Haven't had a bad experience yet and another great addition to Clermont. Think mall chinese food/Panda Express but more options. I was there the first day they opened. Sevice is great and friendly. I walk thru the line and order exactly what I want. And the crab ragoons are always a must! I usually get fried rice & noodles with bourbon chicken, orange chicken or teriyaki or sometimes all 3. Those are my favorite but they have so many options.

A special note with orange chicken and spicy bourbon chicken on the side with an egg roll!

Great food! Great portions and great service! Even if you come in close to close, they make sure they have hot food and everything on the menu ready. The ambience fits the name for sure. I've been here a couple times in person and never had a bad experience. I'm able to get my food fresh hot and out the door if I need to in just a few minutes!

Newly opened Asian fast casual restaurant. Similar to Panda express but with more healthy and organic options. Service was efficient and friendly, great option for takeout after work.

Fried rice, lo mein, with bourbon chicken and general Tso chicken. So fresh and meaty!

Stopped in for a quick to go dinner, the staff were so friendly and attentive with my kids. It was so quick and easy to order. Food tasted fresh too! Lots of seating and looked clean/modern too! Def will be back!

This is the Yum Yum sauce. I waited on. I'm not sure what the orange flakes are, but this is not yummy. Yum sauce.

It just wasn't good Rice tasted burnt so did my lo mein .... Very small portion for 13 bucks ... spent $65 for my whole family of 5 Yum yum sauce we had to wait on and it was terrible Orange Chicken was the only good part I don't recommend it This wasn't Asian bistro quality. This is more like American Chinese food

I really enjoyed this place! My husband and I have been effortlessly searching for a Chinese restaurant that reminds us of the Chinese takeout back home in Los Angeles. Back home, many of the Chinese takeout restaurants have a similar setup to Panda Express, where every item is out for you to see before ordering, and you can create a combination with a couple of different proteins and a couple of bases (rice, noodles, veggies) and Bambuu helped fill that void! The restaurant is new and seems a bit trendy with the decor they have around. The service to order was great, and we received our food right away, as they scooped it into the bowl right in front of us. The main thing that was confusing to me was the overstaffing, there were at least 5 employees behind the counter at all times, and the restaurant was not very busy. For the base my husband ordered udon and I ordered udon and chow mein. For entree I ordered orange chicken and my husband got bbq pork. All of the food was delicious! The prices are a bit high, but they stuff your bowl full so in my opinion it was worth it! Will definitely be coming back soon!

The place is very clean and staff is friendly. The food was decent. The orange chicken and udon noodles were good. There protein is super flavorful!Wish the noodles and rice had more flavor but still good. Definitely good compared to the Chinese food around here. I think the price is fair for the portion size.

$13.49 special. 4 Bowl w/drink: Fried rice, lo mein noodles, spicy bourbon chicken and Chinese NY style BBQ Pork.

Meh. People friendly but the food is just okay. Food needs to be hotter. BBQ pork wasn't bad although it looked like it had been soaking all day in whatever the sauce is. Orange chicken was lacking on the orange flavor. You have to ask for refills of your drink as it is not self service. I think many Chinese takeout places are better than here.

Trying someplace new... Bambuu Asian Eatery in Clermont, FL. It's served like Panda but better options. Sadly it was 1/2 hour drive. I'm having Udon noodles with Their spicy Thai chicken & Char siu pork. I'm very happy that I ventured out...

I was happy to see all the veggies with it too. It's so tasty. I was trying not to eat much rice, but the purple rice that becomes crunchy on the bottom was so irresistible. My husband ordered the beef bulgogi with the bowl and loved it too. We ordered the crab corn Rangoon and this was slightly different than the traditional and it was so good with the corn. This place was quite busy this time. The two servers took care of everyone as best and smoothly as they can. At times it took a while so just keep that in mind if you are in a time crunch. I do think it's worth it.

Nothing great or authentic about much of the menu Service: Young waitress that was fairly conversed on the menu but really needed mentoring and no manager was in site. For example, brought us a beer and the serving glass was chipped (noticed after the beer was poured). Instead of offering a new beer she said "this happens once in awhile and brought a new glass but ignored the obvious issue. On another front : They had 2 beer choices and she said one was dark but when it came it was just a regular lager in a green bottle(hence the dark). This is not her fault it's inattentive management. Atmosphere: Modern and sparse and pretty dirty. Tables were not properly cleaned and the menus were sticky. Price/Value: Average pricing for what was offered but not a great value. They also charge a 3% credit card fee (absolute nonsense). Will not be going back.

But every visit, the biggest issue has been the service. The servers come across genuinely rude and seem way more focused on their regular patrons while everyone else gets treated like an afterthought. It creates a really unwelcoming atmosphere that takes away from the experience. They also respond cruelly. And if there's a game on, good luck. The place gets insanely loud, people are yelling across the restaurant, and the patrons can be obnoxious enough that it's hard to even enjoy dinner or hold a conversation. The sushi is solid enough if you're already nearby, but definitely not the sushi vibe I look for.

Chicken tasted fresh and flavorful with the sauce, although it could've used more char. I appreciate the fried rice used leftover sushi rice and veggies from the day prior. I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. My host was most perceptive by seating me near the back facing a tv playing 80s music videos. It was a pleasure to watch those music videos while I ate my food, and rare to find a place playing something other than sports on every screen (other screens were playing sports).

The xiao long bao (soup dumplings) are so good; but so was everything else. Prices are moderate, but well worth every penny. We waited 15 more minutes (20 minutes from being seated) and we flagged down a server to take our order. Another party got tired of waiting and just left. The restaurant was only 30% full so there was no excuse for this. However the food came out in about 12 minutes after ordering which is not bad. The food was delicious! We got the house knife cut noodles, pan fried Peking duck buns, and the bok choy with garlic. Everything was excellent. The noodles were so tasty with the beef being the best. The boiled egg is a little odd but it was still good. The Peking duck buns were so good! I am convinced that the only reason this place is still in business is because the food is so good that it offsets the terrible service If you have a lot of time and don't mind waiting for your food. I definitely recommend trying this place. Other people had better luck with the service but I saw at least one other person say that the service was bad. The food is 5 star but the service is 2 star so I gave it a 4 overall.

It's been over 10 years ago which tells you a restaurant surviving this close to Disney that isn't a chain restaurant they have to be good. And they are. The service is excellent, of course they listen to you when you order which is important, the food was hot, fresh, visually appealing as well as smelled incredible. When we were done they were quick to clear away and box up anything that we asked. I don't like too much hovering over a table but I also don't like to have to go hunt down my weight staff.
