Overall, it was a good experience with a few standout items and a couple areas that could be improved. I ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce and steamed shrimp dumplings. The shrimp with lobster sauce was definitely the highlight...very flavorful, generous portion of shrimp, and I really enjoyed the texture from the egg whites. I could have done without the imitation lobster, but it didn't take away too much from the dish. The steamed shrimp dumplings were just okay. Not bad by any means, but they didn't stand out compared to others I've had. The fried rice was tasty, though I did miss having the traditional vegetables mixed in. Service is where there's some room for improvement. I was the only dine-in customer at the time, and my water was never refilled during the visit. Overall, I enjoyed the food and would come back to try more dishes. With a few small tweaks, this place could easily become a go-to spot.

Food Good size ration of protein and noodles as some places give you more noodles than protein or vice versa. We like that not all broths are beef broths. The chicken vermicelli dish I got wasn't the usual lemongrass chicken as it was a different seasoning. Not a bad thing just different. Service was good! Staff was attentive and very friendly with our son. They did give us scissors to cut the noodles and it was in a plastic wrap. Might have been new scissors. Only thing I thought was I guess tacky? The middle central table in the restaurant was filled with their condominium trays and they sat there putting stuff together. I know pho restaurants do that same time but it's usually in the corner or somewhere close off.

So I went in and yes I was a bit surprised by the place and said Oh no..but I was already there and every other Chinese takeout around the area were closed. I've never tried the Singapore noodles but always read it's the best thing to order when ordering takeout and had my mind set on that. So the girl at the register mentioned Curry but I've never tried that before so I said sure...let's do it. I mentioned it was my birthday and how this was my "bday dinner" not to get anything free just making small talk. Without hesitation she went and grabbed a drink and said here you go.It's not much but it was a very nice gesture. So I live about 30+min from the restaurant and wasn't expecting much since I've been let down before by takeout places. When I got home and opened the boxes I was surprised by the amount. Most places around the area from Waller to Sealy will give you maybe a scoop of their food. When I tell you that this will be my go to place now. The food was delicious. Singapore noodles are now my fav. At first, like most people,I went a bit crazy on my seasoning. It honestly didn't need any of the extra soy I added. I'm more of a steamed rice but forgot to ask. Not saying this one was bad.Wish I got into my egg roll sooner cus it got soggy but again it's a 30min drive but that's on me. I did save a bit to have some leftover today. Wish I had saved more but it was so good I ate most of it. Definitely recommend this place.

I would say that their food represents a combination of primarily "authentic" Sichuan cuisine while also offering dishes like General Tso's chicken and Mongolian Pork and even a couple of Chinese-American dishes like Cream Cheese Rangoon. There's something here for everybody and it's all excellent! Last night, my wife and I ate at the restaurant for the first time, and the meal was perfect! I ordered the 3 Savory Pepper Chicken, sautéed bok choy, and Shredded Pork with Baby Bamboo. The 3 Savory Pepper Chicken has the perfect "mala" flavor you expect in so many Sichuan-style dishes - hot and numbing with excellent flavor. The bok choy was cooked to just the right texture, and the shredded pork was a great choice, especially for those who do not want spicy flavor. The service last night was excellent! Despite the restaurant being quite busy making take-out and delivery orders, we still received our meal quickly and without any problems. The staff at the restaurant were happy to answer questions and give guidance on what we would like. Will definitely come back here soon! I also ordered the fresh vegetable rolls with noodles, tofu, carrots, and lettuce with the peanut sauce, and they were perfect. Fresh, filling, and that peanut sauce was so good.
