Seaweed salad and avocado sushi roll
Tassandra L.

Returned back to Fancy Q sushi & Thai during my lunch break at work . Ordered the seaweed salad and avocado sushi both of which were tasty. I was provided with soy sauce however definitely not needed - it was delicious on its own. Will definitely return back as service was speedy! The restaurant opened at 11am and there were a few people already there once I arrived at 11:30am. I bumped into a familiar friend who voiced traveling from Paisley,Fl to this restaurant exclusively to have lunch then return back home to Paisley. Will definitely return back as I truly enjoyed my meal!

I wanna hear for lunch and the food was really good. The prices are reasonable and it was definitely a little hole in the wall that I didn't expect to walk into such elaborate decor. My boyfriend comes there a lot with his work crew and I see why the food was tasty perfectly seasoned and great lunch portions. It's definitely someplace for you to try if you're in the area but nothing to run and go out of your way for. I will definitely try it again and update my review. The service was fast, quick and hospitable.

Omg this place right here!! Service was exceptional. I love the ambiance it's cozy and modern and nice ! They gave us an appetizer on the house that was good we had octopus and beef appetizers that were flavored so well. We got sushi I had the chicken tempura that I've recently fell in love with and it was big! I ordered the filet mignon and lobster and WOWW the lobster stole the show the chopped it up but it was soo tender not chewy cooked to perfection....bow my husbands plate stole the show and blew my mind!! Thai noodles chicken and shrimp with yellow spice level and I ate most of his!! The steak in my hibachi was cooked exactly how I like medium and flavorful! This is def worth a try and recurring date night special or lunch special I saw they have. Will def be back!!

I absolutely LOVE this place. My absolute go-to when I want sushi! The food is so delicious! Always great service when placing and picking up an order. I can't wait until the next time I get to eat from here!

Wanted to try a new sushi place and this place had good reviews. It's a small restaurant but the inside is very cute. The staff here are so nice and attentive as well! She gave us an appetizer on the house! It was fried tempura Krab, it was yummy with the sauce. We ordered a bunch of sushi and to our surprise it came out on a boat! I've always wanted a sushi boat and it was plated so nicely. I noticed some other customers got sushi on a bridge. Such a cool way to display the sushi! Also, the sushi was amazing!! Very fresh tasting and generous portions of fish in the rolls. Our favorite was the Spicy Salmon Roll! They also don't chop up the fish here which I love. They also have a big bottle of white sauce on the table so you don't have to ask for it, thank you!! We ended our meal with the fried Oreos dessert. It came with whipped cream, they were really good! I would definitely come back here to try more of their sushi rolls! The service here is great and it's not too pricey. I really recommend this place if you love sushi.

Fancy Q has become a home away from home for my wife and me. We're regulars here, and for good reason - the combination of amazing food, great prices, and incredible staff makes it one of our favorite spots. The staff truly feels like family. They're always so welcoming and attentive, remembering our favorite orders and making every visit special. It's rare to find a place where the service is this consistently warm and genuine. The sushi? Absolutely fantastic. The menu has something for everyone, from classic rolls to more creative options, and the quality is always top-notch. The prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality and portions, which makes it easy to keep coming back. Whether it's a casual dinner or a quick date night, Fancy Q never disappoints. It's the kind of place that makes you feel at home while serving up some of the best sushi around. If you haven't been yet, go - and tell them their regulars sent you!

Upon arrival, I was delighted to find ample, effortless parking available a convenience that always sets a marvelous tone for a meal. Stepping inside, I was utterly captivated by the extraordinary decor. The establishment is tastefully curated with authentic Thai statues and traditional artistic touches, creating a serene, immersive ambiance that instantly transports one straight to Bangkok or Pattaya. The hospitality was top-tier from start to finish, seamlessly balancing polished efficiency with genuine warmth. To begin my luncheon, I ordered a traditional Thai Iced Tea, which arrived crisp, wonderfully smooth, and expertly chilled. For my main course, I selected the Pad Thai with sea shrimp, served with an authentic flair that truly elevates the entire presentation. When the dish arrived, it proved to be an absolute culinary triumph vibrant, rich with complex flavors, and executed with superb skill. Between the immaculate cleanliness, captivating aesthetic, exquisite cuisine, and flawless service, this establishment earns absolute full marks from me. A quintessential find I shall most certainly be returning

The service was good and the ambience was very nice going in. It felt traditional, but the food was not.

We started with the chicken basil rolls, and I loved them so much! I'd never had anything quite like them at a Thai restaurant before, but they were incredibly flavorful. The peanut sauce was slightly sweet and nicely balanced, making it the perfect accompaniment. For our entrees, we ordered the chicken drunken noodles and the chicken Massaman curry. Both dishes were super flavorful and satisfying. The drunken noodles came with zucchini, which I had never had in drunken noodles before, but I really enjoyed the addition of a vegetable. It added a nice element to the dish without taking away from the bold flavors. The Massaman curry was a little spicy, but it was also very tasty and packed with flavor. The spice level added a nice kick while still allowing the curry's rich flavors to shine. Overall, we had a great dinner at Thailicious. Between the delicious food and amazing service, I'll definitely be going back!

When we got there, there were no available tables but they were able to slot us into the schedule and we were able to wait at Noir, the attached speakeasy. The staff is friendly and attentive and Noir had Thai inspired flavored drinks which was fun. Important to note, the drinks menu at Noir is different from the drinks menu at Talay. We almost made the mistake of not ordering at Noir because we were told our table was ready before we decided on drinks. We got the Salmon Choe Nam Pla to start and that was very delicious - the salmon tasted very fresh and the flavor was great. We were very sad when we finished this dish because we wish there was more. We also had the Tod Mun Goong as a starter which is little shrimp cakes and those were fun but not as impressive as some of the other dishes. Then we got the Pla Nueng Ma Now, a Chilean seabass as well as the Goong Ma Kam which is was shrimp with tamarind sauce. Both dishes were very good and had a really nice flavor. I think out of the two, the shrimp was better as the sea bass was a little thick and the flavor didn't soak through all of it. This was such a good meal and I wish I was a little wealthier so I could try more of the menu, there were so many options we were debating between and it was very difficult to narrow it down to three.

There are not many tables for dining there, but there are a few - while we were there the restaurant was doing a brisk take-out business. The food was truly delicious. Hubs enjoyed his drunken noodles with chicken (Thai hot!), and I loved my Penang curry with tofu. I ordered mild to medium and it was on the upper level of my heat tolerance (ordered mild when I returned the 2nd time and just added some heat myself). We tried the curry crab Rangoon - they were ok. Also enjoyed the purple sticky rice with mangos - so yummy! Looking forward to returning!

Brandon's wife's family is from Laos. The restaurant has been open about 6 years. Why did it take me so long to come here?? It was my dad's birthday. So we went to lunch and shared the papaya salad with Thai style dressing, the summer rolls with extra peanut sauce, and he had the pad Thai w shrimp and I had the pad see ew with chicken. Dad had a Diet Coke (can) and I had a Thai coffee with extra ice. Everything we ordered came packaged in to go boxes- so if you don't finish- it's ok! It's ready to take home. But since we were eating there, they gave us two plates and our choice of chopsticks/fork/spoon etc. The food is made to order but still came out fast. Two to go orders were processed while we perused the menu and another to go came in while we were eating. A table for three came in during that time as well. So this place is probably more take out than dine in. The iced coffee was as predicted - sweet. But not overly sweet. The extra ice toned it down a bit. The summer rolls were huge. He was right to suggest an extra sauce for $0.50 because my dad pretty much used the entire sauce ramekin for himself. The papaya salad was great. Lightly dressed. Lots of shredded papaya with a chunk of cabbage in it, some stewed? Tomatoes. They have the option for Laotian dressing but I am not familiar with that fermented fish sauce? So I went with the Thai style which is regular fish sauce. I probably should have been more adventurous. We got the salad mild so no spice. For my dish I went with level one spice which is mild medium. You could definitely feel the heat after you swallowed the bite. I can't imagine what level 6 spice is like! Pad see ew was delicious. Those chunky soaked noodles in brown sauce with lots of big veggies. I got the chicken. Next time I'll do double meat. I like more meat. Dad had the pad thai w shrimp medium spice. It was definitely more spicy than mine but tolerable. Again- I would get double shrimp, but that's my opinion. We did not get dessert. We thought about ordering the beef waterfall- that will be my next dish. And they had some new specials! So I will definitely be back. I love the Christian atmosphere- not overwhelming and honestly you could go in for take out and not notice it. They do a great job with the food and customer service. In fact, they gave us a discount because my dad is a veteran and he was wearing his hat which reflected his service, and the owner noticed it. He thanked my dad for his service :) the discount was not expected and was a surprise! Wow! I would recommend this place. Family owned and operated. Food is great portion and delicious, made to order. I will be back.

Siam O-Cha is genuine, delicious, expertly prepared Thai cuisine that's worth a drive to get. I've had just about everything on the menu, but let's hit some of the heroes. The dumplings are divine, both in texture and flavor. The chicken satay is really good, but even better is the peanut sauce and Thai pickles that are served with it. They've really taken a normal chicken-on-a-stick and elevated to something culinary. Finally, the green curry. I could eat this everyday. Sometimes, I do. Yesterday, I ordered it Thai hot, and lemme tell you, that's an adventure. Super delicious and alive with spicy energy, it's really more than just food. It's a journey in spice and flavors that are a cut above the rest. And the people are as friendly and helpful as they come. It's definitely just a take-out kind of place, so don't go with the expectation of dining in. But at least you can feel comfortable knowing that for the short time you're in the place, the people serving and cooking your food are top-class. And the food itself, excellent.
