Yummy, l did take a bite.

We're not the type of people that like to lineup and we've gone by three times in the last couple years and it's always packed. Tonight we got in and sat at the bar and had the best food and drink drinks ever. The rack of lamb was cooked perfect and the drinks didn't disappoint. The staff and atmosphere is wonderful. As long as there isn't a line, we will definitely be back.

Food and service spot on as usual! We sat at the bar (as normally happens (happily) for a party of 2- and TBH this is my favorite place to sit. There's a gentleman with a braid who always happens to be our bartender/ servire. He's amazing of the time. His service and the food are both perfectly consistent every time. 10/10 recommend Paul Bar.

Very nice intimate bar and restaurant. Host/owner is very friendly and welcoming. The staff was great. It can get a bit loud with all the conversations since it is a small place but was still able to hear my friends. I got the roast duck special which was great skin was nice and crispy well seasoned. My friend ordered the meatball which was huge and nicely tender. I think there was a bit too much thyme but was still very good and the marinara was tasty. Overall great value and food was great.

My favorite bar in Palm Springs. Best fish and chips on the planet. The cocktails are the best. Nice menu and nightly special dish. Fabulous happy hour. The decor is cool and I love sitting at the bar sipping my Sidecar. Great service and of course Paul is a delight.

Palm Canyon Drive is the obvious choice for most Palm Springs visitors -- easy, walkable and great for people‑watching. But wander a little and you'll find treasures. Paul Bar / Food hides in a plain strip mall by the airport. Step inside and the scene shifts: mahogany bar, tuxedoed servers, a stylish East Coast feel. No reservations; expect a wait. We perched at the bar and watched Mark craft cocktails with theatrical precision. Standouts on the menu: Rack of Lamb (Ernie's pick), Chicken Schnitzel and the Paulburger. Daily specials include Saturday mussels, Thursday pot roast, and a Sunday‑only meatloaf with carrots and mashed potatoes -- which I gratefully ordered. The wedge salad was a perfect crunchy starter; the meatloaf was gloriously meaty, tender and well seasoned. Ernie's lamb was flawless, with fingerling potatoes, spinach and a cherry compote that tied it all together. Short version: just go.

Yes. There's a line. Yes. You have to wait. Yes. The service is excellent and it's totally worth it. Food is incredible especially the desserts. Super cool decor. Would go again in a heartbeat.

we waited about an hour on a sunday night before we got a seat, but I think we got a bit luckier because the group right behind us were still waiting after we finished our meal. overall I didn't think the food was worth the wait, but my partner did. - frozen bourbon sidecar: pretty strong - short rib dip: my partner really loved this one! the rib was very tender and the bechamel cheese was something else. the toast was also crunchy and moist - paul burger: we ordered medium rare but it was more rare -- the fries were good though

BEST RESTAURANT IN THE ENTIRE WORLD! Do not miss. If you see a line, PLEASE wait. I am not a line person, and this experience was life changing! Best food and Manhattan cocktail I've ever had in my entire life. Most impeccable service. Such kind people surrounding us. 100% the best dining experience ever. Thank you Paul, you are a GEM The line goes by so quickly, please do not worry. 10/10 experience, nothing like it!

I've been to this restaurant twice now and it has to be one of my favorite place to go to. This place is always jam packed and I understand why. There's always a line to get in because they don't do reservations. I've tried their meat loaf served with a side of caramelized carrots. It's probably one of the best things I've had. Then, recently I tried their lamb rack served with potatoes and broccolini's. It was so delicious I wanted to lick my plate. If there was anything I would tell anyone to try, it would be the lamb rack.

Happy hour!! Starting off with the Cosmopaul and the Leon drip martinis

The drinks were fantastic, including mine which was a zero-proof mocktail. We all ordered different chicken dishes, and each one received high praise. I was able to try each of them and I was very happy with my fajitas, but I gotta give the nachos their dues. They were just as good. Chips were crispy all the way through, and not one was soggy from all the ingredients. Loved it, will definitely be back when I visit again. Id also like to mention that we chose this place as my friend's Bachelor Party closing dinner, and he couldn't have been happier. He was so thrilled with how the weekend had gone, that dining at Clandestino's really was the cherry on top. Thank you for making our dining experience such a pleasant one.

To start with the staff was super friendly. The menu was a blast to read. I mean, what else could you have wanted? Everything tasted amazing. My favorite was the Yuzu filtered cocktail called poolside vibes. Special props to our server "Angel" who was a literal angel with helping me to navigate the menu choices and keep everything filled! He even replaced the candle for our table. The menu appears to change seasonally, which is a bonus for those of us who are locals to the Palm Springs area. We are already planning our next visit and can't wait to go back and try more. All we can think about are the ahi wonton tacos appetizer. The vibe is casual classy and you can even bring your four legged best friend if that is your cup of tea! I hear there is a menu for Dogs, which sounds amazing. My review is only about Food and Service. This may still be a great place for Drinks but I'd recommend staying with just that and not getting any food. We were there for their Friday Brunch. We got the Bodega Sandwich, it was okay, not worth the $22 price point. I got the Manila bowl w/ a Fried Edd $30. Everything about this was bad. The majority of the bowl was just made up of rice and pancit, the chicken karaage was covered in sambal which threw off the entire flavor of the bowl. Just not worth it at the 30 dollar price point. I ordered a side of sourdough toast, it was $4 dollars for one slice of toast and they gave me a Smuckers Jam along with it. I found this silly for a couple reasons - 1. you gave one slice of toast and 2. for the vibe and aesthetic of this place you can't provide housemade jam? Service was horrible. After waiting for 15 minutes, a server came up to us and said 'sorry thought someone else would take this table, what do you guys want to order'. Overall, save your money.

We shared a bunch of dishes, which is definitely the way to experience the menu. The cocktails (not pictured) were fantastic--whether you're in the mood for a timeless classic or something a little more whimsical, there's something for everyone. The escargot was beautifully prepared and made even better by the perfectly char-grilled baguette that came alongside it. The steak tartare was an absolute flavor bomb with great seasoning, especially paired with the house-made potato chips. It leaned a touch salty, but in a way that made it the perfect appetizer and somehow had us ordering another round of cocktails. The grilled artichokes were simple, smoky, and delicious. The red curry mussels were served with that same incredible bread and an aromatic, deeply flavorful broth that we didn't want to leave behind. The smoked pork chop was another standout--beautifully charred on the outside while staying perfectly juicy inside. Beyond the food, the service was fabulous, attentive, but not rushed. The atmosphere is quintessential Palm Springs: stylish, colorful, well-lit and a lively environment overall. It made for a memorable birthday celebration, and everyone in our group left happy.
