The awards this place has are very well deserved. This place was great all the sushi was amazing fresh topping and very will prepared. The rolls are a good size we did get to go so I am not sure how the plating is but if it looks good to go it must look great dine in. I ventured here for lunch after reading all the great Yelp reviews. Located in a large shopping complex (TJ Maxx, JcPenney, and the movie theatre), there is ample parking. I arrived around 1:30pm on a Monday afternoon and it was pretty quiet, just three other tables. I was seated right away and was able to look over their extensive menu. They have some great lunch offerings (which I recommend just from the price point alone. I only wanted sushi and wanted to try their premium rolls ($15/each). I got the sushi pizza and the volcano roll. The sushi pizza is a great concept - and while all the ingredients looked amazing...I didn't like that the pizza "crust" just sat in a vat of oil causing it to get very soft. I wanted a little more crunch. The volcano roll was good - lots of krab stacked on-top. Overall, not a bad experience, a little pricy in my opinion for what I got, but would like to try their lunch specials which seemed more reasonable in price. read more

The sushi and price are decent, however, the service and how they handle their take out makes you really question if it is worth it. You place a to go order in which is already 45 min out and then wait another 20-30 past that time at the restaurant waiting for the food to come out. As I opened the main door, the lights to the restaurant was dimmed and an immediate left was a few more people looking at the menu with the hostess at the table. The hostess, confirmed the number to our party(2) and moved us along a short walk to the only booth available. Inside is pretty cozy and I can see when full at capacity it maybe too much of a tight space however today wasn't the case and it appears they attempt to strategically sit you in attempt to minimize the feeling, which was appreciated. We were provided time to review the menu however at the same time were were created by our waitress to take our beverage order then our meal order. She responded to our menu related questions. We waited a reasonable amount of time for our food however the appetizer (spring rolls 3pcs) came quick. We ordered rocketroll (cooked) and knockout ( raw). Both were cut into ten pieces each and tasty however the knockout was the best. Our meal ended with a complimentary orange cut into six pieces. It was a nice way to end our meal. The ambience, decor, and overall look of the restaurant is a bit dated and could use some TLC. For example, my entire booth seat was "repaired" with black duct tape and is can be overlooked with the very low lighting. The fake flower at the table was full of dust and honestly is unnecessary, it can go. Place is kinda small so it can get full quickly by on weekends.
