it let to a really poor consistency with soft bread, soft egg and bechamel making for a very mushy dish. Also, I wouldn't have chosen a multigrain bread to make a Croque with as it was quite dense and didn't lend itself to the richness of the dish. I did let the waiter know that they had neglected to toast the bread and he just shrugged and said "that's how they make it" despite it being described on the menu as "multi-grain toast". Overall the texture was unappealing. Farm has a great bar menu and the cocktails were quite delicious. The service was friendly and attentive but I was a little perturbed by response of the waiter when I queried the way my dish was made. read more

We tried to visit on a Sunday late morning and their wait was super long so we ended up not being able to eat here for the first time, but we came back the next day at around 9AM and there was luckily no wait at all! As a table we ordered the baked brie to share, and it was delicious! This was a nice shareable appetizer. I like that they have both sweet and savory crepes! I ordered the Champignons et Fromage with the creme fraiche on the side. The creme fraiche looked very heavy and rich so I'm glad I got it on the side so that I could add as much as I wanted. The mushrooms were so savory and flavorful, this one really hit the spot! Had a great brunch. We had to wait over an hour on a Sunday, but really worth it. We sat in the garden, which is so cute. I started with the watermelon juice. I had the Bacon, Chicken & Waffle - it has grilled chicken, Andouille sausage, and bacon with this sort of sweet sauce over a waffle and salad. IYKYK... This has to be one of my favorite spot for brunch in Palm Springs. We've been a good amount of time and each and every visit has alway been amazing. Just a heads up, it does get busy. This visit, a Monday afternoon, there was a line just to put your name down. For two and a pup, it was about a half hour wait. They take your information and will contact you via text to let you know when your table is ready. That's good as you could wander around the shops nearby. Parking situation is a bit stressful with the parking lot out front. It's alway packed and parking is wild during the weekend. There's a couple of parking lot and structures nearby which is more accessible. Once our table was ready. You come back and wait till your name is called to be seated. The garden vibe is quite nice. During the summer, it's HOT as you know that about Palm Springs. It's was hot today as well. We got seated to the left side patio. All the tables were covered with umbrella which helped with the sun. Menu wise, a mixture of breakfast and brunch. Cocktail, wine and beer list is available too. Started off with the Bloody Mary. Let me just say, it's my favorite here. For the price, it's worth it. Nice portion and accompanied by all trimmings. Celery, olives, pickles, orange and lemon slices, pepperoncini and a slice of bacon. A meal in a drink. It's a must each visit. And of course the andouille sausage omelette with a side salad and baguette. The flavors were great as alway. Good portion which is a must for breakfast...lol... We also got the baked Brie plate which is massive. Perfect for sharing or a starters. Plentiful slices of baguette, the showstopper baked Brie with hazelnut, Asian pear slices and house-made date jam. That was quite tasty. And for a little sweetness, one of the crepes with strawberries, lemon, butter and sugar. Food was great as always. Tim who took very good care of us this afternoon was a major doll and sweetheart. Made us feel very welcomed which is alway a great way to start a nice meal. Very attentive and sweet. Alway checking up to make sure that everything was great. Not just him but the entire staff working. Good customer service is major plus. Majority of the restaurant is outside with some seating inside. It's a beautiful garden vibe and well decorated. Amazing experience at Farm! I was visiting my parents in Palm Springs and they stayed in a hotel in Downtown Palm Springs. We were looking for a breakfast place to go to and immediately this place popped up. We decided to check it out and we're not disappointed. It's in an enclosed area making it quaint and very pretty. Most of their space was outdoor and had a cozy vibe to it. The weather was warm and there were lots of umbrellas to shade from the hot sun. The server was very nice and helped me with recommendations from the menu as well! We were seating quickly and the food came out hot and fast. I ordered the Ham & Cheese Crepe with an egg - and would highly recommend this if you like savory breakfasts. The crepe was on the thicker side, less like your traditional crepe but nonetheless delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly and no complaints. Saw this place on social media and finally gave me a try when we were in PS. It's located at a cute plaza with free but limited parking spots. I don't think they took reservation for small parties. We walked in around 11 during the week and waited about 30-40 mins for our table. They offer both indoor and outdoor seatings. Outdoor seatings with a lot of shade and water sprinklers to keep customers cool. The whole France ambiance is adorable and lovely. They have good selection on the menu, both sweet and savory crepes and sandwiches and omelette etc. have a good section of drink menu as well. I ordered a complete crepes and it's good but nothing impressive. The crepe was a little thick and on the drier side. But the add on potato was crispy and just how I like. The service was quick. If you are in the area and the wait is not long, worth a stop but I don't think I will be driving to here specifically just for that. read more

One of the most beloved spots in the desert, FARM continues to wow locals and tourists. It's the kind of spot that you always recommend to travels if you want to impress them. My families been coming here for years, they've always raved about this spot and I happily joined them for a weekend dinner. This restaurant is rustic, romantic, and bold in flavor. They are deserving of their high stats on here and reviews. Easily a 5/5 all day long. I'd highly recommend coming for their 5-course dinner service. The menu changes regularly and adapts based on access to fresh, local ingredients so that everytime you come you can get a different experience. Here were my 5 course meal choices (description taken from their website to describe each dish I ordered): Amuse Bouche - Ahi Cucumber Roll. Hawaii wild caught Ahi Tuna and avocado cucumber roll. With soy-sesame dressing and spicy aioli. 5/5 Appetizer - New Zealand Green Mussels. Fresh New Zealand Green Mussels in a lemon-garlic butter sauce. Finished with fresh parsley. Served with garlic bread. 5/5 Palate Cleanser - Limoncello Sorbet. 4/5 Entree - Steak Au Poivre. Prime Filet Mignon with green peppercorn sauce, finished with fresh parsley. Served with confit Yukon potatoes, sautéed haricot vert. 5/5 Desert - Tarte Tatin. 4/5 From start to finish the meal here was exceptional. One of the better meals I've had in the desert in a long time. Staff were truly wonderful and attentive. The service was seriously impressive and unforgettable. I loved that all staff seemed to pitch in and support. Waters were always refilled, plates cleared quickly, and friendly service the entire time. We kicked things off with mimosas, and once we heard they offered French pressed coffee, we couldn't resist--so glad we didn't, because it was amazing. My girlfriend and I were on the fence about brunch here, but after we had a pleasant experience at Tac/quila, their sister restaurant, the night before we decided to have brunch at the Farm. We arrived at around 9am and we were able to get a table. The staff were super friendly and attentive. We hoped to get a table under the roofed area, but our umbrellas table wasn't too bad. The whole dining area is split up into sections and feels like you are in a garden of a European manor. We decided on the Poulet a La Crème, Croque Madame, and their well known Baked Brie. The Poulet a La Crème was nice and savory. The crepe was covered with a nice crème sauce with pieces of chicken and mushrooms in it. Really nice flavors and made for an excellent brunch dish. It was served with a fresh salad with cherry tomatoes. The Croque Madame was also a savory dish with Jambon de Paris (pretty much ham) in between two slices of multigrain toast, and a sunny side up egg on top. It's pretty much a breakfast sandwich that you eat with a knife and fork. Pretty good, but wasn't something that stood out. This dish was also served with the same salad and cherry tomatoes. They are known for their Baked Brie; but I don't know if I would consider this a must. The flavor of the Brie was nice and topped with brown sugar and peanuts, but we didn't even finish half of it. It was served with a nice sliced baguette to spread the Brie onto. There was also a sweet date jam spread that was also included, as well as Asian pear slices. The pears and jam paired well, but again, not really our cup of tea. Overall, the Farm was a pleasant experience. If you want to have a nice brunch in the downtown Palm Springs area, the Farm might just be worth a visit. read more

I came here for brunch and it was really packed. We had to put our names down on the waiting list and got called in about 20 minutes. We sat outside the patio and the ambiance was very quaint, cute and charming with plants and trees surrounding us. Food was overall decent. We ordered omelettes and they were pretty tasty but also heavy, presumably from the overuse of butter. I liked the roasted potatoes they served with it. My issue with this establishment was the service. Our waiter was so busy waiting on other tables, he hardly came around to check on us. We had to wait a while to place our orders, and then the orders came out wrong so we waited even longer for them to prepare our correct dishes. I wouldn't mind coming back here again because the restaurant was very charming but I hope I'd get better service next time around. read more

Wish I could make this at home but Farm is here because I will never be able to make anything as fantastic as this. The tomato basil soup was perfect. Very rich and the aroma was unbelievable. Eggs Benedict were cooked exactly like she asked. Hollandaise sauce was the kicker. PERFECT! When you want a special experience in a garden setting with trained experienced servers this is where you should find yourself. This spot is one the more popular brunch places in Palm Springs. Wait times could be long , especially with a large party so prepare yourself, but totally worth it. Try getting there early. There is Large list of drinks from Champagne to bloody Marys. I'd recommend the "Frozay" . Also it's a dog friendly spot . It's mostly outdoor seating and on a hot morning or day it could be hot . There is plenty of shade in the eating areas. If your a pair or a party of 6 , everybody has to be there before you get seated. Delicious food, great drinks and an awesome staff here at Farm. For our final lunch before heading home from our anniversary weekend we stopped at The Farm in Palm Springs. The restaurant had plenty of great reviews and a relaxed garden style setting that drew us in right away. I ordered the Andouille omelet but asked to swap the sausage for bacon and the server was happy to make that change. The omelet came out perfectly cooked, moist but not runny, with plenty of bacon and creamy avocado on top. I paired it with their roasted potatoes which were excellent. Big crispy chunks with just the right bite and a touch of salt. My wife ordered the chicken BLT and enjoyed every bite. Her only note was that she might try it on sourdough next time instead of the wheat or rye but she still loved the flavors and the crisp bacon. The simple side salad was fresh and the Cholula hot sauce worked perfectly with my omelet. Service was friendly and very attentive, even making sure our dog had water on a hot day which we really appreciated. Overall The Farm delivered a solid brunch or lunch experience with great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful service.
