She got to know me really well and know exactly how i want my nails done really simple clean look all the time! I am so scared of getting cuts, my pain tolerance is really low. She knows how to handle my ingrown toe nail. The only thing is she is getting more clients which is good for business but she gets too busy at times and rush a bit but she still manages a good job. The lady did not let my feet soak at all, did not get the dead skin off, did not clean up around my toe nails at all and when I asked her to be the dead skin that was very visible and to at least clean up my big toes better as the sides hurt she rolled her eyes and me. They really need to get some fans inside because it was hot still air I walked out with a head ache because of the chemical smell that was just sitting around. Another lady offered me water which was very sweet of her. I wish I could get my money back!!!!!
