Recently was taken to this place after having dinner down the street at the Thompson. If I lived in Palm Springs I would be a regular. The ambiance is comfortable and upscale without being stuffy. The drinks are crafted meticulously with only higher end stuff. Have you seen that Japanese bartender with the samurai sword making drinks on social media, well it's not that crazy, but sort of. I had a fat washed Old Fashioned that may have been the best I've ever had. My wife had the Porn Star Martini that she also loved. We didn't have a chance to try the food but we will be back to try it soon. We were there early, but a DJ was setting up when we were leaving so I assume it gets even better later. My wife got to talking to the owners and he told us he owns it with his brothers. They are originally from Guadalajara and it's great to see Latino owned businesses doing well. I hope they find lots of success and are there for as long as they want to be. We will return with friends. I always enjoy playing at After Hours. It's a great rooftop spot with an amazing vibe and one of the few places around where you can actually hear R&B being played. The atmosphere is relaxed but still lively, which makes it a perfect place to hang out with friends or grab a drink while enjoying great music. The food is also a highlight, the ahi tuna is seriously good and definitely worth ordering. On top of that, the staff is incredible. They're friendly, attentive, and always on top of every detail, which makes the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming. Overall, it's a great rooftop bar with great music, great food, and an awesome team running it. Definitely a spot I always look forward to playing at. read more

Was finally great to come and check this place out. You have to book a reservation so it is not somewhere you can just walk in on Friday/Saturday night due to how busy they get. My boyfriend and I tried a few of their drinks; pornstar martini, coconut mojito, eves revenge and lychee martini. All of them were amazing the only one that tasted off to me was the lychee martini as it was not as sweet as I like them normally. I would definitely be back as there are more drinks I would like to try on their menu. The only thing I didn't love about this place was the prices are pretty high but the vibes and atmosphere of it balances out. The girls and I were on a Bach trip and this was the place we stayed at for the night out. The drinks were great, the vibe is chill and the kitchen doesn't close early! Arrived a Little before 10pm and you need a reservation for a table & we did put our name for the waiting list and she said 1030p itll be open tables. So we waited but yet a lot of others were getting in & looked under age.Nobody was checking IDs here when we came and the host was just letting people in. We Checked twice with the host to see if anybody above got called in yet & its messed up to lie to us like that. Dont waste your time here. Its just a bar so idk why we couldn't just go in to wait. There's better bars in the area. I would have this place a 0 star if I could. read more

We forgot to take a picture of the poke nachos but they were 10/10, we also got "son of a peach" off the food menu and it was a 10/10. They played good music and the inside is a total vibe. From going up the stairs to actually seeing the inside, this entire bar is just a whole vibe. I've yet to try the food, but from the pictures I've seen everything looks like it'll be great. Onto the service, there was multiple bartenders, each checking up on you at different times to make sure everything was good. It feels like they took alot of Mr. Lyons business model and use that for pricing rather than a sole entity with their own margins. The service makes up for it, the ambiance makes up for it. The crowd makes up for it. Far less wrinkled and aging snowbirds and retirees circling the drain in their waning days. People dressing up and celebrating, genuine convivialness abounds with most guests. It's not somewhere else trying bring that vibe here, it's pretty authentic. It's separate from nextdoor other than shared bathrooms, so don't be surprised when you feel like your in a different world. Most people who wander between the 2 take pause and awe for a few seconds before their mood shifts to match the room. Not a place to get sloppy and party that way unless it's a closed event. It's a great, classic PS lounge for when you have 2 groups of friends who you can entertain, the steakhouse crowd for dinner and the loungers beforehand. It was also the start of restaurant weeks in Palm Springs which participating restaurant will offer dinner deals. Sunset was one of them. A two course meal which we opted out on. I booked a last minute dinner reservation for 8pm which we ended up running a little behind but called in to informed the restaurant. The sweet lady that answered which I also believe was the hostess was very accommodating. We did arrive about 10 min later which the table wasn't ready but could grab a drink at the bar while table was arranged. As we had a friend in town, we wanted to have one of the rocking tables but they were first come first served. Our table did come up but we ended up waiting a little longer till one of the rockers opened up. Hostess was very accommodating with us in regards of the table. Very sweet on her part. Bar tab had to be close there which we couldn't transfer over to dinner. Nicholas was the doll that took care of us. Very lively and a major sweetheart. Made sure that we were taken care of throughout the whole dining experience. Very sweet and bubbly even being short staffed. He made sure all this tables were accounted for. We didn't utilize the pre fix meal as what we wanted wasn't part of it. Started off an order of the aguachile which was a favorite last time and an order of the coconut jumbo shrimp. The flavors with both shrimp dish, very tasty in their own way. Coconut shrimp had a nice crunch and served with two dipping sauce. Aguachile, the lime marinade with jumbo shrimps with all the trimming was excellent. That was served with tortilla chips and a side of crackers. A good way to start. Also warm rolls with butter were also brought out. Entrees, one of us ended up full from the starter so an order of the pan seared dabs filet served with carrots and green beans and mashed potatoes. It was served over lemon capers sauce with three filet. Very tasty and light. Lastly, I had to go with the ciopinno as last time. A nice big hearty bowl at seafood. Big jumbo shrimp, mussels, clams and fish in a rich tomatoes broth. For an additional fee I added pasta to it. Totally worth it. Even though it was hot out, it was perfect. Too full for dessert as alway. This service experience was a major success. Service was great last time but the whole food situation was a fail. But tonight made up for that experience. We had a nice meal with drinks from the very start with checking in, having a drink at the bar while our table was ready to the meal. Nicholas was major doll throughout the whole dining experience and made sure we were taken care of. Service like this and a nice meal goes a very long way. We were informed that they were short staffed but for us, it didn't feel like it as the whole experience was great. Until next time.
