I just left a shop in San Jose after installing new rims and tires. It was about 8:45pm while I was on 101 north when I started to hear a sound of metal hitting the ground. I figured, it can't be my tires, I just got these installed. So I pulled over at the next exit of Montague Exp. I got to the nearest lot which was the Valero. Sure enough the tire was off the bead and the rim was riding the ground. I gave Pat's a call and was directed to one of their drivers Martin. Martin was responsive and quick to retrieve me. It was about 20 minutes from the call to when he got to me. He was friendly and kept a good conversation the entire time. Although I was stressed over the tire problem, I was at ease with our conversation during our ride. Thank you so much for saving me at an odd time. Called Pats Towing to have a 20' shipping container moved from one location to another. Pat arrived within a couple of hours and had the best rates out of at least 12 places I had called in the area. When he arrived he got right to work and had the container on his truck within minutes and was on the road headed to the destination. Once he arrived, he placed the container in a tight area between two houses. I had marked with paint on the concrete where I wanted it and he set the container exactly on point without a problem. It was very impressive actually. You could tell this wasn't his first time doing this. I was very happy with the service and will only be using them in the future. Great service! Very professional very polite!l and quick. I think they were here to get my car in less then 30 minutes from the time I called them. My car had the front tire completely flat and they knew just had to get it on the flat bed without the front end scrapping the ground. Wow. So I got a called from my boyfriend saying his car broke down while I was work. So I at worked, I Yelped up a few towing companies....ehh they were kind of expensive. So I decided to search up on Craigslist. Scrolling down the page on my phone, I noticed in CAPS: TOWING SERVICE 50.00 DOLLARS LOCAL PATS TOWING. Ah-ha! Fifty bucks?! That's it?! I saved like $30!! So I called and gave him the direction where my boyfriend's car was located. He arrived there in 30 minutes-ish. Upon talking on the phone, I remember him asking "Is your car lowered?" I'm really glad he asked this question because most towing companies don't ask you this question. And yes, my boyfriend's car is lowered to the ground. Like low, low. Anywho, picked up the car without any problems...ok ok, fine. There was a little scraping in the front bumper but it wasn't bad at all. Pat (I think that's his name), used the wood to raise the car a little so it wouldn't scrape. Overall, paid $55. The extra $5 was because there was "extra labor" due to the lowered-ness. I'll definitely be recommending this place to people!! Oh yeah, "Pat" was realllllyyyy friendly!!!! Oh yeah! And he accepts credit/debit card as well. read more

Wife's car broke down close to work. Needed a tow Sunday morning. Checked Yelp and found Johnson T's review. Saved me some time calling places that don't pick up at 6:30am. Called Pats Towing and he picked up right away. Got my quote and the guys arrived on time. Unfortunatley, I was not having a great day, the car I drove to meet them broke down. I was able to fix it enough to drive home. Fortunately the guys were friendly and professional. I didn't know they could have towed my car behind the flatbed. Anyway, they followed me home, unloaded the car and pushed car into garage. Got charged what was quoted and was able to pay with debit card.
