Oscar showed up with a pleasant demeanor and was great to work with during the stress. My car was dead in the carport, so it needed to be pushed out backwards & turned straight to be able to be crank lifted on the ramp and onto the truck. I was in the car, in Neutral, while he pushed it out of the port backwards. Since it was dead, no power steering for the Lexus SUV!~ He was reaching in the car window pulling the wheel to turn it, & I was in the car pushing the wheel so it would turn. It was teamwork, and worked well. I was so nervous going backwards and not controlling the SUV, I kept tapping the break- and he kept saying, off the break, off the break... I was laughing and was shaking my head. When he delivered the car to the Lexus repair center, he sent a text message showing that it was delivered. I will ask for Bobs towing when I call Geico when needed next time. Thanks Oscar, you probably didn't realize how easy you made it.

I spent an hour calling place after place. They didn't answer the phone. They told me they had nobody available. They quoted outrageous prices. He said he would charge me $75 to change the tire, and he could be there in 20-40 minutes. He actually showed up in 20 minutes! He quickly changed my tired as we chatted. The spare was low on air, and he said I should go straight to a gas station and fill it. I wasn't familiar with the area, so he gave me directions, and then said, "Why don't you just follow me so I can keep an eye on you." I followed him for about a mile and a half before seeing the gas station. I expect him to just drive on, but he actually pulled in, waited for me, and proceed to add the air to my tire. Russell is a really nice, friendly guy. He gives great service, and the price is way below other tow services.
