Pats Towing is amazing! Huge shoutout to Diego, who helped me out today. My car needed an emergency tow, and Pats Towing was there within 20 minutes. Diego was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful, and he made what was already a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. The price was also very reasonable. I can't recommend this business enough. They're honest, reliable, and genuinely good people. If you need a tow, please consider supporting this local small business-- you won't regret it! read more

Called on a rainy night for a 2 hour drive for a car I just bought. Pat not only gave me the price out of the 5 places I called in the area, he arrived in just 20 minutes! I've had tons of cars towed and couldn't be happier with Pat's services. Fairly priced and an extremely friendly guy too. Thanks! read more

He's great - awesome, and affordable, accommodating, and I would highly recommend. Give them a call :)

At 1:45 on Saturday, Jan. 13, on Hwy 85 near Almaden Expressway, one of your flatbed tow trucks was going over 80 miles per hour, tailgating cars and dodging in and out of traffic. If that's how your tow truck drivers drive, I certainly don't want them towing my car. read more

First tow company I will call if I ever need services again! Oscar was extremely helpeful!

I was stranded on the freeway not on a safe place. The driver arrived within 5 minutes. He was extremely helpful and professional.

My son's axel broke and Pat was able to immediately tow it to our mechanic without creating any additional damage to the fender. He got to our location right away and was helpful and made a bad situation a little easier to tolerate. Keep it up Pat! read more

Very bad customer service. I called to inquire about a tow and they hung up in my face. The lady on the phone speaks so fast you cannot hear or understand what she's saying. Tom is so rude and racist! read more

I just left a shop in San Jose after installing new rims and tires. It was about 8:45pm while I was on 101 north when I started to hear a sound of metal hitting the ground. I figured, it can't be my tires, I just got these installed. So I pulled over at the next exit of Montague Exp. I got to the nearest lot which was the Valero. Sure enough the tire was off the bead and the rim was riding the ground. I gave Pat's a call and was directed to one of their drivers Martin. Martin was responsive and quick to retrieve me. It was about 20 minutes from the call to when he got to me. He was friendly and kept a good conversation the entire time. Although I was stressed over the tire problem, I was at ease with our conversation during our ride. Thank you so much for saving me at an odd time. I will be sure to contact this team for future needs(fingers crossed, it's not needed) read more

Wonderful people, both on the phone and in person. They had to remove a car from San Francisco for me that wouldn't even roll. He called when he was going to be 15 minutes late, the price was very reasonable. I couldn't of asked for more. read more

Awesome Company. Speedy, Reliable, and Affordable. I've used them late at night and early morning.

I highly recommend them! After calling several other services, I had one company who was suppose to be on their way, call back to raise the price. It was great to find Pats Towing Service. Patrick arrived in less then 20 minutes, loaded the car professionally in in under 5 mins. It's nice that there were no crazy rate increase for a Sunday evening. read more

I've used Pats Towing twice now and had good experiences both times. The first time was to tow my car from my home to the repair shop. The driver navigated my tiny and very tight driveway to get my car loaded up. The second time was to take my girlfriends car from one repair shop to another. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I'd recommend them for any in town tows. read more

Although it is Covid, I thought I had to wait longer for the towing service, but they said they'd be there in 10 minutes. The towing service came within less time than that! I was in a really bad accident then night before and I'm so glad I chose Pat's towing for help. The ones who came to help were very nice and calm about the whole situation. I recommend this towing company to anyone having car troubles and initially the towing was very cheap but I tipped them just for going out of their way to help. They deserve more than 5 stars! read more

Great service! Very professional very polite!l and quick. I think they were here to get my car in less then 30 minutes from the time I called them. My car had the front tire completely flat and they knew just had to get it on the flat bed without the front end scrapping the ground. I'm not sure if this is a limited time thing or always but they have a flat rate of $50 anywhere in the city! HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. Thanks Pat's Towing! read more

I called probably to 3 other towing companies because I locked my keys in my car. He picked up fairly fast and just asked where I was located and arrived on time within was 20 minutes. It was a quick job for $40. I didn't really look at prices anywhere else, but it seemed reasonable. Not cheap but reasonable. I'd recommend if anyone is in a rush. read more

Called Pats Towing to have a 20' shipping container moved from one location to another. Pat arrived within a couple of hours and had the best rates out of at least 12 places I had called in the area. When he arrived he got right to work and had the container on his truck within minutes and was on the road headed to the destination. Once he arrived, he placed the container in a tight area between two houses. I had marked with paint on the concrete where I wanted it and he set the container exactly on point without a problem. It was very impressive actually. You could tell this wasn't his first time doing this. I was very happy with the service and will only be using them in the future. I highly recommend Pats Towing. read more

Wow. So I got a called from my boyfriend saying his car broke down while I was work. So I at worked, I Yelped up a few towing companies....ehh they were kind of expensive. So I decided to search up on Craigslist. Scrolling down the page on my phone, I noticed in CAPS: TOWING SERVICE 50.00 DOLLARS LOCAL PATS TOWING. Ah-ha! Fifty bucks?! That's it?! I saved like $30!! So I called and gave him the direction where my boyfriend's car was located. He arrived there in 30 minutes-ish. Upon talking on the phone, I remember him asking "Is your car lowered?" I'm really glad he asked this question because most towing companies don't ask you this question. And yes, my boyfriend's car is lowered to the ground. Like low, low. Anywho, picked up the car without any problems...ok ok, fine. There was a little scraping in the front bumper but it wasn't bad at all. Pat (I think that's his name), used the wood to raise the car a little so it wouldn't scrape. Overall, paid $55. The extra $5 was because there was "extra labor" due to the lowered-ness. I'll definitely be recommending this place to people!! Oh yeah, "Pat" was realllllyyyy friendly!!!! Oh yeah! And he accepts credit/debit card as well. read more

I highly recommend Pat's Towing! Very professional, showed up on time, did an excellent job and gave us an amazing price to move several cars. We will definitely use again! read more

Wife's car broke down close to work. Needed a tow Sunday morning. Checked Yelp and found Johnson T's review. Saved me some time calling places that don't pick up at 6:30am. Called Pats Towing and he picked up right away. Got my quote and the guys arrived on time. Unfortunatley, I was not having a great day, the car I drove to meet them broke down. I was able to fix it enough to drive home. Fortunately the guys were friendly and professional. I didn't know they could have towed my car behind the flatbed. Anyway, they followed me home, unloaded the car and pushed car into garage. Got charged what was quoted and was able to pay with debit card. Thanks for making this quick, easy and making my day a little better. read more
