I've gone here four times now and was very excited about this salon since it's closer to me than my usual nail place. I liked Fancy Nails the first three times, but after my experience today, I've decided to not return in the future. I got gel pedicures during my first two trips. I liked how my toenails looked, the pedicurists were friendly, and there were lots of colors to choose from. The space was clean and they offered complimentary drinks and snacks. However, I noticed that I got ingrown nails on my toes after going to Fancy Nails. I usually don't get any ingrown nails. I went back to my usual nail lady after getting two pedis from Fancy Nails, and I didn't get any ingrowns with my usual nail lady. I got a gel manicure during my third trip. I came in with an outgrown gel manicure (not from Fancy Nails). The manicurist was very friendly and took her time doing my nails. She offered to let me see two polishes when she noticed I was debating between two. The nails looked pretty afterwards and I was very happy with those nails. I went today to get my gel nail polish removed. I had peeled off the gel from one finger earlier that day and noticed damage to my nail. I decided to go to Fancy Nails to avoid any further damage and wanted to let a professional handle it. They told me that gel removal was $10, which is fine. The manicurist (a different person from my third trip) used a drill bit to take off the entire gel nail. She didn't use acetone at all. I didn't realize that this was bad practice until looking it up afterwards. My nails felt warm while she was using the drill bit on them, which apparently means that she was damaging the nail (again, I found this out by looking it up afterwards). She filed my nails and two of my nails were so sensitive that I involuntarily jerked my hand away. All she did was laugh and continue filing my nails. My hands were covered in dust when we were done. She offered me oil (with the dust still on my hands) and I asked to wash my hands before putting some on. After washing my hands, I returned to the station and she said goodbye, seemingly forgetting that I still needed oil on my nails. I asked for oil and she dumped about a teaspoon's worth on my palm. I had to wipe my hands off because it was too much oil. My nails now look terrible. I cut them afterwards because the tips felt so brittle. They look and feel damaged - the nail itself feels lumpy instead of smooth (my nails are usually smooth). I'm so disappointed because I had hoped to avoid damaging my nails. The nails done at Fancy Nails feel rougher than the nail where I ripped the gel off myself. Other things that made my fourth trip uncomfortable: the manicurist had very sweaty hands. It felt as if she had just washed her hands but didn't wipe them. However, I know that it was sweat because she would wipe her hands on the towel after each step. They were still very damp and she kept my fingers in her palm while working on another nail, so I felt how damp her hands were the entire time. Another thing: I looked at the manicurist's own nails and saw a chunk of food under her nail. It made me wonder if/how well she washed her hands before doing my nails. I realized afterwards that during my third trip, the manicurist used a drill bit to take off the top coat of my existing gel polish, then put some chemical on them that made the gel lift off. She wiped the gel off easily. I wish they had used this method during my trip to Fancy Nails today. It will take me months to get my nails back to being healthy and smooth. I would give 0 stars if I could after my trip today, but am giving 2 stars just because my first three trips were fine. read more

I am leaving this low of a rating is because they are incredibly expensive. I had a fill and a face wax for $105 yesterday, $127 total after $20 tip for 2 techs and credit card service fee. The wax was more than the fill, I had to tweeze quite a bit more once I got home and there are patches of blonde hair and several thick black whiskers that were missed. I have absolutely no complaints with Monica, she did my nails and did a beautiful job. She did my nails a few weeks ago and I loved them so much, that's why I went back to her. My complaint is the extremely overpriced services. I just don't understand how basically an eyebrow wax and a small portion of my face (I asked for a full face, not random spots on my face was $55! That's more than the fill and I about passed out when I went to pay and saw the total. Then the lady at the register yelled out the tip I left to the whole salon. read more

The space is clean, the nail techs are nice, and they offer complimentary snacks and drinks. I think my favorite Pedi from the menu is the peach one--it smells so good!! The whole interaction was amazing. you know how sometimes you go into a nail salon and they just kinda stare at you until you say something? well not here! my friend and i were greeted immediately as we walked in, she ( ANNIE) even remembered what we came in for! (i called earlier and made an appointment for 2 pedicures) we sat down immediately and were serviced. We were offered snacks and drinks for free!! They have a bunch of options for pedicures (they will hand you a menu and it will range around 55-65 dollars) but i believe they do a basic pedi too if you're going for something cheaper. I got the Green Tea and Honey, it was worth it, she was very thorough, i didn't feel like my feet were rushed through, but also didn't feel like i was sitting forever which is amazing!! they actually time their massages and do a GREAT JOB which i think is incredible (15 min) Im not a huge talker and get a little anxious when getting my feet done, but my tech (consistently checked on me and made sure i was okay which i thought was worth mentioning :) i don't post my feet cause of weirdos, but take my word for it, VERY NEAT WORK and my skin was SOFT and i have pretty rough feet that no salon was really able to soften. also to mention it literally looks just like the photos, super clean and pretty. the personalities here were amazing too, very welcoming i HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you really enjoy pedicures, they do an amazing job. my friend can't wait to come back. read more

I can on Saturday April 19 2025 at 11:30 for pedicure service while there I had a good time and they even gave me a margarita for my birthday I had such a good time I even left a tip, but on Sunday april 2025 i woke up to my left toe in so much pain that it was swollen and red I even had fulid coming out of it so to air on the side of safety I went to Kiser emergency room were they gave me pain medication and antibiotics so i try calling the nail solan to let them know what happened but no answer so I came today Monday April 21 2025 to speak to a manager about what had happened instantly the manger was angry an rude to me told me that she would have to see my foot even though it wrap and in a boot I showed her photos and prof I I went to the er with paper documents she told me I would have to get a lawyer and sue because she was not going to give a refund or they could put ointment on the the toe like why would I let yall put anything else on it . If I was only reviewing the pedicures I've had, this place would be 5 stars all the way. Granted, I have only gotten deluxe pedicures so that's to be expected when I'm paying $55/$70. I can definitely appreciate the variety they offer when it comes to pedicures...they hand you a restaurant-style menu to choose from! My gripe would be with the dip powder "manicure" I received. First and last one I'll be getting done at this place. Kelly, who was absolutely delightful, was the tech who did my nails. I asked her to push back my cuticles because I haven't gotten my nails done in a very long time, and she used the tip of the e-file to do it. She used the same e-file with a coarse band to prep my nails, which destroyed my nail beds. I couldn't tell how bad it was until I removed the dip powder, which was applied very heavily because my nails were super thick. My natural nail is so thin it's painful. And they are taking way longer than usual to grow out. To leave on a good note, Michael who did my first pedicure is very thorough, gentle and accommodating. He did an amazing job. The woman who did my second pedicure was also very thorough and gentle and did an amazing job. I didn't catch her name but she has blue highlights in her hair. read more

Went BACK to Fancy Nails with my daughter today and I normally wouldn't change my review after one bad experience but when it comes to new businesses, this could be a learning experience. Jenny did my pedicure and Michael did my daughters. They both were super sweet. However, my gel is lifting on my right food and I haven't even been gone an hour. Second, the pricing is inconsistent and confusing. The 10% discount that they offer is bogus UNLESS you're getting the Deluxe Pedicure which I declined in the beginning since my kid was getting a standard. Last time I was here I paid $62 for a Basic Gel Pedi with sea salt, French tip, PLUS a $10 tip. Just watch the numbers at checkout, it'll probably be legit after this review seeing as though the owner checks yelp but the math definitely wasn't mathing yesterday until I questioned the numbers. If you decline the Deluxe Pedi, the Basic Gel Pedi is already $47 (keep in mind). I'm now finding out that Annie is the owner and who helped me at checkout. read more

Came in for three pedicures. Two adults and one child. Warmly greeted at the door and signed in. As we sat down to each individual station, we were offered refreshments of snacks of variety of candy, chips, soda or water. We were given a palate of various colors to choose from either gel or regular nail polish. As we chose our colors, each polish came in its own box and was then shaken by a small machine to make it well blended. Most other salons just tap the polish on their palms and stir it around. I had Michael and was very pleasant. He made sure my edge of my heels were smooth. Nice job and painted flowers. Just opened a month ago and offered a 10% discount until end of May. I've been coming here for almost a year now but today was the biggest disappointment. I went in to get a gel mani and pedi. It was empty when I walked in. I had one lady who did my pedi. It was alright. Not relaxing. Barely got to soak my feet and she started working on me toes. As for the mani, I feel a little bad for giving such a bad review because the old lady was obviously new and had little to no training but was nice and tried. As she cut and shaped my nails, it was in all different lengths and shapes. I asked her to fix it but she said it's ok. She applied multiple layers on polish before curing it after each layer. The polish became bumpy. With each application of polish, it got on my skin and she proceeded to use her nail digging into my skin to try and remove it. Then she use the nail filer on the side of my nail and cut into my skin. At the end, there was polish on my skin and I asked her to remove it. The polish was already cured and she tried to acetone to remove it. She kept digging into my skin. At the end my polish looks dull, uneven and my skin and cuticles looks dry. I was charged $82 but a basic pedi and mani is $35 each. I didn't get any bath salt or anything extra. I'm sorry but I'm not coming back to this place every again. read more

I am NEVER coming back here. After I gave them a fair and thoughtful review I came on Sunday, called BEFORE and they told me to come at 2:30pm. Angie did a great job cleaning up the hack job done by my last Salon visit and gave me a clean and fresh looking french acrylic/gel she also did both our brows pain free! Lam gave my granddaughter an amazing custom french light pink, arched and with a design on both index and middle fingers. They are beautiful So glad we found this place!!
