TLDR; This boutique Michelin star restaurant offers cozy intimate vibes that are a getaway from the hustle. Delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere makes a perfect environment for hanging out and enjoying dinner. *Note: this is a one man kitchen so depending on business the wait can be extended. With that being said it is nice to disconnect and enjoy the experience without being rushed. Lemon Drop: 5/5 refreshing, zesty, and perfectly balanced Dusty martini: 5/5 light, perfectly shaken, and hits the spot Hamachi Crudo: 5/5 this dish is amazing the crunch on top is the perfect texture and the flavor is astounding Burrata: 3.5/5 tasty and light but had a touch more olive oil than I personally would have liked, still full of flavor though Ricotta: 4/5 this pasta was super light and perfectly flavored. I do think it could have used an additional accompaniment but otherwise was great! Porkchop: 5/5 so flavorful, and well paired, hands down one of the better porch chops a restaurant serves Berries and Cream: 4/5 so light, the berries were tart balancing the cream- I do wish there was more or it was served in a different manner Cookies: 3.5/5 love that they are served warm, these are tasty as they are chocolate chunk with a touch of salt- but they were slightly over baked Service was well paced and very good as our waitress was kind and prompt with service.

Delicious!! And great service and such a pretty restaurant. Will be back :) will definitely recommend

Honeynut Squash. Wouldn't recommend it!

Reminder- a good vibe only takes you so far. You can't eat a good vibe. This place has so much potential. It's located in the barn/courtyard of the Sparrows Lodge. When you first walk in, it feels a bit disorienting. Walk past the pool and to the barn. The food and inconsistent service made this place a bit of a miss. To start we had an Old Fashioned and a Paper Plane, the cocktails were nice. At first the service seemed attentive. On the recommendation of our server we ordered the Guac & Chips to start and the Honeynut Squash and John Dory as mains. The Guac & Chips were okay, didn't live up tp the hype. My friend enjoyed her John Dory. Sadly, my Squash was flavorless, bland, and wilted. The description oversold me. The only good part of the dish were the see canyon apple chunks. We were seated in the picturesque patio. The night was chilly and the heat lamp was on high. After roasting, I asked the staff to turn it down but they never did. I finally had to switch seats. After our main dishes came it was hard to get anyone's attention to order dessert or get the check (Pro Tip- they don't take cash). Sidebar- the Warm Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dessert was nice but took a very long time. Baked to order felt more like, made from scratch to order. So if you plan on ordering it, do so early or prepare to wait.

Came here with a group of coworkers and the place was just absolutely beautifully decorated! Warm lights, cozy tables and heat lamps for the outside seating was just amazing. We tried the burrata and the smashed cucumbers, then I had the mole chicken and tried the burger. Everything I had was very well cooked and well seasoned. Tried the pork rack and it was moist and tender! I did hear that the dory was not as well cooked (overdone a bit) and the beans on the pork dish a bit salty which was disappointing to hear. But the best part - warm cookies to end the night! It's a very small restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere and thank you to the single waitress who served and helped.

Place to hang around the fire

As ALWAYS, the ambiance, food and service was excellent and our server Diego was spot on....

Loved this place! A little hard to find the entrance if you aren't a guest of the hotel but otherwise a pretty great experience. The staff was so welcoming and the vibe inside was super chill. The food was good (the burger felt balanced and not too heavy) the tuna was honestly just okay.

Dining area

Beautiful, serene setting for a memorable dining experience. You really feel like time slows down here! Thoughtful menu and people (Caroline was wonderful). Had been here once before for lunch which was great and tried dinner now. It's a romantic escape and great for small group dinners or dates and good conversation. The cucumber appetizer was too spicy, but the heirloom carrots with pistachio crumble was perfect - texture combo and flavor. The shaved spring salad and agnolotti were delicious. The oven-fresh chocolate chip cookies at the end are a must. Although this is Michelin-starred, it's definitely a casual outdoor atmosphere.

No access from the street preparing lot.

Good luck getting in. No obvious entrance. Seems to be a Sparrows Guests-only venue. Very frustrating when it's -05 outside and you think you're going to have a nice lunch. It was a short hot walk from the Saguaro Hotel. Obviously it was a waste.

If you didn't know better you'd think you were in LA in the summer, excepty for the bocce ball. They have an excellent selection of spirits, cocktails. Maybe a little varied, but decently creative. The only thing that gets me is pricing. Sure you pay for everything for decor, glassware and not just spritis, but I recall wondering how they price their drinks becuase not everything is equal or standard mark up when some things aren't house made it's easy to cost out becuase you stop paying for creativity after a certain point. It feels like they took alot of Mr. Lyons business model and use that for pricing rather than a sole entity with their own margins. The service makes up for it, the ambiance makes up for it. The crowd makes up for it. Far less wrinkled and aging snowbirds and retirees circling the drain in their waning days. People dressing up and celebrating, genuine convivialness abounds with most guests. It's not somewhere else trying bring that vibe here, it's pretty authentic. It's separate from nextdoor other than shared bathrooms, so don't be surprised when you feel like your in a different world. Most people who wander between the 2 take pause and awe for a few seconds before their mood shifts to match the room. Not a place to get sloppy and party that way unless it's a closed event. It's a great, classic PS lounge for when you have 2 groups of friends who you can entertain, the steakhouse crowd for dinner and the loungers beforehand. Paul Bar is a fabulous experience, I've been here many times and the food as well as the service are always excellent! One of the many really interesting parts is there is a line to get in that starts well before the place opens up at 4 pm and it's like that most of the night HOWEVER the line moves quickly and once you get inside....OMG, you are transported into a really cool, dimly lit, swanky NY supper club with leather booths, tall bar tables plus there's seating at the bar (with many colorful locals that you'll probably end up making friends with) and the selection of food & drinks are so diverse, everything that my friends and I have ordered have been outstanding! Paul the owner who is very sweet is always there and oversees everything in his own quiet way to make sure everything is running smoothly and that his guests are happy, Whether you're a local or just visiting, this is the place to go for really great food, a fun time and an immersive experience and I promise you'll come back

A flawless, five-star gastronomic masterclass in PS!…read more After finally scoring a coveted reservation, the entire experience blew us away from the second the host greeted us. We were immediately whisked away into a night of unrivaled service and culinary perfection. Tucked away in one of Palm Springs' most charming shopping plazas, this meal was easily the highlight of my week. The menu is brilliantly varied, but a few dishes truly stole the show. The grilled artichoke is a classic, but their execution of it is completely elite. The Halibut main was a revelation--hands down the best I've ever tasted. And you must save room for dessert because the Berries and Cream was worth every single bite. Absolutely delectable. Top it all off with A+++ service from a flawless staff, and this place is worth every bit of the hype.

Reservations are notoriously hard to get, but we got lucky with a last-minute walk-in and were seated after 15-20 min wait. There's plenty of parking, and if you do have to wait, they have a cute little covered outdoor seating area with chairs and tables where you can relax. We sat on the patio, which was surprisingly cool and comfortable, so don't let the Palm Springs heat scare you away. The whole restaurant has such a sexy, colorful, candlelit vibe that somehow feels both lively and intimate. We kept the drinks simple and ordered Hugo Spritzes, which were refreshing and perfectly made for a hot afternoon. What we ordered: * Caramelized Onion Tart (Puff pastry, chive, Comté) - This was recommended by our server and I can see why. It reminded me of French onion soup wrapped in a flaky puff pastry. Rich, savory, and definitely shareable since it is a bit on the heavier side. * Red Thai Curry Mussels (PEI mussels, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, red chile, coconut milk) - WOW. This was hands down my favorite dish. The broth was incredible, rich and packed with flavor without feeling too heavy. I was worried the lemongrass might overpower everything, but it was perfectly balanced. It comes with toasted bread and trust me, you'll want every last drop of that broth. I'd honestly come back just for this dish. * Steak Frites - The steak was cooked perfectly medium and was delicious. The fries were crispy and seasoned well, making it a classic done right. * Broccolini - Simple but really good with a nice char that added great flavor. Overall, we had a great experience. The atmosphere is one of the best parts..beautiful, moody, and full of personality..but the food absolutely held its own. Service was friendly, the patio was comfortable, and now I completely understand why it's one of Palm Springs' hardest reservations to get. Definitely a spot I'd come back to.

The drinks were fantastic, including mine which was a zero-proof mocktail. We all ordered different chicken dishes, and each one received high praise. I was able to try each of them and I was very happy with my fajitas, but I gotta give the nachos their dues. They were just as good. Chips were crispy all the way through, and not one was soggy from all the ingredients. Loved it, will definitely be back when I visit again. The bartender on duty tonight (Tuesday, June 9th) appeared disinterested in attending to guests who were not personal acquaintances.
