Tammy does my nails and has for years and I'm always completely satisfied. She's a sweetheart all the time, amazing and I love her. Tao is great with nails too but I prefer Tammy. The male owner (Tommy) is nice to me now but he and I have had some bad arguments years ago. Don't ever complain to him about your dissatisfaction because the customer is not always right. Loyalty means nothing to him. He had a nail tech in there messing up and instead of talking to her when she messed up my daughters pedicure, he tried yelling at me and I do not play that. I stopped going for over a year boycotting but I refuse to go to anyone besides Tammy so that meant no nails for me. Now I'm back, he's cool, that nail tech got fired and they apologized to me. That was the second time he and I had that issue. I dealt with them about 8 years ago before they moved to that location last because he and I got into it about me not being satisfied. Tammy wasn't my nail tech way back then. So I'm over 10 years strong with them and 2 times I wasn't satisfied, so that tells you they do a great job. If you are not satisfied, just quietly discuss it with your nail tech and ask for a correction. If it's Tammy, you'll get no lip. She's very humble and sweet. If Tommy does your nails and you happen to have a reason to complain, then....beware. read more

It was alright. Went in there as soon as it opened on Friday morning only to find 2 customers in there. Despite there being "slow" I was there for over an hour. Just got a simple mani done... no acrylics, no gel. Just a simple mani! Took a while for one of them to come in and do my nails, I was sitting there for quite a while. I didn't have any complaints after I left since I was in love with the color I chose. I will admit my nail shape wasn't quite what I wanted it to be. I normally do my nails and file them squoval, so my nails are already in shape so I don't get how you can mess it up to begin with. The edges were good, but just the top was crooked. I'm super picky when it comes to that, so I had them redo it. Like i said, I normally do my nails so the guide is there just needs a little filing. Another complaint was the polish itself, I'm not sure if it was the top coat or the polish but the next day I woke up and found them super disgusting. Yes I let them dry the day before for hours. Didn't do much with my hands and I was real careful. That was at like 11am and the next day they were ruined. I think I'll just stick to doing it myself and using my own polish, haven't had an issue there. Not sure how their gel is. read more

They're really nice every time I go even when I don't go with that appointment especially now that Covid is going on they took me twice since they open without an appointment so I was really nice and my nails broke the day before Fourth of July and they fixed it for free but I got there like 15 minutes late because I didn't know they were closing at five I thought they would close a little bit later than that maybe like six or seven so I was a little bit late and they were waiting for me and they already had closed so that was really nice of them and I felt kind of bad but of course I tipped her and she fixed them so yeah pretty good every time I go read more

My daughter and I went to Fantasy Nails for the first time today. We get regular pedicures and haven't been happy with our previous location. This place is wonderful! I had Kane and my daughter had Tracy. They both did an excellent job and I could not get over how clean this place is! Seriously, clean! There is not a hint of the usual nail dust that covers every nook and cranny of a nail salon. We had a very relaxing experience and our toes are now sandal ready! My nails are now uneven, short, and she couldn't even take the excess nail polish off the skin of my fingers. My nail bed is now uneven and I will have to cut them off again and regrow them out. Went here for the first time today. The people were really nice. Myself and my 3 year old daughter got pedicures. Well my daughter was too small for a pedi but they did paint her toes and gave her a little flower design, which was only $8. The girl that worked on us was Lain. I asked for a gel manicure with blue tips. Um, pretty basic right? Apparently not. The tips were crooked, not complete on a few nails, not a consistent size from nail to nail, and I had blue polish all over my fingers. I wanted to scream!! However, once again I had to tell the nail tech not to use a used buffer on me. I also know that sanitation is the first thing they teach you in beauty school. Sorry, but I do not want nail fungus! The only reason I gave two stars is because the girl was nice, but ignorant on the laws of sanitation in this state, the place was cute, and the price was reasonable. I will not be back. This was my first pedicure here, even though i called to check if there was available techs for my pedi and was told yes, when I arrived not even 5 minutes later as I was up the street, they asked me to wait 20 minutes so the other lady could finish... they did not have enough people they could have simply told me to come back... either way the older lady that did my pedicure ended up cutting into the side of my toenail entirely changing the shape. Efficient and quality service for super cheap! Not all the staff is as friendly as you'd hope, but I'm not trippin... They do a good job! I used to come here biweekly for my fills in high school, and loved it. Now every once in awhile when I'm back hint visiting, I'll come by for a fill, and I leave just as satisfied as before. Came with a friend to get my nails done and i changed my mind from a manicure to full set. I was sitting down waiting for about 40 mins and they didn't want to take me or my sister anymore because it was 10 minutes to 7pm. Mind this lady was walking around cleaning or wasting time I couldn't tell it was horrible customer service they could've said they wouldn't be able to help us but they waited until right before and we couldn't go anywhere else. This is not the first time they have given us bad service. They also like to blame there bad shaping on your fingers instead of fixing the issue. The pregnant nail that works there had the worst attitude and sighed super loud in from off our face! If you don't want to work you shouldn't come in. I absolutely love this shop! It is extremely clean! They did a great job with both my daughter and I with our pedicures. I also got a new full set of glitter gel. They explained the process and one of only two complaints I have are: the gentlemen was not very gentle taking off my old nails. The owner took over and it was much more pain-free! The other complaint I have is that they spoke more with one another than with the clients. The clients instead, spoke with one another. So they could be a little more friendly. The girl took my nails off and didn't even file the top of my nail down, so after I got it done my friend laughed at me and said they look like absolute sh#*. Spent $22 plus $5 tip. Horrible experience here today. I had an appt at 3, arrived early and they helped me right away which was nice. What wasn't nice was he lady doing my full set gel nails. She talked non stop with the other employees while working on me and was extremely rough and careless with my hands and cut me in a couple of places with her file. I told her I wanted my nails rounded but she didn't seem to understand. I as getting a design and it struck me as odd that she put the gel top coat on BEFORE the design? WTH. Ok. I went with it. Then they set me down to get my pedicure with a young girl who very obviously had no clue what she was doing. I doubt she's licensed. Before my pedicure she did the design on my fingers... twice... and it still was not satisfactory but by this time I was getting frustrated and just wanted to get it over with.She didn't know how to pumice feet. Another woman had to come by and show her. Oh and the water was a little cold and the massage chair didn't work properly (no upper back functions worked). NOT relaxing at all. After all that she went to put a top coat on my nails I had deigned and the designs smeared horribly. She didn't even bother to try and fix it. I asked her to take the design off and leave it that way but she insisted on trying again. They still don't look right. Designs are smudged and some nails are crooked or too thick. Even the top coats are uneven and streaked. NEVER GOING BACK. I felt bad not tipping but it really was horrible and definitely not worth the $65 I paid. I only gave them 2 stars for the salon being really clean, cute, and they got me in on time but not worth it. read more
