This place is horrible, the customer service is good. I have only been twice and both times they have been really nice but the quality is horrible, i felt like my nails were being rushed the entire time My edges were not clean he did not even ask me what I wanted for my nails this guy was at table number one the shape was horrible. He gave me a square shape that did not even look good he put this top coat at the end. This topcoat was very runny and it was not sitting on the Nail right and it it made tiny holes on my nail polish when I told him to fix it all he did was file the topcoat off qnd then put the same exact polison which did nothing except for make it worse. The nails were also not cleaned, there was nail polish on my cuticles which i had to clean my self. I would not go here again and definitely would not recommend this salon there are many more that are better in Manteca! read more

I am in love with this place for pedicures. I never get my fingers done so I can't review them for that. I'll be honest, the place is a mess on the inside but the quality of the pedicures more than make up for the appearance. The staff is always super friendly. There is a $.75 charge to use cards so don't forget to bring cash. read more

I am still in search of a consistently good place for a simple manicure for a man here in the Lathrop-Manteca area. So I dropped into this place hoping I'd find it. Needless to say, I am still looking. I walked in and there was only one other person being serviced (on a Saturday, this should have served as a warning) so I was immediately seated and asked the usual "You no want a pedicure?" And when I said no, the lady half heartedly reached for a menu and asked me what I wanted. Instead of handing it to me, I reached for myself and saw two prices, a basic and a full service. I opted for the former. She gets started and with no pre-soak she starts in. She cuts my nails all willy nilly then files them and then lotions my hands and places them in the water. From there she starts trimming my cuticles and lo and behold, she cuts me and asks "Did I cut you?" Part of me wants to ask her "What do you think? But,?I don't and tell her "It's ok." Well, she gets done, says "All done" and I'm out the door. Looking at my nails then and now, one day later I am convinced that I'd have been better off setting my money on fire and having my dog do my nails. Absolutely the worst manicure experience ever. Normally I go to elk Grove and I wanted to try this place out so I showed her the top picture and she said yes we can do this but what I got was the bottom, when I tried to tell her it doesn't look the same while she was still doing them she started arguing and saying no it looks the same so I do not recommend this place. Okay, i've been to this place a couple of times through out the years. Hoping to get a good experience for once since its right across the street from where i live. Last time i went in it was on a thursday, my daughters baptism was on the saturday and my nails didn't make it. To top it off, the guy filed my nails so deep they hurt like hell every morning for a good two months until my entire nail grew out. I am not even kidding, my nails felt bruised. I love this place Cindy does a great job on my nails and my pedicure was great! I have never seen a cockroach there or bugs crawling around as someone said in another post . Keep in mind the nasty Chinese food place that was next store they have since closed and reopened to new owners. So if a cockroach snuck over to the nail shop it's not their fault but I've NEVER seen one I have made them my go to nail shop so polite and friendly. read more

Let's start with the positive: very inexpensive $20.00 pedicure and nice-enough customer service. I was meeting my cousin there, advised there'd be two of us. I sat down and let my feet soak while waiting. Three of the staff members asked me when I was expecting her to get there.. I hadn't even been there for five minutes. The salon had one other customer, so it wasn't busy.. I thought the questioning was odd. No tub/bowl liners are used, which seems primitive. I appreciate that extra sanitary precaution. I bring my own nail polish, but the salon seemed to have a good polish selection. The pedicure itself was OK. It wasn't the best, but my feet looked better than when I had arrived. I've had my nails done by everyone in this salon and everyone does such a great job. They exceed my expectations and last for a long time! I wash my hands many times in the day and I'm rough with my hands. My nails never chip or dull! They have a large variety of beautiful colors. The daughter, Trisha is so cute! The youngest girl is the best in all areas with the feet and tu is second. ..but i just found out right now she's no longer here :(. They did take a good time with the massage and callous removal. They always deserve at least 5 even for the cheapest pedicure..they don't rush you and take their time making you feel good. Just remember this when they get busy and you too cheap to tip them for what they are truely worth. They can be rude though. One girl messed up my finger nails i did for the first time..everything was slanted and thicker on one side of the nail from the other (i think the lady needs glasses) and the owner should have fixed then free of charge but she charged me at a discount. Brought my mom here for a birthday mani/pedi. The good: cheap prices ($25 for mani/pedi), massage chair actually gives a good massage, clean sanitized utensils, the lady with a mark on her left eye did a fabulous job on my mom The bad: limited color selection, they nickel and dime for every little thing (extra for French tip, extra to remove callous), old beat up towels stained with old nail polish, they charge you extra for credit card The ugly: pretty sure I killed a roach in my chair, there are only 3 people that work here so when they get busy they will leave you to start working on someone else, the older guy that works here is rude (after spending almost $100 here, I asked where the garbage was and he said outside) he tried it! read more

Horrible place!!!!! I only give one star because the girl who did my toes did a great job (Trina). The older lady who did my gel shellac rushed me and did a horrible. She kept trying to cram both hands in one small hand light and would get mad that both my hands wouldn't fit and would the nails would touch. I do not have fat hands at all, but do have long fingers due to being tall. I came back a day and half later to show her my gel shellac was chipped on several nails. She argued with me saying it was something I did wrong. Gel shellac is suppose to last atleast a week or two but to chip after a day and a half?! I will never come here again. read more

I have gone to this salon several times before and had a good experience for a basic pedicure. TODAY WAS DIFFERENT! The entire process was BAD. Water was cold, technician was ROUGH....I was wincing in pain and she didn't even notice! She filed my toe nails in weird shapes, and when I told her that I liked them straight, she was clearly upset. She filed them MORE, roughly...and then they were crooked. I went to this place on Saturday and I waited for 2 hours just get a nail fill and one of the employee did bother to introduce herself mess up my nail and he charge me for full set. Vietnamese owner they cheats a lot. When I complain on my nail because it's not balance and she blame my finger being unproposition. She's got a nerve to put a blame me as customer for her mess after I pai her a full set she blames me. Never I will recommend this place to anyone. This was my first time here. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff, but I wasn't happy with my manicure. I got a basic pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was good, but the manicurist painted my nails with Gel really fast and then had to leave in a hurry. He told me someone else would finish cleaning up my nails. So another manicurist came over and just dumped a bunch of oil on my cuticles and said she was done. They didn't even trim my cuticles, which is the main reason I wanted a manicure. The polish job was really rushed and didn't look good, and my nails started chipping three days later. All the polish peeled off in four days! Definitely not worth the extra money for Gel. I guess I won't go back to this salon. read more
