Excited to have all you can eat sushi in town instead of driving to other cities. Disclaimer: we went during their soft opening so I will update, should we come again. The restaurant looks fantastic, first off. I had not been to the buffet here before to comment on the differences, but it looks fresh. To start off, our miso soups were lukewarm and the scallions did overwhelm the flavor. We ordered the sweet potato tempura, but they gave us the mix of all the veggies. No matter to us, we happily ate it, but towards the end of the meal, the server came out with a pile of sweet potato that we had to decline. I'm not sure what the confusion was, as we did not complain or ask for more. I would have to say the specialty rolls were a bit disappointing. Most on the menu are shrimp tempura heavy. If you frequent all you can eat, you typically see a good mix of fresh and fried rolls. I personally would appreciate more raw specialty sushi rolls added to the menu. For the rolls, we both enjoyed the Heaven roll, which was a surprise to us, as we typically love anything spicy tuna, but this roll didn't have it. We tried their Shin Fire role, which had spicy tuna, but there was something in it I did not like. I honestly think it was the tuna. Also, the sushi rice was still warm for all rolls so it was a bit off putting. Service was great and attentive. If we do come back, I think we would try lunch next time.

Food was delish! Staff were friendly. The place was very nice and decor inside very modern! Will come back soon!

    good

The food was very fresh. The service was warm and welcoming, and the presentation was beautiful.

I've had some awesome servers and I've been to the dinner and the lunch. All you can eat, two very different dining types, but both have their own charm. The fish is fresh and flavorful and even if you don't like fish, there's plenty of other options. But just keep ordering and make sure you finish everything that you order. Of all the all you can eat places that have been too lately. this is one of my favorites. I'd say come at dinner time when they first open at 5 PM. Enjoy!

Specially rolls, shrimp tempura, and spring roll.

I really wasn't expecting the food to be top notch and delicious! The price is moderately high but it is worth it for the delicious food and quality. This hole in the wall is where "don't judge a book by its cover" comes to place. With that being said, the environment inside and decor is VERY laid back, which was a turn off. The staff and waiter just talking across to each other on the dining area. It was like being at Taco Bell or McDonald's with the staff talking and screaming. Rather than enjoying and talking to my spouse, I was more involved in their conversation about what they bought on Amazon and what happened the other day. The food and price just didn't equal to the dining experience. I did have to flag down a couple of times for water refill and the dining room was not filled. Would I come back? Oh yeah! The sushi and the appetizers is so worth it!

All worked out in our favor because this place was amazing. Show was fun, staff was attentive, and the food...literally, some of the best food I've had in the area in a LONG time. I know it's only a small part of the meal, but the fried rice loaded up with yum yum sauce is something I will be raving about and craving for a long time (hopefully not too long, because we'll be going back soon)! Did the filet as well, and it was tender and seasoned well. Well done, Robata!

I wasn't looking for anything extremely heavy so he stated this was a great choice. The soup was very flavorful. More flavor than most miso soups I've had in the past. The salad w plenty of that delicious ginger dressing! When my salmon came out, it was brought on a bed of sautéed red onions, which paired great. It was flakey as well so cooked perfectly. Even tho I ordered one of the smaller dishes, I could not finish it all. Great little lunch spot with a calm atmosphere for one in between the hustle and bustle of the day!

Unfortunately, this place has severely gone downhill. It used to be one of our go-to spots in…read moredowntown Clermont but has become a spot we avoid. They have a fantastic variety of beers and other drinks (like sangria and margaritas) on tap. If you're seeking a drink only, it's great for a quick drink and listen to live music. However, our visit today was disappointing. There were many bored looking individuals hanging around everywhere chatting with each other, and it was distracting overall for us and our server. The food? Subpar at best. They used to have delicious sushi options, now gone. The nachos quality was so bad that we ordered, picked at it and then finished our drinks and ran off. I could literally taste the stale corn chips, grocery brand salsa and queso. If you can't make it better than I can in my home kitchen, I'll opt to just stay home or go somewhere else. I am sorry to post this because Clermont Brewery was a favorite for us as locals. However, the new ownership seemingly has driven what was unique and delicious from this restaurant. We won't be back anytime soon.

Luckily I ended up getting a parking spot kind of at the front, in the dirt parking lot across the street. My friend's uncle had saved us a table so that wasn't a problem but inside was packed as well. I really enjoyed their version of bingo. It is cash only so make sure you're prepared. But they start off with normal 5 across and then play different designs on the square. You also play for money every time so depending on how many people pay in... for one $2 game the pot was around $800 and for the fill the square, last game which is $5 buy ins, it was over $1800!!! The food was also good. I started with a strawberry basil mojito. It's served in a regular glass which I felt was worth it bc usually those are served in those small cups. For dinner I ordered the chicken quesadilla, 1000/10 recommend. It looks small but they stuffed that baby with chicken. The flavor was great and it came with salsa, sour cream and guac. I did end up trying my friend's truffle fries and they were also so so good, I wish I ordered an order of those for myself. Unfortunately this place is a little for from me but if I get invited to bingo again I'm saying yes!!! So much fun

I made a standard (meaning indoor) reservation for two, show up at the time only to be told that there are no table available for two. I told they that I had made a reservation, they say they understand that and offer me outdoor seating instead. It's Florida, it's 90+ degrees and raining. No, we don't want to sit outside, so I tell them I made an indoor reservation. They understand but there's nothing available. I ask, then why take a reservation? They tell I that I can wait 20+ minutes for a table to become available. We do. While we wait, larger parties, with children and no reservations, come in. They immediately sit them down. So they do have tables available, they are just waiting for larger parties to come in, not just parties of two to occupy larger tables. Unbelievable. The food was great. The quantity for the prices, are great, and our waitress was great. They just need to learn how to keep the reservations. A paying customer is a paying customer, no matter the size of the party.
