Got gel mani $25 & spa pedi $35 here. So the lady who did my spa pedi did a half a$$ job. I am paying extra for spa pedicure cause I want a massage, the massage was like the regular lotion rub they give for regular pedicure the exfoliating scrub she gave was another half a$$ job rinsed it off in a quickness like two rubs no strength at all then rinse off. I wanted to get a gel mani lady was in a hurry didn't let me pick out the color I want and took the color disc off from my hand while I am still tryin to decide what color I want. Horrible customer service if I was an a$$ I wouldn't even tip her. First off half a$$ job then being rude like she in a hurry , like serious am I not paying or should I not tip u at all ? I wasn't going to leave a review till my gel mani is chipping off. Got this done Thursday it's Friday only been a day!! I don't know wth is it their cheap gel mani or she did a horrible job. I usually go try out new nail salons esp because I have errands to run in the area. I've been there years ago but it was nothing like this bad customer service and then cheap products they using ? This is my FIRST time ever having gel mani and it chips after a day even regular nail polish last longer than this and I've been getting gel mani for a while now. I am aware the price isn't all that expensive but it's around the same price as some of the other nail salons close by and most importantly the other places gel mani actually last a week or longer. They are working with you and if a white person arrive they stop working with you and start with the white person . After decided that it's kind of ridiculous to drive back and forth to Long Island to get my nails done, I decided to go someplace local and closer to my new home in Brooklyn. On a complete whim, I found this place, and I am so impressed. I was in desperate need of a fill in. The manicurist, (Angie I think?) was blatantly honest and told me that acrylics are not good for my particular nails. Since I really didn't need them, I was putting my nails at risk for damage, and she suggested putting acrylic on my natural nails, she told me, "Natural is better." This is the exact opposite slogan of Long Island, ironically. Our slogan is, "fake hair color, fake tan, fake nails is better." Oh well! I took a leap of faith and trusted her. Not only do they look better, it's been almost three weeks and not a chip, scratch, or need for a fill in. I also got an amazing pedicure here that hasn't chipped either! Angie seemed very knowledgeable and the entire staff was great, even the customers were friendly. Everything seemed sanitary as well. Prices were beyond reasonable compared to Long Island, almost a third of the price! Also, in the past when I had acrylics taken off, I dreaded it because it hurt so bad. First time here. Had my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure manicure. They were nice and quick. They did a nice job. It came out to about $20 for everything, plus tips. The place was already packed at 10am. I've had a better experience elsewhere, but this place wasn't bad. read more

I've been here before and they did a good job at SNS which cost $26 which was a good deal. I came back a few weeks later to get SNS again thinking it would be the same price but another lady did my nails. She must have not wanted to do her job and half-a** it because she said that it's $26 for three dips and two extra dollars for another dip. That makes absolutely no sense because 1. I have done SNS for a while in different salons and there is a fixed price, you pay for an opaque finish, no matter the amount of dips it takes. 2. They completely changed the price on me because I had been there before and i was never told that price. If I was told that, I would have never returned to begin with. I found the lady that had done my SNS previously and I told her that she had done it for a fixed price of $26 until it looked good enough and that lady lied to my face to back up her coworker. It just seemed that the nail lady that was doing my nails this time was lazy because it was 2 hours before closing and she felt as if SNS was too much for her. They had me waiting for an hour while some of the workers weren't even doing anything just because they just didn't want to deal with SNS. If they had said no to begin with when I asked for that specific service, I would have left and went elsewhere no problem. I just don't appreciate being lied to, and ripped off because she didn't want to do the full job. My nails came out horrible and I was really upset with the results because three dips is NEVER enough and everyone that does SNS religiously understands that. Maybe for some colors, but not for what I asked for and even she knew it. But as long as she got me out of the shop is all that matters. Just really horrible service. read more

This is a great nail salon at a great price. The best person here is Angie. She really takes her time to make your nails look the best. The other workers just try to get as many customer done as possible to get more tip and money. If you come here, go to Angie and don't be afraid to start a conversation with her.
