    Torn chair.
    Savvy T.

Looks like the last time I was there was 16 years ago and I know why. The service is decent, the food is decent, the dining room is still filthy, the chair was torn. The fruit flies were unbearable. It just isn't worth $8.00 for an iced tea and $32.00 for a salad. My bad for trying again.

Have now been to Norma's at the Parker about five or six times. Recently, my visit was so lackluster that I felt compelled to update my review. We had Sunday brunch reservations. It took about ten minutes for our server to appear. Unusual for this restaurant. We had no water until he sent someone over. Our server never told us his name, also unusual for Norma's. It took a long time for our meal to arrive. Yes, we are in high season and the restaurant was busy, but not packed. Norma's usually handles crowds well. We were a party of six and half of us were not happy with our food. The corned beef hash was about a quarter cup of under cooked potatoes and pearl onions. Under the eggs was a pile of shredded corned beef. Just a pile of meat. Not even crispy, just a pile of shredded beef. The chicken and mushroom omelette was bland, and the potato pancake not cooked evenly. One of our party told the server about his breakfast and we were comped some doughnuts, which was lovely. However, it was a pricey meal that was disappointing on many levels.

Located inside of the Parker Palm Springs, we have eaten here many times while staying at the hotel. Service is wonderful, the shot of the day as a complementary appetizer is a great start to your day! A healthy smoothie and delightful. Breakfast are the best way to begin your day. I have tried my way through their entire menu by now and worthy mentions are the donuts as well as any of their salads, you really can't go wrong with anything here. I love that they have a variety of breakfast and lunch items, many vegetarian items, hearty portions, beautifully presented! The quality and portion size is well worth the splurge, not just for hotel guests. This is a great option while in Palm Springs!

AMAZING spot for brunch! I initially was hesitant to come here because I'd heard the brunch was just okay, but this was my favorite spot we visited the entire time we were in Palm Springs. I ordered the short rib Benedict and was so impressed by the variety of flavors. Perfectly savory. The eggs were cooked just right and there was tons of short rib on the Benedict. My husband also loved his corned beef hash. My only complaint is that we didn't try any of their sweet dishes like the French toast, which looked amazing. Will definitely order next time. The service was pretty fast and efficient and we were in and out in about an hour. Overall a really nice experience and I can't wait to return!

Gluten free toast in a dedicated toaster.

Norma's was by far the better of the two restaurants at the Parker. The service was more seamless and I didn't have to flag down servers. This place does have a lot of items labeled gluten free but they had a lot of options to modify gluten free! I had the corned beef hash and they gave me gluten free toast in a separate toaster! Good cross contact knowledge. The ambiance is very cute, funky 70s vibe. The food was good and of course it's pricey just due to location. Really my only complaint. The food portions were large at least.

Norma's at Parker Palm Springs is a full 5/5 -- breakfast done perfectly in true Palm Springs style. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. The fresh-squeezed orange juice is a must. I had the turkey and sweet potato hash with gluten-free bread, which was hearty and satisfying without feeling heavy. The classic American breakfast was equally impressive -- especially the chicken sausage, which was beautifully charred on the outside with a juicy, flavorful center. The yogurt and fruit parfait was fresh and balanced, a perfect lighter addition. Service made the experience even better -- Vanessa was warm, helpful, and genuinely happy, which set the tone for the entire meal. A tip: reservations are strongly recommended. There is a table fee that varies depending on the time and seating you select, but it's worth it. Walk-ins are technically welcome, but I wouldn't risk missing out. Also, parking is limited, so plan accordingly. A vibrant, delicious brunch experience that lives up to the hype -- I'd absolutely go back

Normas is an amazing breakfast/lunch place with great service, nice outdoor seating, and lots of delicious and healthy options. We ate here two days in a row while staying at the Parker. Loved their salmon and fish options. And they give you a free smoothie sample. Their coffee and espresso are also incredible. It was amazing.

Norma's is inside the Parker hotel, which is a gorgeous property with eclectic decor. You can get street parking and walk in or pay $15 for valet. The restaurant itself has a lovely, colorful patio and the BEST breakfast I've ever had dining out. I got the Wa-Za waffle and lemme tell you-- I'm so glad I treated myself! We'll be back!!

The restaurant was beautiful and the staff was very kind. We were celebrating an event and they really made it special. I have two complaints: Parking- it is a hotel but the staff does not communicate. I driver around trying to figure out if i was in the right place and had to wave down several people to try to understand where and how to park. My Caesar salad- the bread bowl was sooo stale, it was unbelievable. The dressing was very off. Too tangy and maybe too fishy. I couldn't when get half way through it.

We had lunch/brunch here twice in a three-day span in the middle of the week. There are plenty of creative choices on the menu. The dishes we tried over those two meals were: Huevos Rancheros, Eggs and Bacon Breakfast Quesadilla, Pancakes, Eggs and Hash Browns, and Claws & Chips (their version of fish n chips - except using lobster). All of the food was nicely prepared and well presented. Service was outstanding and the setting was beautiful. We didn't have any issues with parking because we were staying at the hotel. It's not difficult to see why this place is so popular.

The service is top tier. I wish i could remember our waitress name , She was amazing . She was super attentive without feeling pushy or ingenuous. Very sweet and personable . We ordered drinks and were brought samples of freshly made smoothies, so so delicious! Drinks were great. Food was impeccable , the flavors and preparation are 10/10 as well as the presentation. The vibes here are great , super bright and cheery !! Loved the aesthetic ! Fajitas were amazing and even splitting the meal between two people we couldn't finish. my other guest loved their dishes as well , fish taco and short rib benedict were to die for !!

    Pathetic burger

This place is not worth the hype. The hotel is designed cool, but for a place that has the nerve to charge for reservations the service and food were a huge let down. Took forever to get someone to help us, we both ordered the burger and what came was something you could barely describe as a slider. Tasted fine, but was literally two bites. Told the server this and they said yeah the burgers are really small. So they've basically gotten this feedback repeatedly and not felt compelled to fix it. None of the other dishes coming out looked particularly appealing either. Spare yourself and eat somewhere else in town.

great service and ambiance, okay food - we were there for brunch. although we were seated inside, the flies still found their ways in and wouldn't leave us alone...

For this visit, I started off with a Triple Berry Tart and really enjoyed it. Imagine a pop tart that's not quite as sweet but a little more cakey and that is it. It was a real nice treat for the meal. I followed up with Sky's the Limit, which is basically one of their larger breakfasts and a mix of everything. I would highly recommend. The eggs were cooked perfectly and everything about it just really hit the spot. I would highly recommend this place to anyone searching for a great brunch option.

With the north facing wall being all window, it feels airy and open, you can see my inside and window view pics. We shared the Traditional Eggs Benedict and the Breakfast Bowl, see my pics. As you can see from my pics, the Traditional Eggs Benedict weren't quite up to par. The poached eggs were a bit under done. The hollandaise sauce was creamy but lacked the pinch of cayenne and a bit under flavored. The ham was ample but not so flavorful. There was a bed of spinach between the ham and English muffin. This was over cooked. The diced potatoes were nice and crunchy, but there wasn't any seasoning on them. On the other hand, the Breakfast Bowl was quite refreshing. My pic doesn't do justice to the freshness and variety of this bowl. The coconut milk was sweet and pared well with the fruit. The texture of the granola and coconut shaving nicely contrasted with the bananas and berries. Mixed through the coconut milk was the red quinoa which made the milk more substantial. This was a great way to eat healthy.

Golf course was closed but we were still able to see it. It's a big property. Lots to do. Do like they allow dogs since we had ours. They had multiple pools which we liked. We didn't use it but near one. Neither one looked too busy which was nice. Once we got settled into our room we went to go see Pinz and Pints since they had arcade games, including a duckpin bowling. My son was really excited about that. When we went they had a complimentary drink and candy bar. Drinks they offer are limited but still decent. We did get some food there as well. We got their nachos, Mac and cheese, and chicken tenders for my son. Both the nachos and Mac and cheese were really good. Love nachos and wanted to keep eating them. The resort fee also felt hard to justify. The included amenities did not seem to match the extra charge. The two complimentary drinks were limited to Truly canned drinks or a small pour of hard lemonade or iced tea, which felt underwhelming for a resort of this caliber. We did enjoy the range balls, but as early risers, I would have appreciated access to the spa or pool earlier in the morning. Unfortunately, the room itself left a lot to be desired. The bed sheets had what looked like an oil or grease stain, the closet door was broken, and the overall furnishings and finishes felt worn and dated rather than well maintained. This is very much a family resort, so that is worth keeping in mind if you are looking for a quiet getaway. Even at the adults-only Paloma Pool, children were jumping into the water and splashing guests' drinks while parents appeared unconcerned. That made it difficult to relax in what was supposed to be a peaceful setting. On a positive note, the entrance walkway, lobby, and open-air courtyard are beautiful and make for a strong first impression. Unfortunately, that charm does not extend to the guest rooms, which are clearly in need of a refresh.

I was a little scared when I read that most of the recent reviews were negative. I was thinking "oh no! What did I get us into." This place is a blast from the past. The decor is that of a mid century modern and is a really cozy quadrangle set up. The interior feels homey and the property is set up like an air bnb with shared amenities. They play 1950s music all day on speakers throughout the complex, it creates that vintage feel but can get repetitive after a few days. Lounge with tables, board games, travel brochures, couches, fire place, coffee and tea, and industrial kitchen for use during your stay. (Old reviews mention happy hour, breakfast, snacks, etc. these are no longer offered but why not just bring your own?) Each room has microwave and mini fridge. Outdoor gas fire pit for use. The pool is small but has a deep end 8ft which is nice. There are pool noodles and some tubes to use. The hot tub is spacious and powerful jets. We stayed in the Hawaiian surf room, loved the theme it was so cute and felt like a tropical getaway. The shower is small but functional. Good AC unit with a remote control and ceiling fan. Surfboard coffee table and wicker love seat add to the tropical feel. Overall this was a nice private getaway. You can be left alone to relax! If you need anything you can text the hotel and someone replies super quick in my experience. The hotel feels very secure with codes needed to enter the complex and security cameras at the entrance and surrounding the complex. (Probably for management to check and make sure everything is running smoothly). I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I have stayed at a few different boutique hotels in the area. This would be a top choice! Please realize this is an older complex and it does show some wear and tear but come on the building is probably 100 years old or somewhere close to that. If you are expecting a sterile, high end, resort feel for your stay this is not your place... but otherwise this is a great choice! I couldn't help but feel bad for the owners with all of the really bad reviews on here because that was truly not my experience. All rooms are a maximum of two people with a hot tub, refrigerator with water, microwave, and coffee maker, air conditioning, and DVD player. If you'd like, bring a DVD and popcorn to enjoy during your stay. The bed was pretty comfortable. There were more than enough pillows which I'm guilty of using more than one pillow while I sleep. I love how the comforter was linen on the outside, but cozy and warm on the inside. The Crooners room has two sinks, but I only used one. There is happy hour everyday at 5pm by the pool or communal area with snacks and beer or wine. During my stay there were chips and salsa and the following day was veggies with dip, with of course a drink of choice. Really nice touch added to my stay. It's been a while since I have stayed in a bed and breakfast and I love the homeyness here. Breakfast is served in the communal dining area with hand sanitizer provided. The three-course breakfast starts with a fruit smoothie, a fruit parfait and a hot breakfast. For breakfast they served blueberry pancakes with sausage and the following day it was quiche with artichoke hearts and potatoes. I loved the service here so much. You sit at a table and they serve the food to you. The pool is open 24 hours will pool floaties available to use as well. Another thing I like about this place is that because there aren't many people (max 40 people at a time) it is highly likely you will get the pool to yourself. When I checked out and left the property I told my husband I would enjoy staying here again. I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend you stay here too.
